CLIFFORD AND Ryan always do a great job ! Ryan helped my Daugher with her car and cliff as well , been a costumer of this store for a long time ! The employees never disappoints, keep the good work , it s a small store ! They have the oils well stacked , stores is always clean :) store is going to need more salt bags , since the winter is at his infancy . Overall you can find great deals , and as well as getting your battery check , fluids ,tires etc ! Tallmadge Ohio . This location gives you access to 76 interstate and in proximity to another areas as well .

I stopped here to grab windshield wipers probably about a month ago. When I was grabbing some the woman at the counter told me the ones I had grabbed wouldn t hook on right and could fly off so I should grab a brand she recommended instead. I did so and after installing them I knew they were a mistake. The wipers didn t have anything on the front to hold them on at all! The diagrams provided with the wipers showed that they weren t missing any parts and seemed to be designed to just barely hold on for my simple type of wiper. Needless to say these flew off and I had to go buy another set of wipers at AutoZone.

The staff I have encountered is always helpful a d attentive to the customers. I generally do in-store pickup and purchase my items ahead of time. All of my orders to date have been correct and they have them ready for pickup quickly. This saves a lot of time which enables me to get the job done faster and with less headaches.

I needed to warranty my limited lifetime warranty alternator. The guy looked in the computer and they didn't have my info in the computer so I handed him my receipt that had customer copy on the bottom. Showed my vehicle info, what I bought with part number how much, when, where, had my first and last name, and even said LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. Even showed that I returned the core and got my money back for it. I also had the faulty alternator on the counter right then when the advance part number sticker still in tact. Guy behind the counter looked at the receipt for a hard minute and went into a several minute spiel on how this isn't a receipt, this just proved that I put an order in for it, and I would have to call corporate or go to the original store where I bought it from which was a good 45min away, and that he couldn't pull up any info to honor the warranty. But then when I said that this paper has all the info to prove I bought the product he said yeah, well kind of. Then he said well someone handed you the wrong paper when I bought it. He never even was interested nor mentioned even testing the alternator.I handed him the original customer copy receipt. the receipt that he even said has all the info proving I bought the alternator, that was one foot in front of him with advances stickers still on it. He didn't want to honor his companies warranty, for one reason or another, and instead put all his resources in explaining there was nothing he could do, despite having the part and receipt right in front of him. I no longer trust their warranties and will no longer be doing any business with advances auto parts in the future. It shouldn't matter what advance I go to as long as you show the original receipt, which I did. I decided not to argue with the guy. Too many other places that will honor their warranty with a fraction of the hassle to waste my time with advance in the future.

Went in there and the lady was rude with an attitude right away. We were disturbing her leaving for the day. I had gotten 2 bad alternators in 1 week from there (Different location) and I wanted to just talk about how to fix the issue. She was upset we even came in. I asked her if it was okay to sell bad parts to customers and her reply was "Yep, we sure can!" "Whatever floats your boat!"

Got to the store 10 minutes before closing. The manager was still happy to install a new battery in my truck. She was very courteous and pleasant. They earned my future business

They always have what I need. As a side note I had an awesome experience with one of the guys that works there. I picked up a UA Army air freshener and the clerk asked me if I was military. I said that I was a army veteran. He asked if he could see my military ID so I pulled it out then he thanked me for my service and asked the manager for an override. He gave me 15% off the air freshener and again thanked me for my service. Awesome place and amazing customer service.

Great customer service. Everyone was respectful and courteous. Brandy took her time to help me out with my purchase and came out to look at my car. I saved money with her help. This is a place i would consider to go!

Paid $57 for 2 wipers,shared my info to add on an extended warranty. I waited in the car for atleast 30 minutes. Went back in to check and was told they would be out in just a minute. I told the associate if he wasn't out in 5 minutes I'd like a refund. The girl came out and it took under a minute to change them once she had the right size wipers. I asked for my receipt and was told they already gave it to me which they didnt. I went back in and it took her multiple attempts to retrieve it. I asked her if it showed my warranty and she said "yes" which it did not. I'm so glad that i don't have a reason to come back to this store.Why spend 5 minutes covering the warranty if you're not gone to sell it to me anyway. I was referred here by my mechanic and I'll be sure to tell him of this horrible experience.

Nicest guys... Me and my dad went to get a battery and wipers and the guy was so helpful we didn't have to do anything but joke around with a guy and he did everything without us even asking. My dad even tipped him 10 bucks. I won't go to any other advanced auto.

Opened the door from a clean parking lot and walked into a clean and organized store. I was greeted with eye contact as soon as I opened the door. When I was asked if I needed any help the man actually frame from behind the counter and walked me to the item that I was shopping for instead of barking out:"4th shelf on your right!" Yes, I will go here again.

Stopped in to pick up a couple parts for my truck, nothing expensive.if I don't need it now I order on line and just get it shipped to my home,takes a few days but a lot cheaper

Young kid behind the counter on his phone (NOT a phone call), I had to say something for him to look up from it, to help me, you're there to wotk... Gave him description of what needed, he didn't know what he was doing. Simple thing as battery.... I won't be back.

Needed a new battery for a 2014 Ford Escape. Brandi (sp?) sold us the battery and installed it. It was a very difficult install due to the configuration of the engine and the location of the battery. She did an excellent job and was professional and personable throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this store and Brandi.
