Walt and his guys are amazing! I ended up getting a flat tire while at work, and when I took my car up to Shaw s, they fixed my flat tire in no time. Very nice and welcoming!

The owner is a junkie. They will leave your car worse than it was. Don't trust these chop shop scumbags. They only want your money (like everybody else!)

Walt and Jose are top notch! I have been coming here for around 2 years. Every time is a pleasant and fair experience. If they can't fix it, they try to provide me with a few recommendations on who can. I have had some issues with tire pressure this winter and every time I need them filled Walt is happy to do so! I can't recommend them enough!*I'm editing to add that I now work here. I have seen some reviews about our turn around time, and about communication. We are a team of 3 as of 3 months ago. Jose is the only mechanic we have. Walt does some repairs but he is very much bogged down in other day to day activities of running a business. I run the office and take calls, and as it is, we do our best to be on top of every single person that calls. With ONE mechanic, I do not reach out until the vehicle is in the bay. So if you drop off and we have not touched it, then I will not be In touch until we have. It saves tying up the phone lines. We can't service everyone, but believe me, Walt certainly does try his best to get every single person in and out with a great experience. It's one of the small downsides to being a small operation. We value all of customers and appreciate the patience that we receive!

They are very honest and fair with pricing. This is now the only place I will go to get my car fixed I have my husband do the oil changes and regular car care but the rest of it will be done here unless they don't do it and if they don't they can tell you where to get it done. If you have a hard time getting repairs done because of price and trust issues call this place you WON'T REGRET it.

The employees are friendly and helpful-- to a point. They were able to identify the issue with my vehicle (2004 VW Beetle) and fix it in a timely fashion. However, in the course of "fixing" the issue, they created ANOTHER issue. My back window would not roll up. It was working just fine when I brought the vehicle to them. They informed me they did not have the "proper tools" to fix it and sent me on my way, with the back window being inoperable. They didn't even refer me to another shop, except to say "you'll probably need to take it to the dealership." Low and behold, a friend investigated the issue to discover there is NO "special tool" needed to access it-- this mechanics shop JUST DIDN'T WANT TO DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM THEY CREATED. Shame on them for putting me in this situation and abandoning me with a damaged vehicle!

Most honest mechanics I ve ever met - they will help you get back on the road ASAP & they couldn t be more courteous and professional. Don t go anywhere else ! Prices are fair too

The best mechanic around this not marked up parts and does not fix things that does not need fixed never have to worry about something going wrong when you leave honest stand up repair shop. Will not take my vehicles anywhere else. My whole family goes there.

Horrible experience put a bad transfer case in my truck I've been taking it back since day one now it's out of warranty I pick my truck up and it's steaming and everything else water pump starts leaking ask him how much to fix it after I spent $800 there and he said that I wasn't happy with this service that he wasn't trying to fix it for me she sends me out of there with the truck overheating my alternatoris not charging any park my truck all the way up the street and left the keys in it unlocked
