I have bought two vehicles from Vin Devers in the span of a month. The first was in an unfortunate accident and the second was to replace the first. Throughout all of this the staff have been great to work with and follow up with. Any questions I have had have been answered in a timely manner and the family atmosphere has been wonderful to deal with. I would strongly recommend someone who is in the market to go visit them.

Always professional and courteous. Jessie takes care of me from calling me to let me know service may be delayed due to power being down and I shouldn t make the hour plus drive just yet to letting me know the benefits of keeping an immaculate maintenance history. Recently purchased my pre-owned 2021 Audi A5 Sportback at Vin Devers and I have to say, what a fantastic experience! Coming from a sales background, I was very impressed with their process. My car died on a cross country trip and it was near Vin Devers. From the tow to the repair, Jessie and his team sent me videos and kept me informed at every stage of the process. Everything involved in my purchase was seamless, painless and actually a pleasure (when do you ever hear that about purchasing a car?!). John was great to work with and Zach explained everything about everything in the car. The financing experience was amazingly good, and the folks at Vin Devers actually presented my new Audi like it was a prize I had just won... Under a black cover with a big red bow on top. I don't ever want to purchase a vehicle from anywhere else. Thank you Vin Devers!

Service is incredible Keith and Jessie treat us very well. The sales mgr as well as Vandevers talked down to us. The service guys Keith and Jessy are the reason we go there. I gave my Q7 to our daughter and purchased a G 550 else were. I trued to shop Van Devers. The best I could get was a text with a price Way over list. I m old so I just move on. I refuse to sweet talk someone to take my $

Met quickly on arrival. Paperwork was available and car was taken within minutes. Video of inspection was great. Nice touch. Two year service completed in a very reasonable amount of time. Good work and nice people.

Set an appointment with Devers for 12/7/2021 on 11/10/21. When I arrived for my appointment, they told me it would be half a day but they ended up keeping it overnight. Service manager then told me they would not have the car completed by 2pm the following day. I work in the finance department of a dealership, so I know how staff shortages in any department can make things chaotic, but I still feel marginalized. It is worth noting that the service has been exemplary in previous visits.

In late August, my brakes failed on my Audi on the Ohio turnpike. I had my car towed to Vin Devers Audi Sylvania. Jessie Nida, Keith Solomon and the Vin Devers team went out of their way to take care of my problem.They determined that when I had my brakes replaced 15 months earlier, the work was not done correctly. They spoke directly to the other shop and explained what they saw. The other shop agreed and covered the repairs, towing and rental car.If it wasn t for Jessie and Keith, it would have cost me over $1000.If you re looking for a new/used vehicle or are having your vehicle serviced, I highly recommend Vin Devers!

I had to have some recall work done on my car and scheduled it with Vin Devers. They were excellent to deal with. Did the work quicker than they originally said and had the car washed and floor matts cleaned when I picked it up. Thanks Jessie.

I had a great experience buying my Audi Q4 e-Tron from Vin Devers Audi/Mercedes. John my salesperson was very helpful and the paperwork process was very smooth. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an Audi or Mercedes- Benz in the Sylvania area!
