I always change my truck oil at this place the guys over there are so nice and they did a great job I totally recommend it

I gave 3 stars to be fair because I can't say how your service actually is. The listing shows that this facility is open 24 hours, and one would expect this to be the case given that it's at a truck stop, but it is grossly inaccurate. Please correct this so that you don't put any other drivers in a bad position. I drove here based on that information, and I ended up having to call for after hours service which is virtually impossible to get here on a Saturday evening (also quite expensive). I realize that I should have called first, but drivers aren't always in a position to do so safely. Had I known that you were closed, I'd have gone west to the TA. Please, it's a simple fix for a huge problem.

Had a bad brake chamber on my trailer. Went up to counter and they got me pulled into the bay right then. Found the leaky chamber and had it fixed in 25 min. James the mechanic was very fast with the job which I was very impressed by. Everyone was very friendly and they had paperwork done like that. Would definitely come back!

Had to get new steer tires. Guys were fast, efficient, and pleasant. Price made boss happy and new steer tires put the hubby's mind at ease. Thank you!

Swung by after picking up a re-built trailer from a client a couple miles away on Sep 30th 2020, about 9am est. Trailer had been sitting for over a year and went to see if the shop could air them up before delivering the trailer to it's new owner.Older man with a beard told me with a snotty hostile attitude, they would have to remove all the tires from the trailer and cage them, to air them up.He explained that it was Goodyear Corp policy.I didn't care if it was corporate policy or not, I wasn't going to deal with his attitude.Took the trailer to your competition down the road, and they were happy to have my business.I will no longer do business with Goodyear for any reason after that encounter.

Stopped at the Flying J to do my 34 restart, and it was kinda time for a oil change, so I said.....might as well. I wish I didn't.Among other things......the tech stepped into my truck ( probably to run the motor after he changed it ) without telling me. In case you didn't know, they're not supposed to do that, they're supposed to call you to start it up, and go over oil filling/pan plug check etc.... His greasy boots destroyed my front driver foot well rug.But the worst part.....he did NOT torque my oil pan plug. Found that out shortly the second day after driving a bit ( I was lucky I had to stop I guess after an hour of driving ) and seeing oil dripping out of the plug. Lucky I caught it on time, and torqued it myself. That could have ended badly.

Many trucks choose this place over the loves truck stop at the next exit because the local loves will take you hours to get a tire replaced and here they get you in and out quickly.

This place is horrible, very inexperienced mechanics, they didn't change my oil filter I asked to speak with supervisor he came than said there is air inside not filter..ha what? Ok than manager overheard r conersation jumping into action to defend he's employes by saying ok I will look on the computer,Manager: what kind of truck is this?I said InternationalManager:What year is it? 1950?Ha 1950? Really?Ok so after half minute he said ok there is filter in there I'm sorry we didn't change it. Than they did it but didn't put new gasket, I go out on the road and sure there was oil everywhere I barely made it back to shop, at that point they hate it me, after seating there for 15 minutes they don't have gasket so a person has to go to dealer to buy one, total 3 1/2 hours from start of service to end..I would never ever ever go to this place again please stay away and read other review's I'm not the only one giving one star

Horrible service went there for an oil change less than 3 minutes later ALL the oil leaked out on the road. I went back for them to fix the problem . Later in the afternoon it only got WORSE from their HORRIBLE mechanical work. NEVER take your truck here.
