Absolute worst service department I ve encountered. Took them over two hours just to do an oil change and over 5 hours just to inspect brakes. Brittany lacks communication skills and transparency and the service manager never offers compensation for inconveniences. This dealership does not care about long listing relationships and business.

This place is a bit of a joke. We moved here three months ago and had just bought a car from a dealership in Wheeling, WV. The car had to be taken to the Wheeling shop 6 or 7 times in the first few months we owned it. The car ran great for a while and then after moving to the area it acted up again. We had it taken to this dealership and they replaced a part (took five weeks) and it wasn't two days later the car did the same thing. So it was towed back to this dealership. This time they replaced the starter. Cost nearly $1300. Didn't have the car and hour and it started having problems again. Called and left voicemail several times and no one has called us back. I would rate lower than a 1 star if possible at this point.

I have been to Park Ford service a few times to have wokr done on my mustang. Each time they get better and better. Frank in the service department was professional and efficient. He had my problem diagnosed and communicated well with me and when the job was done he explained everything so I could understand what was done.I am thankful for this great service department!

Terrible service. Kept my car an additional day over recall parts that mysteriously vanished. Sold me an alignment that made the car handle worse than before they did it. Tried to blame me for not taking the car back there. Wouldn t let them work on anything of mine ever again. They tried to get me to buy new tires with 24,000 on the car. They rotated the tires on my other car and now it drives weird. Also didn't fix the check engine light
