Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Purchased new Traeger grill and they walked me through all the features. After sales service was also a great experience! These guys really care about their customers. Great selection of accessories also. Highly recommend Triple 6 Outdoor!

Actually I did not purchase anything here. We were doing some work for the owner. He was very nice. If you want to do business with a local guy he seems very genuine.

I recently purchased a Kioti CX2510 tractor from Dustin at Triple 6 Outdoor. I asked many questions and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I was treated with respect at every one of my visits and especially the visits AFTER my purchase. Both Dustin and Nick are two standup guys who care. It's this type of courtesy and customer service that will keep me coming back as a repeat customer.

Dustin - first of all, you were patient answering my many questions while I searched for the right mower. After several days of looking and comparing, I decided on the Ariens Apex. And, this is the best mower I've ever had.Secondly - and this is where you've really won an ardent fan - you made a "house call" on Saturday while delivering mowers due to my after-hours call about the filter. NOBODY has ever done that and you were just as friendly at my house as you are in the store.You didn't have to do that but it's that kind of customer service that will set you apart from everyone else. Thank you so much for taking the time to do that. The effort you made to do that may not seem like a lot to you but it spoke volumes to me about your character and the kind of business you run.I am impressed beyond words with the experience I've had at Triple 6 and would recommend you and Ariens mowers to anyone. Thanks again!

I live hours away from this place but it's the closest Jonsered chainsaw dealer to me. They told me $40 total for the part with tax and shipping, they did not say tax and shipping on top of $40 for the part. Then they took my address down which I completely thought it was so they can ship it to me, NOPE!!!! It ended up I paid 40 for the part, 3 something for taxes and almost 12 for shipping. Then he asks me if I'm going to come pick it up!!!!!????? Now he wants another $15 to ship it to me!!!!! Total for this $40 part is costing me $70! Terrible communication. This should not have happened. Come to find out, this part is $40-41 from Husqvarna and also partstree.com tax AND shipping included. Shop around before you use them! I hope my lesson benefits someone else. Also......this is only ever the 2nd Google review I've ever left!
