This place has become my favorite tire place after my regular mechanic suggested them. Service is always quick and friendly, prices are good, and it's super-easy to get an appointment. Waiting room is dated but I haven't waited there long enough for it to matter. Highly suggest this place if you need tire work done!

Third shift worker, tire went flat before heading out. Put donut on, ran by Ponds asap (they just opened for day, and was off work). They got me right in without appointment, and did work while I waited. Very courteous staff, and price was very reasonable. I m very grateful to them. Very very highly recommended.

This shop used to be great. We took our cars there for years. Recently they raised their prices way up. They went to appointments only. I could almost understand the price increase but they haven't put $1 into making the place any nicer. Now for the kicker: after spending almost $50/ tire for mount and balance (4 tires) I've got my car being looked at at the dealership for a vibration while driving. All 4 tires are out of balance, it's only been 4 months and they're not cheap tires. I wouldn't go back to this place to use the phone if my car broke down right out front of their shop!

They helped me figure out what tire I needed for my trailer over the phone, and had it done in a few hours. There was a miscommunication on the tire size when I got there, and they swapped it out immediately for the correct one. Great service

Highly recommend. I had flat tire and filled it with enough air to get me 7 miles down the road. Instead of selling me a new tire, they jacked up my car, took the tire off, patched/sealed it from the inside, and had it back on in less than 20 minutes. I was surprised by how quick and low cost that service was...especially going in thinking I would need a new tire after calling other places. Thank you Pond Tire!

They are absolutely awesome. I have never waited more than 40 minutes and 15 minutes was the best time. And that was from the time I walk in to the time I walked out with 2 to 4 brand new tires. Even if they are out of stock on one tire they hook you up with another for about the same price. I have had 3 visits to Pond Tires II and have left happy all three times. Walmart, NTB, and Pep Boys all suck compared to Pond Tire II. I highly recommend!

Way too expensive to have four tires mounted and balanced. I suppose this is largely my fault for not getting an estimate or quote prior to taking my vehicle here to have tires mounted, but I worked at a tire store for two years and assumed any reputable tire place would be within five or ten bucks of what I had in mind. After walking out paying over $140 to have my own tires mounted, I regretted that decision. I was expecting $15-20 per tire and maybe a buck or two each for disposal of the old ones, but they had me at almost $30 per tire and $4 each for disposal, and I was beyond shocked when she told me the total was over $140 especially considering I was prepared for something closer to the $64.50 my former shop would have charged. They were fast and I haven't had any problems, but ouch, I'd recommend getting a couple quotes to compare if all you need is a quick mount and balance.

A very helpful group of people. You can call them up with your tire size and they will give you a quote. The cost includes everything, unlike some places which will give you a ridiculously inexpensive quote but then they charge you for balancing, the bead, mounting, valve. if you have a flat tire they will be upfront and honest with you as to whether the repairs can be made and whether they're worth it.

Best tire shop I've found.-----------------------Just had another great service experience. Cordial customer service from the gals at the counter. They went the extra mile to ensure they had the proper equipment to change tires on an electric car -before- contacting me to bring in the car. Returned same day. Done right. Car handles beautifully.-----------------------Always have had a positive experience. From purchasing 4 new tires for two of my cars, to fixing a flat, to remount & rebalance, to new rim for a spare. The team there has always acted with honesty and integrity in every transaction. Fair price. The tire discounts are the same as I've found at NTB, or Costco. But the customer service sets them apart. Great service.One time, I brought in my lawn tractor tire and asked them to swap the leaking tread for a new tread I had purchased on ebay. 10 min wait. No charge. Thrillers.Another time I was impressed over a tire gauge they had for sale. The design was great making the checking pressure super easy. They *gave* me the gauge as a gift. It was a $6 piece, but its that kind of "over and above" that's kept me coming back and spending hundreds of $$$ more and recommending to all my friends.I am strictly a customer with pond. No other affiliation or relationship.

10:30 Saturday morning, too busy to fix one flat tire that could have proven to be the sale of 4 new tires. Do you want to leave it with us so we can take a look at it Monday? No, can t drive a truck with 3 tires. Will not return! Only 4 miles from my home. Not the first time I felt like they didn t want my business.

My husband stopped there the other day. We couldn't buy tires that day so they helped get the spare out and put it in at no charge. I went back today to get our new tires from there because they were so nice. I waited there and it didn't take a long time at all. They also answered all questions that I had.

The girl that works the front desk has been anything but pleasant when we go in there. It's unfortunate because we love supporting local businesses, but she has made it an uncomfortable and negative experience for us.

I highly recommend pond tires in Sunbury. We always get our tires and batteries from them but today,,,,, proved I will be a customer forever. We had a camping trip scheduled today and woke up finding we had 2 dry rotted tires one was flat. Took them in to be replaced and they actually had the tires on hand. They replaced all 4 tires and we were on the road by the scheduled time.. cheers to you guys! Thank you

Had a tire that would go down overnight so had them check it out. Nail at the edge of sidewall and couldn't be patched so a new tire was needed. Pond had it in stock and had me in and out in 25 min. Great job Pond Tire.

Centerburg's Auto Repair place Shorty's sent me to Ponds tire company because the noise from the my car was the tire. I stopped in a emergency they put my car right in because I was on my way to care for my 92 year old mother.

This place is horrible when the mistake is there's. Dropped a rim off for then to put a tire on after waiting an hour they call to inquire, again, what they are supposed to do after explaining again they inform me they do not have that size at all. Wasted my time ruined my whole day and the manager just smirks and says sorry

Tires were at the minimum $100 cheaper than everyone else... I got there at 1030 they had me out the door by 11. Excellent staff. I won't buy tires anywhere else
