The work I needed I had no option but to use the dealership. I tried a recommended city garage and the dealership I bought from to get 3 quotes. The issue was they could do the work but not reset the light on the dash.I knew I would be paying the marked up price for that but initially the estimate was 3 hours work which I knew was excessive (i d been told labor was $240 an hour on a previous call when I got the price of the part), I queried this before booking and it was amended to 2 hours. Estimate including part and tax $1241.98The work too just over an hour in the end and on my bill was charged at $550.I asked when paying if the price would come down as it was done so quickly, the answer was a no.BreakdownLabor 550Part 527.64Misc charge(!?) 76.94Tax 87.40Total $1241.98 which was exactly the estimate before the work was done.The experience was good but I feel like the labor could and should have been charged accurately.(The shuttle service is a great feature here though)

I contacted service dept. to get an estimate for battery replacement on 2/8. Spoke with Chris, put on hold, then call "dropped" I called back,2 mins. later. Spoke with lady, said no one available. Took myinfo. Some will call me back. NO CALL BACK RECIEVED.

Absolute wonderful service. Got me in in a timely manner, quality work, and you can rest easy knowing that your car is in good hands (fun fact: they have some of the best audi and mercedes techs in all of North America). Had me back on the road in 3 hours. Couldnt be happier!

Service department and dealership overall are a joke. Purchased a certified preowned vehicle from here years ago. After purchase it was hard to believe that they even performed the required inspection before selling the vehicle. The automatic windshield wipers didn t work, the horn was not mounted in the engine, the vehicle was not completely detailed on the inside, and the fuse for the heated and cooled cup holders was blown. During our experience fixing these issues with the service department we noticed a creaking noise that came from the front driver side wheel well area and had them look at that too. First had the sway bar replaced. Still creaked. Then had a different part replaced (don t remember which). Still creaked. Then they discovered that one of the three engine mounts casing had cracked and it lost the fluid that was stabilizing that support area. Had that fixed and it was noticeably better. Still creaked a little every now and then but not every time you turned left. A few months later we take it to another dealership to have it serviced since we were unhappy with the previous service we received and we were told that a sound panel under the engine was missing. Since it was a certified preowned vehicle the piece should have been there when we purchased it so either this too was missed upon inspection or it was never reinstalled when the engine mount was fixed under warranty. Called service department to have it replaced and had them order it to reinstall since they either missed it or lost it. We were told it would take a few weeks to come in and they would call us to schedule time to come in. A month later we call to see if it had arrived and we were told it had been here for a while. Then they try to schedule us for a month and a half out to have it reinstalled. If you make an error you don t inconvenience the customer you go out of your way to make it right. Overall the worst Mercedes dealership/service department and really overall dealership I have ever dealt with and will avoid at all costs in the future and would advise others to do so as well!Service: Steering & suspension repair
