Park Ford took such great care of me. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. They were able to get me into the car I wanted with no hassle at all. It was a smooth process. Dominick and Ty went out of their way to help me out, and I m so appreciative of everything they did for me. Thank you Park Ford! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking for a new ride!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The young lady at the front desk, who is not very tall and has curly hair in a ponytail, was very welcoming and professional. She handled my vehicle recall inspection very quickly, and there was a text message to update the progress of each inspection, as well as a video of the inspection. The customer experience deserves five stars.

Great overall purchasing experience. Especially our salesperson Jay. We put the poor guy through the wringer and he exceed every expectation super graciously and patiently. He ended up working out an almost impossible situation for us and got me in the exact Bronco I wanted! Def ask for Jay!

2nd time here. Once again, they didn't order the part needed for my truck and expect me to make another trip there at a later date to complete the recall. They changed my oil and once again they left my rear tires at only 60 lbs., forcing me to have to run around on a Friday night trying to find a place to put the proper 80 lbs in. Unfortunately, all those self service air hoses only reach 70 lbs. of pressure max. so I had to find an open repair shop to use their compressor which took over an hour of my time. Completely unacceptable.

This is definitely not a good place to start if you have credit issues. There is no access to special financing or companies and according to our credit report pings, all of the financing was ran through major banks. We left feeling totally defeated. So unless you have a large down payment with less than good credit, I would skip Park Ford. The facility was clean and nice. It appeared that they had plenty of trucks on the lot. The showroom was beautiful...Our salesman was very talkative and nice. But I think he soon realised there wasn't going to be much money to be made on us, so he gave up. I really don't understand why they didn't want to make a deal, or what the difference is, because we had 3 other local dealerships jump on our situation and compete for financing a new car.

I have been a customer of Ty Davis for over 25 Years and have never had a bad experience. Ty is very patient and professional when working with us to make a sale. If you want a great car buying experience I recommend you head over to Park Ford and ask for Ty Davis, you will be so happy you did. We are a 3rd generation customer of Ty's and will not buy from anyone else...well until he retires.

We were beyond impressed with our experience purchasing our new Ford Bronco Wildtrak from Park Ford. Mike Anderson is top notch. I reached out because they had the best selection and best prices. Mike was understanding and accommodating to our hectic schedule. Zero pressure and no bologna. This is how car buying should be. The staff is outstanding. Pleasant and professional. Well worth the hour drive. We would recommend Park Ford and Mike to all of our family, friends and customers. We re proud to buy American and buy it from a locally owned and operated dealership. If you re looking to purchase a new Ford don t hesitate, and go see Mike Anderson at Park Ford. It s like going to see an old friend who s gonna help you get the car you want and make the process as simple as possible. Support your country, support a local business and get a new car at a fair price. Thank you Mike and the Park Ford staff!

The level of greed at the service department. My aunt paid about 1,100$ for rotors, calipers, brake bleed. 700 miles in the rear rotor warps. Notice - they do not cover labor on non ford vehicles for warranty service on parts.Charged me 40$ (which mind you I did agree to) to tell me the rotor they installed 700 miles ago was warped (which I already knew). Tell me screw you in far more words. If your vehicle is out of warranty, do not take it here. If your vehicle is non ford, do not take it here. Don't expect and support if a part is within warranty- they will change you labor to replace a defective part that they purchased and installed. They are literally cracked out of their minds.A new rotor is 35 to 60 dollars. Telling me that warranty work is 140 labor to replace a warranty item... you are out of your minds.Contacted the service manager. Fake response below as of now no real result. A refund of the brake inspection fee would still likely result in a 1 star review. Because that would be the minimum to make things right.A 3 star review (because mixing a 1 and a 5) would be dispatching a service car to fix at my location with a new part at no fee would be possible but they only run on money (greed). This will never happen because only money greases the wheels.I am honestly dishonored to own a ford flex at this point. I am disappointed that I have made the decision to own any ford vehicle. I am happy to scrap my first vehicle that I have owned (ford) for 235$ just to cleanse my soul. If I had the means, I would get rid of the ford flex for literally anything. It's engine blew a few years ago. I will never purchase another ford product ad long as I live. Congratulations- you have turned me from a ford fan boy to literally someone who wants to see ford go bankrupt and go away forever. I think I have some stock in ford that needs to be sold. Maybe my dad ad well. You are literally the worst. Taking advantage of a mentality disabled elderly person. I couldn't morally do what you have done. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night. What you are doing is bordering on criminal- elder abuse. And hurting people with mental issues.

