Great experience! Husband took 2014 Ford Fusion to get waterpump put on. Tried 3 other places before this but this place was only one that had tool to put new waterpump and new timing chain in place! Worth the $1200 we spent!

Christoper s Car Care is an amazing place of business. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating! They were able to get me in for my car repair quickly and efficiently. Dan took great care of my vehicle and the work he did fixing my mirrors was top notch! My car was in and out in less than one business day which provided a stress-free experience. I cannot recommend Dan and the whole team at Christopher s enough! I would come back again and again for all my auto repair needs. Overall 10 out of 10!!Service: Side view mirror repair

My daughter scheduled an appointment to have her power steering fixed. She had already purchased a steering rack since that s what the seller told her she needed replaced when she purchased the vehicle. Christopher s went ahead and ordered additional parts they could charge her for and just replaced the rack without any diagnosing until after they upcharged her 7 hours for a job that s on the books for at most 3.5, that she didn t ultimately need. She still has no power steering and now they want another $1000 to replace her pump. Don t go here. The dishonesty is immeasurable. Every employee was more than happy to take money my daughter saved months for and give her nothing in return. The rudeness given to us when we asked questions about why parts were ordered and a steering rack replaced BEFORE any diagnosis was done was entirely unacceptable. I was accused of not raising my child properly since she jumped the gun and proactively sourced her own parts. For context my daughter is 19 and this is her first car. I hope they all sleep well tonight after they shook her down today. She ll spend the rest of the summer saving for an honest mechanic to get her on the road, thank you for ruining her summer.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

We've been a customer of CCC for years and it is always a great experience. Everyone is friendly and the mechanics are thorough and honest. They always do a full inspection but they are not pushy if they find anything else wrong. They give their recommendations but leave it up to the customer to make the final call.Thank you all for keeping me and my family safe on the road!

Felt very comfortable. My car needed an alignment. I made an appointment. They checked my car and told me what it would cost before doing any work. The pricing was reasonable. I will be taking my car back for future service needs!

Got some repairs done, an oil change, and tire replacement this week. Great prices, very friendly and professional staff, clean environment. They get work done quickly and are very transparent about why they are doing what they're doing. We have been bringing our cars to Christopher s Car Care for 30 years. The service has always been friendly, of the highest quality, and reasonably priced. We have also been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect, and the ethics and professionalism of everyone who works there are impeccable. We would never even think of taking our cars anywhere else.In 30+ years, I have never had a bad experience at Christopher s Car Care. They are friendly, professional, extremely competent, and keep you very well informed concerning the condition of your car and the work they are doing.

The best car repairs around. Honest, clean, polite I never wonder what is going on with my car. They keep detailed records so they know when a part is still under warranty and they take care of it. I have been going here for 10+years now and will not take my vehicles anywhere else. The lobby is so clean and large. I used to take my toddlers there and they would play with the toys in the lobby while we waited for the car. Seriously the nicest car place around.

I have been a customer at Christopher s Car Care for quite a few years. I make an appointment and my car is serviced by professionals. The staff is friendly, professional and the building is clean and comfortable. My service records are maintained and their prices are very affordable, I spent many years pricing repairs. The best part is I know it s done and done right. Christopher s Car Care is a family owned business with a vested interest in the community.

They did a great job with repairing my ECM and wiring, fast, and proficiently and they replaced my ECM for under 1800 along with the transmission cooler line. However, the reason I give them a 3 star is because the [same] day I got my car back the engine light came on. And I plugged in my reader. And got 2 error codes from the engine. When i called them I expected them to fix it for me and only charge me for the repair. But no.... they expect me to pay another $130 for a diagnosis fee [again]. They should have made sure of the problem before releasing it to me. This is a mistake on their part. I recommend going to them for repairs, but they money gouge you on the fees. So, think about it if you will. Let's just hope they get everything.

We have taken all of our cars to Christopher's Car Care for several years. They have always been honest, dependable, and conservative. We trust their recommendations and they have always done great work on all of our automobiles. I would, hands down, recommend them to everyone.

Top notch company. I am a new customer and I am impressed with the knowledgeable and friendly people here. I found out that I have broken, unique suspension system option on my old 4Runner. Most of the places in canton wouldn t touch it and the ones that would were $$$$. I called here based on their reviews and Dan knew the system and quoted me a reasonable price. Picked it up yesterday and it drives great. Well done! I ll be back.

I have taken all of my cars to Christopher's for years because I am provided with honest, superior service. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. I have relied on Dave and his team to evaluate potential used car purchases and regularly refer family and friends. I trust them completely!

