Mohammed was awesome to work with. Such a great person and took care of me from the moment I walked into the door. Drove over 4 hours to a location and back to make sure I received the exact car I wanted. He went above and beyond to take care of me.Tyler in finance was great too - he made sure to take the time to effectively lay out all my options. He was clear and very well organized.

Mohammad is Extremely well at his job. Dealing with him was pleasant , felt like hanging with a family member. Very happy with my experience. Julia was also very polite and helpful showing me the details of the car. Will definitely go back when I update in the future.

I will start by saying that my salesperson Muhammad had nothing to do with my problem with this dealership. He is very friendly and helpful. Great guy to work with!!I looked at a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer late on a Wednesday evening. They were about to close but was great and went ahead and took my info and said they would work on it the next morning. Sure enough my sales person called the next morning and asked if I wanted to come look at the vehicle. Long story short We were beyond excited so we hurried to the dealership. Muhammad went over the features of the car and we went for a test drive. Came back talked some numbers, signed the loan papers and drove the Trailblazer home. A few days later I got a call from Muhammad saying that the loan company needed copies of my bank statements. Not a problem!! I sent everything they requested. I asked several times if there was a problem but all Muhammad knew was that financing was working on it. I called the finance department at Serpentini 4 different times and nobody ever answered or called me back. This morning I called the sales manager Billy. He said he would talk to finance and call me back. He called back about 10 minutes later to let me know that I needed more money down, a co-signer, or return the car. I returned the car today. Still have no clue what the problem was or anything because I can t get any answers. When we returned the car Muhammad took care of getting our down payment back. The sales manager Billy never even acknowledged we were there even though he seen us walk in.7 days with my new car and had to return it for who knows why!!Not good business!!!

Thomas B did a fantastic job helping my husband find his dream truck not only that but he also helped me find me a car as well. He listened to our needs and our wants to find the perfect vehicles for us. I highly recommend using him as a sales representative. Jason C was also very helpful as well. Yesterday, I found a great commuter vehicle that I knew would be the right fit for my family and to drive to work daily. My Sales Professional was Stephan McCall, a recipient of the Mark of Excellence Award. He approached me as soon as I sat down in the waiting area and was kind and accommodating throughout the entire process. I needed to bring my young children with me to the dealership and was delighted to see an established play area for them and an impressive complimentary refreshment station. Mr. McCall was able to negotiate a financing plan that closely matched with the suggested price on the website, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service of the other members of staff that I encountered. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is trying to find the right vehicle for themselves, friends or family.

My wife and I had a great experience buying a 2020 Ford Explorer. Our salesman, Thomas Burline, did an outstanding job explaining everything to us. He answered all our questions and if he didn't know an answer, he found the answer very quickly. Great vehicle for a great price!! Overall, a wonderful experience!!!

Sale was easy. David was easy to work with. Very personable. No pressure. Worked out a price that was acceptable, including a moderate value for our trade in. He also Retrieved a forgotten item for us from our trade in.Truck had mechanical problems within 24 hours after driving off the lot. David was very helpful directing me to problem resolution with service department, even though I called him after working hours. Work is being done on the Silverado as I post this. I was given a vehicle to use while my truck is being serviced. Had to put gas in it in order to get home. Hopefully all issues with the truck will be addressed to my satisfaction.Overall, 5 Stars for our sales person, jury still out on service. Service department was very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned about getting the issues fixed.I'll hold off on service department evaluation until after the truck repair has been completed to my satisfaction.

Great pricing and friendly staff.. I'm not one for buying cars at a dealership. I'm usually buying a vehicle on some back country road from some individual.. The car they had listed was at a great price and was super nice. I drove 160 miles to come buy it. Super easy sales team and a great transaction. Corey was the most down to earth salesman.

They had competition so it more like an interigation than a test drive. It made us feel uncomfortable. The sales manager told us the reason they couldn't match the $1k off from the competitor was because they increase the price $2-3k on each vehicle which made no sense. Find another dealer with integrity.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership! This is my second purchase from this location. My sales agents Mohammed and Jake went above and beyond, offering top-notch customer service. They even offered to provided transportation to the dealership, making the entire experience that much more personable. They even did a follow up call a few days later to make sure everything was going well with the car. I am thankful for all the support the personalized touch and outstanding service!

