Jay and his team demonstrated exceptional friendliness and expertise throughout the entire process of fixing my car after being in an accident. They maintained open communication, sharing their plan with me, and efficiently resolved issues with my car in just a few days! I will highly recommend their shop to any family and friends in need of car repairs. Additionally, they went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning and washing my car an unexpected surprise!

Have had my truck in their shop the last 3 summers for front end damage. The work is top notch and the staff is fantastic! Customer service goes above and beyond, and they are great at communicating throughout the process. I won t take my truck to any other body shop. Highly recommend these guys!!

I took my car here after a 4 car collision. It was one of the body shops recommended by my car insurance. Jay took care of doing the estimate on my car, and he was very honest and communicative. He kept us updated every step of the way, and was extremely helpful with our situation. It ended up being a total loss, but we were so happy with the great customer service we received form Jay and the whole staff. If we ever need body or paint work again, we will definitely bring our vehicles to them!Service: Body & Trim

Do not work here. They don t even offer direct deposit for your paycheck. 1/10 not worth it. No opportunity for raises until it s well overdue and management plays favorites among the employees. The only job I have ever worked where I was asked to take a pay cut bc they could not afford to pay me the same rate after taking on more responsibility. Don t waste your time.

I had to get my passenger side mirror replaced and first went to a Certified Subaru shop first. Learned they were by appointment only and had a week wait time. Next stop was Strongsville Body & Paint. Jay was the one who helped us. He was so kind, professional and honest about the fix and cost. By the time I would have gotten an appointment at the other place, Jay had the parts ordered, my mirror fixed and even buffed out some scratches. I ve never had to get my car fixed before, but they made this such an easy and pain free process. Could not recommend more!

I have taken my vehicle to Strongsville Body & Paint twice now after getting into collisions. The staff are friendly, professional, and straight forward. They make the repair process easy and understandable. The quality of work is excellent. After both of my repairs, you wouldn't even know the vehicle was ever damaged. Both the body and paint repairs are excellent. They also cleaned my vehicle (interior and exterior) before I picked it up. I highly recommend this business.

Horrible. 3 time my cars was here and every time I have to come back because something is wrong. Ever time they said one of my vehicles where done I came up there and there was multiple obvious problems you can see a mile away. How?! The final draw was when they took the waste bags out of my truck bed and put them in my back on leather seats. And they leaked. I had a wonderful experience. I damaged the tailgate on my SUV and it had to be replaced. They got the parts quickly and got the job done exactly when they said they would. Very pleasant employees. This is by far, the best body shop we have ever worked with. We would return 100% if we ever need to. We were under a lot of stress at the time and they went above and beyond to help us. They even detailed the car for us without us even asking. This is a small business that has been around for many years, and their customer service and work is clearly why. These guys are the professionals your looking for to repair your car or truck. The management team, owner, and employees make you feel like your family. The work that they do is unbelievable and the process is flawless. They work with all the big insurance companies as well. I wish I could give them 10 stars. The best always!

Went to Strongsville Body and Paint due to another business not working out and giving me attitude. Best decision I ever made. Worked with both Jay and Jason (managers). Needed a new front bumper and some other work done to the front end which was out of pocket and not covered by insurance. Dropped my car off Monday and they were done on Tuesday!! Very quick, professional, and they even helped me out with the price! Highly recommend!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place has amazing customer service and their work is some of the best I've seen. Many friends have recommended this shop to me and I am so glad I decided to go with them. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of anything honestly. They do great work and Jared, the man that I spoke to about my car, was great. They did a repair on my wife s vehicle last year and didn t set the bumper right which lead to the paint rubbing and failing in less than a year. I spoke with them in early summer and they were going to fix the issue, but I needed them to wait as we had another vehicle being repaired and could be without both. The owner is now saying they did us a favor the first time we had it in and didn t charge me to do the paint repair because my late brother in law had worked there and they now don t want to entertain fixing it again. I will never take a vehicle back here or recommend anyone to them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

5 star and if I could give more I would. Friendly staff, kept me up to date on all details including, them receiving my car, repairs needed, cost, day of completion, etc I worked with Jason and he always made time to reach out and speak with me about the process and answer any questions I had. Hopefully I don t need body work done again but if I do, without hesitation I d take my car to them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I sent my car in to strongsville body and paint at the beginning of the week. I worked with Jason the manager and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND, my car was fixed by insurance and he handled it very well! I dropped my car off on Monday and it was ready for me on Friday! I am 100% satisfied and would/will 100% bring my car back! He also cleaned my floor Mats (which were covered in mud) vacuumed out the rest of my car, & washed the outside of my car. 10 Stars!!!!! Broke my side mirror while backing out of the garage. Strongsville Body and Paint was able to write up an estimate the same day and replace the mirror the next day. Quick, easy process.

