First experience was great. I got my SUV in for a service, they worked with me on cost, and they got me booked quickly. Unfortunately, I had to return to have a sensor put in that was forgotten in my tire. They acknowledged the mistake and took care of it right away. I will be returning again next time work is needed on my vehicle.

Caleb at DC Auto was professional and thorough. He communicated with me every step of the way. They were able to fix my car with its needed parts within one day when a competitor was going to take 10 days. (And the competitor was charging lots more.) Weve had both our older vehicles serviced here for years. They are the only people who won't rip you off. Fair prices, stand behind their work. Wonderful customer service! Buick dealership told my mom she needed a whole new engine in her car (which isn t very old and also doesn t have high mileage on it) so we had the car towed to DC they called the next day and said a new engine is not needed, only a few parts need to be replaced the price different from the Buick dealership to DC was mind blowing. Thank you DC for being an honest mechanic that I ll use and recommend to any and all friends and family in the future

I had an excellent experience with DC's! My Ford Explorer engine light was repeatedly coming on. Dealer (which shall not be named here and will never have my service again), couldn't fix the issue for 6 months, and finally diagnosed it as a bad catalytic converter. I called around for competitive prices and DC was 20% less, did the job the same day, and it ran like a champ afterward. Top notch in my book!

My heat stopped working right as it started getting cold out. These guys had it diagnosed, quoted, and fixed within 24 hours. They also explained in layman's terms what the issue was and what caused it. The price was very reasonable, and even more so with how fast they were able to help out! The dealership wanted me to wait 6 weeks before even coming in to check the vehicle.10/10 will bring my car back whenever I need anything done!

Their prices are fair and their work is honest. They've keep my 20 year old Jeep going strong and have done some incredible frame work for me that I thought no one would touch. One of the best shops in Toledo.

Dave and his team do all my oil changes and maintenance. My car has never been taken to the dealership. I trust them to take care of everything! My mom and dad take their cars there too! Professional electric service on hybrid system. Very hard to find at a qualified mechanic with the knowledge and expertise. They do quality work on everything that they do. DC Autocare has the most reliable, honest and reasonable car doctors! I can always depend on them to promptly attend to my needs and I feel confident in their work. They ll even give you a ride home. Wonderful people!

I am looking for a new mechanic, and I stopped today to get some help with an engine warning light that had just come on. I just wanted a check on what was causing it, get a reset, and schedule an appointment for correctionI was told there was no one to check on it for over a week.Looks like this is not going to be the place......

Have always provided good honest service. Once we took a car in for repairs and rather than charge for the repair, they informed me this was a covered repair through the dealer and did not charge for checking into this. Great place to get more complicated things fixed as well. Highly recommend.

Twice I have tried to get my vehicles in there... back in April worth my daughter's jeep and today with my Cadillac. Both times they had to call me back and I was asked if I was a customer and of course I'm not, I'm trying to be one. No explanation, just no, we can't help you. Smh

My husband is retired he was a mechanic for over 40 years when he was no longer able to work on our vehicles we felt very luck to have found Dave he is the only person my husband will let work on our vehicles. Honesty and trustworthy is what we have in Dave.

If adjectives like integrity, professional, honest and competent are meaningful to you, this is the place to get your automobile service and repair done. I cannot give too much praise. I have moved around the country a fair amount and this is the best automobile repair and service shop I have yet to encounter. Absolutely A++.

These guys and gal are great! I had my car towed by my tow provider to their facility having only a recommendation from a parts supplier, and a brief discussion with the gal on the phone. Scary! I needed my car back quickly for an out-of-town trip. DC's Auto Care in Sylvania, OH diagnosed the problem and consulted with me on the parts and repair. I plan on keeping my trusted Scout (silly being past middle-aged and still naming your vehicles), for a very long time and requested the more rugged parts. Zip-Zap the job was done for a surprisingly low price. I went to pick her up, and saw the pride in this operation. The place was clean and secure; I peeked into the shop it was clean and organized as well. Rock-On Scout has found a new maintenance team!