I had recently been involved in an auto accident with my 2009 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport and my insurance deemed my truck a total loss and I was so disheartened that my truck was gone. I searched all the major websites for used Toyota Tacoma's with all the particulars on it that I wanted. As it turned out that a retired United States Air Force member had traded in their 2017 TRD Off Road in immaculate condition. I reached out for information on this truck and Tim Dauterman made contact with me to answer all my questions. Tim was forthright and open about everything I asked him. I had reached out to Tim on a Tuesday and by that Friday I wanted to come and look at the truck. So my wife and I drove 4.5 hours on Saturday to the Park Ford dealership. Tim had taken the truck out of circulation and had it in a viewing garage waiting on our arrival. I really appreciated that Tim moved the truck from being on the lot were someone could have come in and bought it before my wife and I got there. It has been my experience that most dealerships want a non-refundable deposit to hold a vehicle for you Tim and Park Ford did not. The truck was very clean inside and out. We took it for a test drive and I pushed every button and turned every knob to ensure everything worked. It drove great and everything was in working order. We had a vehicle to trade and Park Ford was very generous in what they gave us for our trade-in. Once that was done we went and paid for the truck, had some Ford products offered to us (extended vehicle warranty etc... and we declined.) All of this took only two hours from the time we show at the dealership to the time we were on our way back home. Thanks to Tim Dauterman and Park Ford for making this a seamless process.

This is my second car but my first car from a dealership as a 20-year-old. I felt very comfortable with everyone. They took their time with me because a lot of things I didn't know because this was my first car from a dealership. Would I buy another Ford from here? Yes.

I truly dread looking for a new car, but I was told by a friend this was the place to go. And they were completely right. My salesman Francis, was amazing. He was honest and very upfront with me. Francis walked me through the entire appointment and I did not feel intimated or shamed in anyway. I will definitely be returning to purchase vehicles as long as Francis and his crew are there.

I was looking for a new vehicle and have always been a fan of the Bronco, but I have never owned a Ford, so I was a little reluctant in purchasing a Ford. Mike at Park Ford was instrumental in my purchase decision. He was kind, professional, and answered all the questions I had. He was very thorough in explaining the features of the Bronco and warranty information, and talked about upgrades to the standard warranties that Ford makes available for additional piece of mind. The dealership gave me a good offer on my trade, and I moved forward with the purchase without any pressure from anyone. It was an exceptional buying experience. The vehicle is one of the best purchases I have ever made, and because of Mike's approach and the overall feel of the dealership, I am now an Ford man. Thank you Mike and Park Ford. You have earned a loyal customer for life!

In my numerous experiences acquiring vehicles, few stand out as truly exceptional. My recent acquisition of the brand new 2023 Ford Bronco Raptor from Park Ford is one such exception. This impeccable experience is largely attributable to Mr. Jay, an exemplary professional in the New Car Sales department.Upon my arrival at Park Ford, it was immediately evident that I was in a place of unparalleled professionalism and dedication. Mr. Jay's profound understanding of the 2023 Ford Bronco Raptor was both enlightening and instrumental in guiding my decision-making process. With grace and patience, he addressed every inquiry, providing comprehensive insights that were invaluable to my final decision.Beyond his expert guidance, Mr. Jay played a pivotal role in ensuring that the financial terms were both favorable and transparent. Yet, what distinguishes him most is his unwavering commitment to post-purchase excellence. From meticulous vehicle preparations to addressing subsequent queries regarding maintenance, his dedication to service transcends the norm. It is a testament to his deep-seated commitment to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. For those considering a vehicular investment, I extend my highest recommendation for Park Ford, with a particular commendation for Mr. Jay in the New Car Sales department. His approach, characterized by genuine care, profound knowledge, and an unparalleled commitment to post-sales support, elevates the car-buying experience to a standard that others should aspire to achieve.

Had oil changed and front-end alignment done on my Ranger, the work was done in a timely manner while I waited. I did notice they did not reset the oil life monitor, though.

My Ford escape had a recall, and this was the only place I could get me in the same week before he started a new job. And they got me on the same day. It was probably less than 20 minute wait all around. They were very nice. And honestly it was a great customer service especially since I wasn't paying to have anything done.. I would go here a lot more often except they're 30 minutes from my house

Excellent dealer! After searching for a very specific truck online I found it at Park Ford. After a short phone call with Ty Davis I could tell I was in good hands. Ty along with everyone else I spoke to was extremely professional and followed through with every promise they made. Great price! Great people! Went above and beyond from the start. I will be recommending Park Ford to everyone!

If you have read any of the reviews, you know the person you want to talk to -- Ty Davis. This man is not a salesman. He is a human. He generally wants to know what you want and need. He is there to make sure that you are happy. He goes above and beyond what he NEEDS to do. He didn't try to upsell me. He didn't try to sell me anything. He just talked to me like a human being. I have been looking for a vehicle for 4 months. And I have walked away from vehicles because the salesperson was not the right person. Ty Davis was the right person.

