All for part, get part. Prices have gone up over the years, but that s everywhere. Some of the most dependable car batteries sold since they the danger industry made them wimpy and environmentally friendly.

Do not go to this store, they are lazy and do not want to work on your car at all. After I bought a battery, they told me they would not install it because it takes 45 minutes. So, I went down the road to the Autozone on Kent Rd. and they installed the battery in 9 minutes. Shows the guy ( I believe named Damon) simply doesn't want to do his job.

All I needed was some windshield wipers and the guy who waited on me made me feel like I'd known him forever. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. I'm sorry that I didn't get his name, but I do know he drives a Toyota Corolla. Please thank him again for his excellent service.

Very sad experience. Just went in the store and the guy from the desk ,, what do you need. on a very annoyed tone. I was looking for a name on his shirt but nothing, to be able to put his name here (he s the very fat guy from that store, sorry for the description).I had a return from another store and he found that ,,ridiculously when i left he just throw me the money on the desk and nothing more, not even a good bye. Pretty disappointed.

Employee that helped us with our battery problems was a great guy. Very nice and informative and he helped us with no hesitation and even though we ended up not being paying customers he still showed us the utmost respect and gave us all the info he knew.

Went in to have my check engine light checked and the older big guy was very helpful in explaining what was going on and advised me to have my vehicle checked by a local garage to make sure it wasn t something that might be a simple or cheap fix. As he could have sold me a expensive part that may not have fixed my issue. I m very happy with the honesty of him and will come back in the future.

My backyard mechanic called in and ordered about 450$ worth of parts for my SUV. When looking at the parts.... they were all the correct parts for the vehicle! That has never happened.. we always have to go back and switch the parts out because they're always wrong... Thank you to the guys at the Tallmadge Rd AutoZone in Ohio. You guys are GREAT!!

Autozone in Tallmadge is awesome. They go up and beyond their duty. I lost my oil cap in my engine and the female employee there found it. Hey woman power

Very pleased with my visit today. Extremely helpful and professional. The complete opposite of my experience with O'Reilly Auto Parts across the street just yesterday. They're probably owned by the same person, lol...

I have been to AZ before and the folks there are generally nice. But NEVER have I had an experience like today.To sum it up quickly...My engine light was on so I stopped in to see what the issue might be. The rep, Stephen (hope I spelled his name correct), noticed I was absolutely clueless with a car's mechanics. I decided to buy the parts anyway to see if I could do the repair on my own. Without hesitation, he told me to hold on -- grabbed his tool kit and fixed the solenoids in the parking lot. It took him less than 5 minutes! It would have been a day long "experiment" for me.He was awesome and I hope AZ makes sure to recognize customer service guys like this... It's few and far between these days.He made my week, and I'll definitely do more shopping at AZ due to his efforts.Thank you!Good job, Autozone!

You know its bad when i had to take my time out to do this..In short Ordered me the wrong parts, gave false advise, and today I was told I couldn't return something because the seal was punctured and when my brother went up there and showed it wasn't punctured after waisting time and gas they returned it. If you don't know what your talking about honesty is the best answer.

Well, they almost always have what I need. And the staff is always helpful with tips for getting it done. But man the prices are worse than ever. The parts are sub par at best, basically really going downhill anymore.

I literally never leave reviews but Stiofan (hope I m spelling it right) went out of his way to help with a screw stuck in my tire when all the shops were closed. Life saver!

AutoZone is a great place to get you out of parts and they also back them up what's the warranty as well as they have loaner tools first Pacific jobs you need to do just ask for a specific tool and I'm sure they'll have it to loan you at no cost did you have to pay for the tool but you use it bring it back and get all your money back at no cost to you that is a great same-day offered their customers so go by AutoZone get the parts you need here in the tools you need to borrow they got you covered

They couldn't find me the right starter for a GMC 7500 and I think it was due to the computer system being so outdated cuz I went right next door to O'rileys and they found it within minutes and they had it there that day and I was able to get the job done

I cannot say enough about my service at this location. They changed my battery and air filter right on the spot. Any time I have needed advice or suggestions they were super helpful
