We are VERY happy campers to have the floor replaced in our 2015 320 CS-S @ the nuCamp Service Center. Jeremy was so helpful in assessing & planning the work that needed to be done. in addition to the floor replacement, they identified & repaired where the leak was that caused the deterioration of the floor, installed a single sewer connection, installed a high altitude kit & flushed the Alde system. They were very professional and made us proud to be part of the nuCamp family!

The nuCamp Service Center did a great job with my Cirrus 620. They recommended things that may need to be serviced in the future, and their customer service was outstanding.I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the Sugarcreek area. I would even say they are worth a few hours drive!

Just left NuCamp RV Service Center in Sugarcreek OH. Wanted to say how pleased we were with the above and beyond service we received. When we dropped off our camper after hours they gave us the code so we could use their campground facilities (full hook ups) in a safe secure area. Jeremy did a fine job of emailing and informing us as work was being done. All warranty work was completed in a timely manner and everything was explained in detail to us when we picked up our truck camper. There was no haggling about anything, they just fixed it. Before we bought our Cirrus we researched all truck camper companies warranty to see how others were treating their customers. NuCamp came out on top for us. When they say customer satisfaction is number one they REALLY mean it. They just proved it to us. Thank You nuCamp...... Bob and Marie Cogswell

The service center folks are awesome! I was able to drop my 320s BD trailer early, and they were able to work in my repairs and maintenence in a few days. Sooooo happy! Great facility and wonderful people. Recommend highly
