They came highly recommend and did a great job ,quickly and much less than what I was quoted elsewhere great to know I now have a mechanic I can trust and also get a good deal my older daily driver Chevy truck has 299 k miles

My daughter had her transmission replaced here (it was covered by a warrant she had in her car) eight months ago. The replace the transmission with a used transmission. Last week it was slipping again. We dropped it off last Wednesday and she did not here anything from them until today. They say the warranty on the used transmission is no longer in effect and it would cost her $1900 to get it fixed (money she doesn't have). She told them not to fix it then and they then told her that they put $350 worth of work in a d she'd have to pay them that much to get it back. They are crooks and so is Rightway for selling a piece of junk

They replaced axles 4 months ago and they had to be tightened up supposedly thisvtime again. I still neither hear nor feel any difference in the noise or handling since day one. Brought my car in hardly running last week. Car was struggling, stuttering, rpm surging with a periodic flashing engine light etc.. Was told that the car was not acting up, no codes so nothing they can do. Charged me $100. I pay drive home with same issues I brought it in with. Today I used a local certified mechanic and was told a totally different story. Cylinders 1,3,5 are misfiring plus a another code for the computer system itself. I was able to use them in real time to file a claim with my warranty company. My car is now being towed to new mechanic with codes already given to mechanic by warranty company. RC Automotive has failed twice to fix or find the issues at hand. He makes it sound good with the "I used to work at Ford" and "I know all about Fords." Well buddy you missed 3 whole cylinders misfiring and then some. Don't even get me started on the transmission that was never looked at "because no codes are thrown." Save yourself money folks and choose a different "Ford Mechanic." Attached is a yellow copy from RC Automotive explaining nothing is wrong and no codes charging me $100. Also attached is the codes that was found today for free. Car has not been driven since bringing it home from RC Automotive last week and drove it to new mechanic today. That's it. Now it's being towed to it's next appointment elsewhere. Yes it's that bad. Yes the "Ford Mechanic" somehow missed 3 cylinders of 6 that was misfiring.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission replacement, Transmission repair, Vehicle safety inspection

If I didn't have to go here because of my cars warranty, I wouldnt. Last time it took 11 days to repair the engine cradle, and when I got my car back, the brake light was on and my e brake was engaged without the lever engaging it.

I have sent my car here 4x because right way auto where I bought the car told me . They keep clearing my check engine light and not actually fixing it. I've asked for the work order multiple times to see what's being done on my car and it's never in there when I go to pick it up. The only thing this place has done is clear my check engine light no actual work.

My car was taken there to be fixed because my car wasn t working properly. I got my car back the same day and some how my head lights weren t working. Assuming it was a fuse the dealership sent it back, the next day they bring me my car back and the check ignition light is now on and the key doesn t work again! I would definitely not recommend this place for service! I didn t even want to give 1star!

They were quick to get to my car which I appreciated, but their diagnosis and inspection was worthless. Rod told me my sway bar links in the front were shot, my exhaust needed to be replaced from the converter back, and there was a very small oil leak. Fair enough... This was for an inspection on a car I planned to purchase, and because of the low maintenance needs, I chose to buy the car. However, I live out of town. I brought the car to my mechanic at home in MI, a very trusted family friend, and boy oh boy the list was long. RC Automotive is not a mechanic shop I would trust, nor recommend. Not only did they miss bent rear brake pads (yes. Bent.), but a leaking strut, 3 missing tire pressure sensors, a bad battery, missing hardware in the front brakes, and not 1 not 2 but 3 oil leaks. Nice guys, but unprofessional and it seems that they are not very good at what they do.

Honest hardworking people and mechanics. The best at what they do. They have kept all my vehicles on the road working properly and safely for what feels like forever. Check them out for all your automotive needs. Can't go wrong with RC Auto.

Had a car brought here through a dealership to get the thermostat replaced so it could pass e-check. 2 weeks later the light popped back on for the same exact thing so that tells me they only cleared the code instead of actually doing work. Strong.

I have dealt with Rod and Shawn on a daily basis for over a year. Great people, they have also worked on my personal vehicles. They do great work and I love them like family.

Great place they always take good care of our vehicles. In fact go above and beyond they have personally came to where my wife was having trouble and made sure she was ok. You don't see that kind of customer service anymore.

Clean shop. Prompt service. Respectful and competent personnel. Reasonable prices. Really, what more could you possibly want?This is a father-son operation and they seem like real stand-up guys. They're capable of handling some heavy truck applications as well. Definitely give these gentlemen a shot.

Drop car off at 8:00 am never heard from them all day finally had to call them around 4:00 pm. They have no idea what's wrong with my car.. And had no plans on calling me and was just going to keep my car.

This is a horible company I had my tuck taken there after it was crashed they put rong oil in then I asked them they did not check the back tire that was almost about to fall off cause 4,400 dollars worth of damage and are no contunitly hanging up on me and saying there no longer dealing with me

They have no clue what they are talking about took truck in for vibration and play in intermediate shaft in front diff and was told there is no play or vibration waste of time to go there