This review is for the service department only. I had a wonderful experience with them. The valet service was a huge time saver. They picked up my vehicle at 8am and had it back to me by 4pm. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable.

Worst experience we've ever had. One of our cars has been at Park Ford, in their service department, FOR OVER A MONTH. It was brought in on July 1, for a repair under the company's "customer satisfaction, one-time repair program," and has been there since. They haven't called us once for updates; every call has been initiated by my husband, and he's been told various things each time: "waiting to hear if your repair is covered under the program," "waiting on a part," tracing wires," (heard that more than once) "hopefully you'll be hearing from us within 24 hours," (got that one multiple times) and on and on. No apologies whatsoever for how long this is being dragged out, either. And we've been denied a rental car, even after weeks of this, unless we want to pay $60/day, because they still can't tell us if our repair will be covered under the program. Just to be clear, the issue is corrosion in the battery junction box, causing damage to the wires to the point that the car won't start, so it's not like we can just pick it up and drive it somewhere else to be repaired. Or even use it, while we get this sorted out. We've had to get corporate involved, and last we heard was that Park Ford (finally!!!) sent pictures on July 28 to see if our repair would be covered, but we shouldn't expect to hear anything until Monday, Aug 7th. Insane. Never been so frustrated in my life.

Great dealership. Mike A was upfront and honest on how to proceed as my lease was up and new trucks are unobtainable from a monthly payment standpoint. Ended up buying out lease and paid almost 10k less than a used 3 year old truck. Great advice! Finance guys were awesome and made the purchase easy. Will do business again with Park Ford of Tallmadge. Cannot say enough positive things about Mike.

1/23/2020: I am very happy to say that Park Ford has done a great job fixing this mess. When I called the service dept the Monday after my bad experience, I was told that Ford would do what was needed for the good of the customer and the good of the business. They immediately agreed to fix my wiper arm issue (I did sign a goodwill release) and we set an appt time to fix both this and the clutch issue. Mike P kept me posted every day, and he and his team did a great job! This restored my faith in Park although I still have concerns for anyone who buys this particular car when I turn it in lots goes wrong with it that shouldn t be wrong with less than 16,000 miles on it. That aside, I want to say thanks to Mike, Jeff, Kathy and the rest of the Park Ford service dept for fixing the problems quickly.UPDATE BELOW THIS INITIAL 5STAR REVIEW!Just leased my second car from Park, and it was the best car leasing/buying experience I've ever had. Frances did a fantastic job for me! He took the time to explain all my options, ran the paperwork on a few different cars (including my daughter's dream car, just for fun), and gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. He worked with Ford to resolve a situation with my just-made car payment and now due deposit so I wasn't paying a month for a car I no longer had. I know that sounds like a no-brainer, but not everyone would take that time, trust me. Everyone I've dealt with at Park, including finance and service, has been professional and responsive to what I need. As far as I'm concerned, they have a customer for life.UPDATE:ONE STAR SERVICEWhen I went into the service dept this morning at 8 am for an oil change and new wiper blades front and back, I had all my wiper arms intact. I know this to be true because I was using all three wipers driving to Park Ford in a downpour. After waiting for my car (not a problem) I was told that they couldn t do the back wiper because the wiper arm was broken off. HUH?? He took me out to show me...and sure enough, the arm was snapped off. What could have caused this?? I don t know...maybe a car wash? You DO understand my confusion here because I haven t had my car washed in MONTHS and I was using my back wiper (intact) all day yesterday in torrential rain and as stated was using it all the way there in the rain this morning. It was there when they took it back for the oil change. So he goes back to check, and returns to tell me that the tech said it was gone when they took it back. OF COURSE the tech said it was gone...god forbid they own up and say they broke it....except IT WAS THERE WHEN I DROVE IT IN. I WAS USING IT AND SHUT IT OFF WHEN I TURNED OFF THE CAR. None of this seemed to matter to the service person....in fact, I was told that there was no way they could break it like that. Seriously??? Well clearly there is because someone did.in addition to this issue, my car is also having a clutch problem that will need to be fixed. It shudders really badly when I accelerate. This is the final straw in a series of problems I ve had with this car. Yes, the repairs are covered because it s a lease (EXCEPT FOR THIS WIPER ARM I M BEING CHARGED $36 TO FIX AFTER THEIR TECH BROKE IT) but let me just say here that this car isn t 3 years old yet and has 15,731 miles on it. My lease ends in July this year (2020). Seems to me like Ford would want to fix this problem they created since this car has been a POS since I got it (trust me, MULTIPLE issues) but apparently not.Revising my previous review NEVER getting another Ford. This car and the service I got today just sealed that.
