Would absolutely recommend this garage 100%! While traveling from out of state, we unfortunately let an Auto Parts store, touch fuses under the hood of our 2011 Toyota RAV4. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle, except the wiring harness for the tow package. The gentleman across the street, when walking in 30 minutes before close, agreed to help us out, and actually stayed open over an hour and a half longer to assist us!The manager was very courteous and the mechanic that stayed an hour and a half past quitting time!!!Thank you so very much!!!

Knuckle Buster came highly recommended to us. We've been taking my wife's car here for a while and they have always been helpful and fair. When it was my turn they got me in right away and I really loved the sense of humor, and kindness. I feel I was charged very fairly for all the repairs that needed done to my vehicle. Told them I had to get heart surgery in Cleveland on Friday he said to bring it and drop it off by 4pm that same day he said to come and pick it up Saturday went to Cleveland with no problems thank you guys you are awesome and now my new macanics

Had a family member who is deaf Stephanie Bennett.take her car here for a tune up ,next day call to see if done they said the couldn't get it running,I said it was running what the heck is wrong just wanted a tune up ,So at this point there told we are coming to get it how much we owe you he says over 400 They asked what did you do for 400 he says changed plugs ,I swear he says well we thought there was a problem with the exhaust so we took it off and cleaned it are you freaking kidding me So long story short she didn't end up having the $400 so she had the sign the vehicle over to him Believe he said his name was Jimmy I wouldn't take my lawn mower to these guys Guess they figured she was deaf and wouldn't understand but she called us right away and told us what happened.I spoke to them personally myself.Anyone who takes advantage like that should be held accountable and you do know the Deaf person this happened it was a personal friend of your Steve and wife Cindy Bennett now you know smdh

I have taken my vehicles to Knuckle Busters for years. , probably 5 or more projects. Everything from engine work to brakes. The prices are better than the dealer and so is the work. If you want cheap junk work, this is not the place. If you want it done right you have to pay a realistic price. I really trust and respect the staff at Knuckle Busters. I recently took my car in, for a service that I knew would be a bit pricey. What I liked was that the owner, Jeff, took the time to ask me my expectations. We talked about how much I already had in the vehicle, if I was planning on keeping it, and what could and could not be put off. While they had my car up, and exposed they inspected everything to ensure else was in working order.I was going to need the problem fixed no matter who I took it to, but they took the time to make sure it was worth the investment. That was very reassuring.

I came to this place because i ran into the mother of one of the individuals who she stated her son had work there. They charged me. $700 for my a/c service. Everything worked great after then now this summer its not working he told me that if I don t have my receipt he would have to charge me $100 to look at it. Dude i gave u $700 my s h i t shouldn t had went out. I hate mechanics who prey on women like all we want it a working car not rip off and if they don t have customers information stored then they need to be turned into the irs.Service: A/C installation & repair

Excellent service!The owner/manager was very nice, very accommodating...he listened to my request intently and told me what his shop could do. They did the job on my 2007 Tahoe as I asked. Work as done at a very fair price! I will definitely go back to Knucklebusters when I need more work done to any of my vehicles.

I called probably 5 other shops when my car wouldn't start due to a failed starter solenoid. All of them said they couldn't get me in for at least a week. Knuckle Buster got me in the next day, and the day after that I had my car back running again. Thanks for the outstanding service!

Had to have my car towed due to brakes weren t working at all. They called me, told me what they were doing. They asked what I could afford. It was less than what I saw online at other places. These are the most honest group of guys and Jeff is a life saver. Thank you so much! I took my daughters car to knuckle busters today- I was charged $40 for them just to look at it. I have been to other repair shops and have never been charged for someone just to look at it and tell me that the car needs tires. The charge was not disclosed to me when I called to drop off the car. Just a word of caution if you are looking around for prices for repairs.

I drove from NY state to KY, I have had something wrong with my engine power, I made stop by at this guys, I got amazing service!!!! Mechanic Cameron fixed everything I need!!! The owner very polite and very good guy! Everybody who work at this place are professionals! Absolutely recommend this guys! 5 Stars!)

They do a great job, fair on price. I've brought a couple cars in for repair and have been told some stuff didn't need repairs. Although I did not have my work done there I want to praise Knuckle busters for quoting me a very reasonable price for the work in question. Next time my vehicle needs work, they will be the first ones I call. Would recommend them to anyone !

I am super happy with the work I had done!! I brought my car in a very bad way and they got it driveable without the bad wobble it had. On a restricted budget by being on disability and I depend upon my vehicle to get me where I need to go. Stopped by to get a quote on some front end work because the noise had me worried. Met Jeff who asked me to bring it in first thing next morning. I got a late start next day and missed being there first thing that morning, took the car into the shop anyway and he took me right in to check the car. Found out that what I thought was a major problem went from being expensive to very well witin my budget. Jeff and Joe along with the rest of the crew were not only outstanding individuals but very professional. Thank you gentlemen and I am happy to have found not only good machanics but HONEST AND RELIABLE! !!

They said they were not taking new customers although the person had actually had work done there before. And they said they were charging $110 per hour for labor.
