I couldn't be happier. I will say I was a little hesitant taking my motorcycle there to be fixed because of some bad reviews, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Soles. Everyone in the store was nice and helpful and they kept me informed every step of the way with the problems and progress of my bike. It was fixed fast and wasn't near as pricey as most places. I highly recommend them for any on or off road needs, and they will not refuse you because you didnt buy from them or have an older ride like every other place i tried. They are great people and I will do business with them in the future.

Wonderful friendly people in a mom and pop shop. Bought a beautiful 1500cc goldwing with a trike conversion. Our kind of peeps, had a fantastic experience!

My usual repair shop was booked for weeks. I called Soles and even though they were busy as well, they said I could still drop off my Ranger since it was for just an apparent starter issue. I had them also do a full service. In a few days it was ready to be picked up and is running better than ever!Thanks Soles!!

Service is subpar, the front desk lady is very snobby, and many people know this of her to be that way. Made me buy knew valves, because she and their own mechanic thought they knew her stuff, well, she didn't and I paid for it. I know better now to stand by what I know. They also didn't do the service I requested and had to tear my motor apart after I went there because they didn't think the seats for the valves needed recut, one weekend later, one of the valves were already showing major wear and had to get new valves. If you go in and catch Larry, it's your lucky day, he is easy to work with.

Very rude and unprofessional, the lady at the desks acts as if she knows everything and wont let you talk, not only got my bill ran up to 600 dollars but NEVER ONCE received a call for any updates on my bike that sat in the shop for two weeks. I am not doubting larry has knowledge about bikes but the way i have been treated with this situation is unacceptable, Don't waste your time with these people.

Bought a motorcycle from this company that was missrepresented. Was told it was a 2020, only to discover it is a 2019. Paid full price, asked for a partial refund, and was refused by Larry Soles. Save yourself a headache and buy a bike somewhere else! Very dishonest!I filed a complaint with the Better Business Beaurau, and Soles Motor Sports ignored it. Your best recourse is to NOT do business with them. BEWARE.Now they have blocked me on Facebook, because they do not want people to know the truth!

Not really a review. I've never done business with Soles. I've tried to a bunch of times. Always get this "We'll need to order that.." Over and over and over. Without ever actually ordering anything OR contactmg me

Go to Soles Motor Sports!! This family owned, local business is a great place to go for all your Motor Sports needs!! From gloves and helmets to motorcycles, four wheeler and side by side vehicles! Love my new bike, well used, but new to me!! Thank you for everything you do for your customers and your community!!

I just called to check on some crabs I drop off 5 days ago wondering when they will be done. The lady that answered the phone was rude saying its just an old kz there are customers in front of you. Very disrespectful. I just wanted to know when I would get them back.

Jerry it's been a long time since I showed up at your door with a soft cluth and a sob story about losing my wallate on the interstate. I cat express how much your patching me up ment to me. Without your help my adventure would have been over before it began and to this day it was one of the greatest of my life. Thank you I wish you all the best.

I was referred to souls from another little dealership that said they might work on a four wheeler I bought online I called souls the lady that answered the phone was so rude to me because somebody referred me to them I was going to pay them to work on a four-wheeler if they were willing but she was so rude this is one place I would never ever recommend to anybody on fixing buying or anything I mean they she was rude and I just asked a simple question very offended very hurt very uncalled for the most unprofessional I have ever talked to in my life and I'm 44 years old

Charged 100 dollars for a part that all other dealers list for 69. Another part was said to be name brand appears to be a knock off sticker torn off package.