Great experience!They beat the price they quoted by about $100. But this is still about 15% more than the prices quoted from other garages in the area (not including the diagnosis fee, just parts and labor).They were fast, thorough, and didn't put any pressure on you.I still need work done on my car, so I will be taking it back here instead of taking it to my usual mechanic 200 miles away.

I can't say enough good things!! I was able to get my car in a couple days after calling. It was fixed that same day. It's so refreshing when something goes as planned, without any issues. I didn't expect to find such nice and honest people at a service shop. You can tell that they all truly care about their customers and about getting the job done right. Just good people. They went above and beyond and gained a customer for life!

Trustworthy. Knowledgeable. Honest. They know what they are doing and you can trust them. They explain what is needed in a way that I understand them. They also tell you what is not needed! What else would you want in your mechanic? The fact that they are kind is a bonus, and appreciated. I will never take my car anywhere else. Three generations of family have built and grown this business through hard work, skill, and integrity. I trust them all 100%.

I took 2014 ford transit in because when I bought it used they put in a after market radio. The battery kept on going dead. So they said it was continuing to draw power after the van was shut off. So they ordered a part that was supposed to solve that, they gave me a price around $500-$600 dollars to fix it , I said ok. I drove the van there. Keep in mind there working with the electrical system. They call me & say the main computer just happen to go out plus some part in the door handle, it just happened while they were working on it. Talked to Ford dealer & other mechanic they both say they shorted out the computer when they were working on it & they are covering the buts. I have been a electrical contractor for 20 yrs I know that happens! They said it was not there fault. So another appropriate $1200-$1300 later that I had to pay to replace the computer. Picked up my van IT STILL DID THE SAME THING. So I took it back they said the backup camera was causing the battery draining problem & the only thing they could do is disconnect it. So now $2100 later they put in the part that was supposed to take care of the problem, had to pay to replace computer that I believe they shorted out , plus now I don t have a back up camera. Don t question the owner about anything , starts out being nice but as soon as you question him or anything gets very defensive and angry. I WOULD Never Send ANYBODY THERE I LIKED. In 40 yrs if dealing with mechanics & vehicles WORST experience ever

This is the only place I will ever take any of my cars. Dave and Dan are honest skilled mechanics who truly put the customer first. I put 50000 mi a year on my vehicles due to my job and have been to many mechanics. I have never had a mechanic say to me "I just want to make sure you are happy" As a salesperson that type of customer service has earned my respect and all of my business for the rest of.my life. If you need a mechanic you would be foolish to go anywhere else

Christopher's Car Care found issues with my car that weren't picked up by Pep Boys or my official dealership. The problems they fixed completely solved my problems. I was terrified that I'd have to spend thousands on a new hybrid battery, and I was actually looking into buying a new car because of this. After taking my car here, it is working as good as new. I could not recommend this place higher.Services: Electrical repair, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

I have been a Christopher's customer since 2010. They are very Honest, they tell you what needs be done and what may wait for a while. They describe the work and give you a complete estimate that you will pay when the job is completed. I cannot praise their work and customer service enough. All of the people are very professional, I would recommend them to any one, Dan is a great person to work with, his mechanical knowledge and abilities are tremendous. Thank you,

I highly recommend this shop. They took my car in for me 30 mins before closing time. The staff is very nice. The work was fast and great. They called me to keep me informed on the work and price to make sure I was getting what I wanted and what I can afford. I will return to this shop.

Thank you for the service. I hope everyone is as passionate and as honest as you guys. Even customers where voicing out their satisfaction to me as a stranger, its like being in a restaurant and everyone is chiming in on how the food was great and still have some food in their mouths. Overall, I could say as a first timer in this place..THIS A GEM in AKRON.. come one come all.. You will get your moneys worth and more..Trust your Car, truck, or even your buggy..They will treat it like its theirs.

They take the time to explain exactly what your car needs and get it done well. I brought my show/autocross car to them several times and they always knew exactly what needed done. They were even able to fix a botched repair from another shop. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality car repair service.

I have been a customer at Christopher's for about 5 years now... Everyone is so nice and all my questions and concerns get answered. They will help me to keep my 2011 Camry going until I have to give up driving for good, I'm sure. (Just got my brake pads replaced for the first time----at 90000 miles!)

I have an older German car and had spent years going in and out of the shop. But I found Christopher s and have experienced reliability and gained peace of mind ever since I started going there over two years ago. Great customer service as well.
