Dave, Steve and the rest of the team at NorthStar are amazing. They are kind, understanding, flexible and do solid work. We had new tires, an alignment and had a right wheel bearing replaced on our 2017 Volvo S60 and an alignment, oil change and break check on our 2017 Mercedes GLE 350. We will continue to take our vehicles to them and recommend everyone do the same! Great folks.

I first stopped at Northstar years ago to take advantage of their $9.95 oil change. I'm sure they used that to draw in new customers for other services . . and it worked! They are my 'go to' for routine maintenance and the two times I've had 'emergencies' they worked me in to their schedule and got the truck running again quickly. I highly recommend this shop.

The gentleman at Northstar automotive always do a fantastic job! I love getting the $20 oil change it's it's quick cost-effective and done correctly. I would recommend Northstar automotive to any one needing automotive work. That includes my friends and family. Way to go guys keep up the good work!

Very good buying experience and how can you beat $10 oil changes? I purchased a low mileage van that is in very good shape for a very reasonable price. There was a slight steering issue that they fixed with no questions asked and threw in a free alignment. 3 of our other cars and friend's vehicles have been to Northstar for routine maintenance and alignments and the service has been excellent with affordable prices.

They are 1st class operation they do exactly what needs to be done they do so cheaply and efficiently. They are a treasure to have in our area. They do a good business. They're hard working and honest and that's vitally important in the day some people try to take advantage of you. They also have a used car business cars and trucks you can find a pretty good deal. I would have given them 5 stars I don't give anybody 5 stars cause that's almost perfect but they're really good

Great company. I have taken both my vehicles to them for repairs and they have always been fair, thorough, and honest. They recently had my 07 F 150 in for a miss fire on one of the coil packs. They diagnosed the problem and were more than happy to let me come get it in order to do the repair myself so I could save some money. They weren't going to charge me anything for the diagnosis. I insisted on paying them something for their time. The gentleman who I spoke with said if I left a $20 that would be fine. Most shops would charge around $70 for a diagnosis. There are not a lot of companies left like this anymore.

This a family owed business, they go the extra mile for you, honest, respectful, kind people. No fancy overhead place, no fancy offices, so none of this gets passed on to YOU. My son send me there, I am so thankful. I needed help getting the new car HOME, they Volunteer to DELIVER it at no extra cost. I would tell everyone go here first, before buying at super car mall. PRICE WAS GREAT!!!!!!!

This place is absolutely crooked as can be. Sold me an all wheel drive vehicle with no rear driveshaft. Not to mention that they wouldn't even talk to me about it. It has broke down numerous times and finally was able to get someone to find the issue with it 2 years later. I highly suggest to stay away from them.

Great service and decent prices. They come to my job, pick up my car, fix it and return it. What a wonderful idea. I don't have to miss work or take up my Saturdays taking care of car maintenance. Couldn't be more pleased with their service!

Son bought a truck from them, frame is rusted out and its not safe to drive. They said they would try to find something affordable they could try to help him out and havent heard from them since. If u want junk that is unsafe to drive shop here

Went to get a $10 oil change. Regret that now! My car started making weird noises after my oil change. Pretty sure business is done under the table when i paid the guy put my money in his wallet not a register. Now i have to take my car to be checked somewhere else. Saving $ on an oil change isnt worth the sketch at this place.

Went for an oil change. They were friendly and the service was fast. I knocked off 1 star for not airing up my low tire which was displayed on the dash. But great place otherwise.

Absolute scam artist. They will sell you junk cars and when you bring them in repairs they will use used parts that are not guaranteed. How these people have been in business this long is absolutely amazing so if you want to waste your money in your time checkout North Star automotive

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LEMON ALERT LEMON ALERT LEMON ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have to give them 1 star because you can't post negative stars. My wife goes to work in a car she babies that she purchased from these people 10 months ago. Shes driving down the road in the dark and the car breaks down it's dark she's 7 1/2 months pregnant. So long story short we now pay $250/month for a car that shouldn't have been sold to us 10 months ago if the motor wasn't gonna last the 6 years we have to pay for it. Awesome, and they pretty much said they'd "work" with me but not much they can do since it's been 10 months ? REALLY? DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! If the motor won't last in my car I'd hope someone reads this and says wow this guy got screwed.

Had work done multiple occasions and both times ended up needing to go somewhere else to get vehicle fixed. Had a brake line needed to be replaced which they charged me for only to have to have same part replaced elsewhere within month of service. Wouldn't suggest buying a vehicle from them or anything more than a tire inflation or oil change

Steve is always so friendly. they always give you a straight answer on what is wrong with the car. This is a great place to go to and get your car fixed they never give you the runaround.

I called and asked about a vehicle and was told that it was in very good condition with no dents or rust and when I got there to look at it one side of it looked like it was hit by something and it was rust on the other side. I'm glad I didn't have to drive more than 35 minutes to get here.

Bought a truck for 10k 4 months ago had to put new injectors and glow plugs on it an instant lemom....asked them to help on the cost and was blocked from facebook instantly....bad place to buy from i wouldnt buy a bicycle from them.
