Eagle Auto is one of the hidden gems in Sunbury. The staff are not only competent in the services they offer, but are very professional in dealing with customers. Tyler and Rick are phenomenal. I take both of our cars and our RV to Eagle for service work. Tyler is amazing. He not only will take on challenging problems, but he very diligently looks for other possible problems that might exist and does this with the utmost respect to the customer. Eagle Auto serves its customers with efficient timelines, cost effectiveness, and quality work. I will never let anyone else serve my auto needs other than the competent folks at Eagle Auto.

It's so nice finding a mechanic you trust after moving from a different state. Tyler managed to get my car in same day AND finish same day both times i've called. Reasonable prices with easy payment options via secure portal and after hours pick up make picking up after work a breeze. 10/10 recommend this place.

Our water pump failed on a Friday afternoon at a stop in Sunbury. No shops open on Saturdays. I called here and they gave me a good tow option, great hotel option, and a quick diagnosis of the problem. On Monday AM, they had my 2011 Sienna fixed by 11:10 AM and we completed our trip from NY to TN in time for dinner. Great job, guys.

I had an amazing experience here. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. They seemed very busy, but that didn t take away from making time to take care of me. They fixed my spare valve right away and had my new tire there and put on for me the very next day.I will definitely be going back for future vehicle repairs and maintenance.Service: Tires

As a fellow mechanic Tyler helped me out on programming a transmission control module and it worked out great. It s great to have a shop that will help out other mechanics that don t want to spend the money for the expensive equipment. Tyler is a great guy.

Tyler, Rick and the rest of the eagle auto crew are very honest, professional and upfront. I gave a list to Take care of on my gmc work truck and told them if there was anything else that needed attention to give me a call. They called me back after I drop my vehicle off and there were more items that need to be taken care of and was very upfront about the price and if they could wait another month or so or if it needed to be done now. I have been using this company for approximately the past 10 to 15 years and have had no issues with them. This is a great company to take your vehicle to and have it serviced. I have and would recommend Eagle auto to anyone and everyone that I know and or meet that needs vehicle service. I got a screw in my tire the night before my trip to Cleveland. The next morning I called shops around the area, and all of them were booked a day or two out. I called Eagle Auto Repair and he got me in and out within 15 minutes and patched my tire so I could leave for my trip. Total life saver! I highly recommend them.

During my recent visit, I found the place to be decent overall. The natural surroundings were pleasant, with some greenery and waterfalls adding a touch of tranquility. The accommodations were satisfactory, offering adequate space and average designs. The staff was friendly enough, though not overly attentive. While the experience was somewhat relaxing, it didn't quite meet my high expectations. "Serenity Cove" could benefit from some improvements in terms of service and ambiance. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I'm not sure if I would prioritize a return visit.

This company is amazing. I was on my way to Missouri. My truck broke down and they were able to take me in and fix a simple thing on my truck. They have a great waiting room area and treated me with the upmost respect. Highly recommended to do business with this place. Stopped in due to a alert for a battery issue on my vehicle, they were able to diagnose a faulty alternator, get a new one ordered and had me back on the road in 2 hours. They fit me in no problems and treated me like a regular. I would have been stranded without them I m from Illinois I was here for work. Speaking with Rick at the front desk he was very hospitable and knowledgeable and was a great all around guy! Over the Memorial Day weekend my car decided it was time to act crazy. Ended up needing new rear brakes, pads, rotors, calipers, and tie rods. I was well past due for a tire rotation and needed an alignment as well. I took it in early Tuesday morning and Rick assisted me at the front desk. The phones were ringing off the hook and he still had a smile on his face. They called me later in the afternoon to let me know what was wrong with the car and gave me a price estimate. Tyler helped ensure that my vehicle was fixed properly and safe to drive again. The turn around time was quick and I appreciate the communication throughout the entire process. I m sure others were involved, however the only two names I caught were Rick and Tyler. Thank you very much! Would HIGHLY recommend this shop for any future auto repairs! Thought they were great at first, got me in quickly due a cancellation, didn't have the type of oil I use and used a brand that I never heard of for my oil change and rotated my tires. But when I picked it up charged me $100 . Felt like I had just been taken. Will not be going back.

My daughter s VW Beetle battery suddenly died so I made some calls to find the correct battery at a local auto parts store. When I arrived I was told this car needed professional installation battery replacement. After making multiple phone calls while sitting in the car (with it running since I had to jump start it and couldn t turn it off) Eagle Auto Repair was the most responsive. He looked it up and agreed it needed professional installation and said if I could leave it for the rest of the day they would work it in to their schedule. They got it done within a few hours and called me to come pick it up. Pricing was very fair and customer service was excellent. I had never used this company before but I will be back and highly recommend them.Service: Battery

Eagle Auto has been my go to spot since moving to Sunbury. Rick is great at the front desk and the mechanics who work on my car are excellent as well. They do excellent work and a very fair price. They communicate with you very well and they don t try and sell you things you don t need. They are professional and trustworthy. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Traveling through and had an emergency repair, they took my Ram 3500 Dually in, put in a new water pump, thermostat and other repairs in less than a day. Excellent service and people skills

I had such a good experience with Eagle Auto! My friend told me about them, and I decided to call and get a quote on how much it would be to get my radiator replaced. First off, they were less than HALF the amount other places wanted to charge me. Secondly, I was in the next day and my car was finished before 6 pm. Very nice guys too! :)
