I m always overwhelmed by the customer service at Strickland. Not only do they really take pride in their work, they go to great lengths to be kind, polite, understanding, and informative. They never seem like they are selling anything; they come to work to help you. This type of service is so rare. They deserve our business. The prices are great too. Thanks, Strickland.

Place is great!! Like really great. I have a lowered car and they were able to accommodate with ease. Quick and very friendly. Atmosphere was great, music was great, people were over the top, place was super clean too. I passed like 13 places to go there too. Lol

Very friendly and no pressure place to get car maintenance and oil changes done. DJ, Matt, and Taylor all did great. Very fast as well! Was in and out in 10 minutes.

Strickland Brothers Strongsville always provides excellent service. They take time to advise me every step of the process and make recommendations for non-urgent items without any sales pressure tactics.The prices are reasonable and a coupon is always available even if you have not downloaded one and they have to provide one to you.Convenient hours and location.Service: Oil change

Had a great first experience here! DJ was welcoming and his customer service was top-notch. You could tell that he takes his job seriously, but also keeps the energy fun and light-hearted. I believe he may have been training/orienting a new tech, and he was kind and patient with him throughout the oil change. There was also no pressure to tack on any extras like air filters or wipers, which I really appreciate. Overall I'm very happy with my Strickland Brothers experience and will definitely use them again in the future!Service: Oil change

I cannot say enough good things about DJ and his customer service. I had an incident back in November in which my skid plate had become detached from the underside of my car following an oil change at Strickland Brothers. DJ was very professional in how he handled the situation and made sure that they would get this replaced, free-of-charge. He maintained excellent communication throughout the process, and we eventually had the skid plate replaced. Most companies would not follow through with this kind of service, and because of how well it was handled, I made sure to continue my services here because they do excellent work.

I enjoyed this experience! Very Quick! Friendly staff! Never got out of my car! Facility is clean and well organized and they are very methodical with their process! I will definitely be returning. As a veteran the 25% discount today was a nice surprise, that much of a discount makes a big difference. Love this model/approach to oil changes and routine maintenance (filters, tire rotation, fluids, etc). 5 stars!Update: March 2024 Veteran discount is now back up to 25%!

I wish I could give 10 stars! The customer service is just phenomenal! I cannot recommend this location enough. Dj is always so friendly, smiling and makes you feel like family yet remains so professional. For as long as he is there I ll be a loyal customer. Thank you so much!!

I came in with a bit of a time crunch, going from one errand to the next, and needed to make it in time for school pickup. The associate DJ assured me that the oil change would be completed in 10 minutes and he was correct! He gave me recommendations based on my car s needs at the time, but I never felt pressured to add-on more services than necessary.Service: Oil change
