I am writing this on behalf of my sister. She is from out of town (about an hour north) but works here in Sunbury. Her car broke down 10 minutes into her drive back home, so we had it towed here. They let her keep the car at their shop (while she stayed with me) until she was able to figure out her finances for almost a week and a half. They were patient with her and took care of the problem once we were able to figure out the financials on our side. Very knowledgeable facility and trustworthy. Highly recommend.I also got a kick out of the humor on their website :)

So glad we read the reviews . We haven t been satisfied with another local auto place for the last few years. We read reviews and gave them a try. They were very honest and our Acura has never run better. You can trust these guys. I was ready to replace another tire and get a full alignment done along with service. When I got there it was less money and they said after review we could have did it for you but we didn t feel it was necessary so we didn t do it. Hard to find honesty, integrity and fair price anywhere. We will be back for all of our future auto needs. Thank you

These guys are the real deal. I ALWAYS take my car here they are fast, honest, and so accommodating. I even had a headlight go out and asked if they could pop it in and they did it on the fly. Helped me out so much! Thank you for being such a great local business.

I thought I had problems with the headlights of my car, it turned out everything was working fine. The staff was very gentle in explaining and checking everything. They did not charge me anything. Geart professionals and human beings.

For the first time in 40 years I've used a different mechanic. My experience with this company has been beyond my wildest expectations. The staff is very nice and the owner takes a sincere interest in his customers. These guys are great! I had a huge bolt stuck in my tire and was 30 miles from home. I told them I only had 17 dollars on me to fix the tire. No hesitation, they said we re going to get you on the road. 5 mins later I was back on the road. Only $5!! Honest guys who care about your car and your business! Thanks!! I was impressed with how quickly they got my car in and how thorough they were in finding out what was wrong. My car has brought me a lot of trouble and it was a relief to get a fix finally and the recommendation to trade unless I want to be at the mechanics on a regular basis. Alex was helpful, friendly and humorous which I appreciated.

These guys are so good! Hometown guys that care about you and your vehicle! They are honest and effective! You know whatever the situation with your vehicle you are getting the best advice at an honest or better than honest price. They actually made a could small fixes when I stopped on the spot and didn't charge me anything. Take your vehicles here you arrive be disappointed!

These guys are the best. I have taken my car here several times for different issues and each time they're extremely helpful, kind and honest. This team has done an awesome job with every issue/car I ve brought to them. They get the car in when they say they will, are highly communicative about the problem and best option to resolution, and wrap the job up when they say they will. I have taken them 2 of my vehicles and they did a great job with both. They seem to be that rarity in the mechanic world...honest. My Escape had been driving badly, throwing codes, and it felt like a transmission issue. I know very little about cars, so they could have told me my transmission was bad, and potentially charged me thousands. Instead they told me it was actually a brake issue, and that yes, there was wear on the pad, but no reason to replace it yet. Saved me a lot of money and buying a new car.Also, if you're having a bad day, you can talk to Alex, their very own Stuart Smalley for affirmations.

Had a problem with an older vehicle. It was boarder line worth the money to get it fixed and they were very upfront with me about that. They could have easily recommend I do the repairs and taken my money but they recommend I not sink more into a car that would quickly be back in the shop. They even asked around to see if any locals would be interested in buying it as a fixer upper. I didn't spend any money with them this time however the next time I have a problem with a vehicle they will be the first shop I will call.

I've always had a positive experience here. Alex is very honest and transparent. They truly go above and beyond. They even game me a free loaner once when my car was going to take longer than expected. Joe and Alex Rourke have become good friends and they are excellent mechanics. Their shop is fair, their prices are reasonable, and these men are willing to help you so that you can stay running. I have been taking my cars there for yrs & when I'm out of town my wife can take her car there and I can trust them to not try to rip her off or any person off. They're honest fair experienced and wonderful mechanic. I trust them and that's not easy for me.

Alex and Joe are the best auto service techs I've ever dealt with. Joe must have his masters degree in customer service because he went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction. I've taken my Jeep Grand Cherokee there twice for regular maintenance and some troubleshooting. Both visits were well worth it! If you're worried about finding an honest car mechanic, look no further than Ruark & Sons. Thanks guys!

I love these guys... I usually deal with Alex on the regular and he has the personality just like me simple and very easy going. These guys are incredibly fast, honest, great prices, courteous, and professional. They ve done all kinds of great work on my old Silverado and I m glad my parents recommended me to such a great shop, I wouldn t think of going anywhere else.

They are 2 brothers that work together and have an excellent repair shop. Their prices are reasonable & they are very professional. You can trust your car's problems to them and know you are going be treated fairly, And most importantly you are going to be treated honestly. They can fix and diagnose any problem bout any year variety of vehicle on the planet. And they will tell you if it's something they cannot fix. They have a great reputation with my family. We have all use them for many different kinds of cars and problems. I highly recommend them and trust them. I can go out of town my wife can take her car there and I know they will diagnose the problem and fix it and I don't have to worry about them ripping her off because she's a woman. They have a great great reputation in our community and with my family and me personally.

My experiences have been very positive over multiple vehicles and many years. They are good solid repair guys and have been very honest with us on everything that we've brought their way to fix or diagnose and have been timely to boot! Additionally, as for trust, I plan on bringing our church van to them because I know that I can trust them to do the right job as they would on their own vehicles.

These guys are awesome! They are so nice and helpful. Every time I call they get me in super fast. Alex always teaches me something new about my car that I'll need to know in the future. He even taught me how to put air in my tires. That's something super simple that he took the time to teach me. GREAT guys who I will go to for anything!

These guys are great. My first oil change last year threw them off because my 2019 renegade with turbo took a special filter and oil. They had a hard time finding the filter, but got two and were ready the second time. I was in and out. Super friendly.

Best automotive mechanics in the area. They are great to work with and keep you updated during the process. They are always up front and honest about pricing and any required maintenance. I really appreciate them for all they have done over the past few years. I would recommend them over anyone else bar none.