The people that work here are nice, honest, and straight to the point. I got my vehicle fixed quickly and exactly within the time frame estimated. Jared is awesome and super helpful! Love this place. If I ever need body work done -- this is the place.

Someone took out the front end of my Alfa Romeo and I trusted Strongsville Body & Paint to bring it back life. Everyone was fantastic from start to finish! Communication was great, they worked well with the insurance company and had it done in remarkable time. Vince the owner was very proactive in making sure everything was perfect and was very accommodating. Thank you! 10 STARS!

I cannot say enough about this company. Their customer service is outstanding. I walked in simply looking for an estimate and the gentleman came out and tried to fix it right then and there in hopes I wouldn't need expensive body work done. Although he wasn't able to fix it (due to me making it worse ) I appreciate him even trying. He did not have to do that at all. It only took about a day and a half for my car to be ready. I was amazed at the outcome. The scratch was all the way down to the body and it now looks like nothing ever happened. There is no difference in color at all. Everyone is extremely friendly and it is really very reasonable especially for the professional work that was done. Thank you so much!

I was rear-ended, and insurance said to take my car there. They were friendly, efficient, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

This is not a rating for their work, we never got that far, this is for how they handled my claim. I went in for the estimate after hitting a deer. I could see damage to my fender, bumper, grill, condenser and headlight. I asked to have all parts replaced with a genuine GMC parts. They gave me an estimate to repair the fender, but I specifically asked to have the fender replaced. They refused to do so saying that $4500 won't cover it. I paid for my truck, brand new, two years ago, $22000 (stick shift, no bells and whistles, GMC Canyon). I can't understand how 20% of the cost doesn't cover the repairs listed. I told them if they can't do what I asked for to put my truck back together so that I can take it somewhere else, which they did for $243. It's important to listen to what your customer wants, even if you have to work with the insurance, and explain why you can or can't do something up front (needless to say fenders are easy to see and give an estimate). They claim I did not specifically ask for a new fender, but does anyone reading this think that I didn't after I was willing to pay $243 just to have the car put back together so that I can take it elsewhere. I found another place which did exactly what I wanted for less money. The point of the story, sometimes it's better to take the insurance money and find a place that will do exactly what you want. Don't let them take your car apart until you agree on the things that you both can see!

This place is amazing!! I came 15 minutes prior to their opening and while most companies would make you wait the 15 minutes I was welcomed in and asked how I can be helped. Vince helped fix my passenger side mirror. He was professional, kind, efficient, and flat out awesome! We never have come here before because we only went to friends on the east side, but Vince sure treated us like a friend and now we will come to Strongsville Body and Paint for all our auto body needs!

I recently used them to replace my front bumper after someone backed into me. They were not only FAST (done in almost less than 24 hrs) but it looks AMAZING! The paint matches perfectly! They were very professional and eager to assist me. To top the world class experience off, I went to pick up the car and it was fully DETAILED! It was sparkling clean. I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone in need of their services! I will always only use Strongsville Body & Paint!

This was my first experience with an insurance claim and autobody shop, so I had no idea what to expect. Vince and his team at Strongsville Body and Paint were so helpful and professional. From the estimate to the day of pick up, I was impressed by the customer service; I couldn't help but brag to everyone about the service! I hope I never have to submit another insurance claim, but I will definitely use Strongsville Body & Paint for all of my body shop needs. Highly recommend!!

I called them and asked about having some work done on my Camaro and they gave me a quick quote over the phone I made an appointment for the following week took it in real nice people got my reaper done in a timely manner for the price they quoted and a job well done! I will definitely recommend to friends and family and use them again.

If you need any body work at all done on your car I cannot suggest enough that you take your car here!! Vince and his team will do everything that they can to make sure you have a top-notch experience. I've used them twice now for two diffetent cars and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're fast reliable and very easy to work with and they do fantastic work. You'd never even know that my car had work done on it.