Our experience at the dealership purchasing our 2024 Camaro Panther was easy. Everyone was very friendly and very smooth to work with. They explained everything about the car to us, signed all the paperwork and we were on our way. The day of pickup, Vera was in communication on the whole process with me. My son picked it up at the dealership with her help. She sent pictures before the car was loaded onto the trailer. It was spotless. Porters did a fantastic job. Any questions I had (and I sure had some!) were answered. Job well done.

We had a great time experience. Sergio greeted us at the door. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the trucks I asked him for. Once my wife told him what she was looking for he was able to get the perfect match . Sergio was very happy and cheerful throughout the process. Even when we weren t very sure of what our decision he maintain polite and was not pushy at all.Sergio was great from beginning to end.Tyler was also amazing. I will definitely have referrals for Sergio. It was very easy to communicate with him in Spanish.Sergio is a great asset to your company for sure.

My significant other had a GM lease that was ending and while she was contemplating just buying out her lease she wanted to see what her options were. She went in to only look and test drive a few of the vehicles if they were within her means.This was towards the end of the evening. As someone in the automotive industry, I truly understand the end-of-the-day crunch so everyone can get home to their families after a long hard day. She enjoyed a vehicle but insisted on taking time to think about it. The sales individual was extremely persistent in making the sale ( this is par for the course and not the issue).There were aspects of the deal that were negotiated and eventually came to an agreement based on these aspects. The vehicle was a little more than she was looking for but she was willing to switch to a new vehicle under the agreement that a minor bumper issue on the lease be taken care of as well as a certain price agreed upon for payments.They agreed to these terms verbally to get her to sign and rushed her through the finance process and paperwork.Skip to the middle of the following month when she is supposed to be contacted by the dealership to come to pick up her plates. Never a single phone call, text, email, no contact at all on their end.She calls as the expiration is coming up and gets told the person in charge of plates is out of town and they will reach out when the plates are ready. Mind you they expire in roughly a week at this point.Forward to some time 1-2 months later currently she still has not been contacted about plates. After calling and being hung up on and given the run around twice I finally spoke to a young lady who was extremely unpleasant. Upon inquiring about plates for my significant other I am told one moment. I say thank you very much to which she ignores and sets the phone down (not even on hold mind you) and I hear her in the background talking about dumb phone calls and how she is over it . This is appalling to me as someone who manages a service department on the Auto Mile. She finally comes back and says yeah we have them they are X amount and then I say thanks again and she hangs up!Forward two days after that, my better half got a call from GM saying she owed four hundred dollars towards the bumper repair on her vehicle and asking how we would like to pay. We were taken aback as this was part of the agreement on signing the new lease! The bumper would be worked into the deal and that is one of the main reasons why she drove off in a brand new 24 Chevy Trailblazer.She is told it will be sent to collections!! GM customer service is the one who called wanting to collect the balance of the bumper. We are super put off by this.Upon reaching out to the dealership coincidentally the person who handled the deal is on vacation and won t be back until next week. When reaching out to the sales individual they say they will see what they can do for her and rush her off the phone with zero concern for the customer now that the sale was made.As a lifelong GM FAMILY, and yes I mean family. Mother, father, grandfathers, and even myself are truly put off by the level of customer care received. Additionally, as someone who just purchased a 21 Silverado Trail Boss, I am also taken aback as I am worried about the care I will receive if I ever come to them expecting to be helped.My family has been in the automotive industry for years finance managers, sales managers, Dealer principals, and myself a service manager of a well-known dealership on the Bedford Auto Mile.I am disturbed by the whole unwinding of the situation. As well as appalled by the customer care received once the paperwork was signed.Buyers be aware. They will take advantage of a woman who is not fluent in the process of buying/leasing a vehicle. Do not purchase a vehicle here. Had they kept their word and fixed the bumper there would be no issue. However the lack of customer service and lying on their end to make the sale has really showed the true intentions of this STEALERSHIP.

So I went to Serpentini Chevrolet almost a year ago last December , I was sold a 2011 Chevy Cruze by an older gentleman name Chris and I ve had nothing but problems with the vehicle since, I owe almost 7 grand for the vehicle it's not under warranty, and I have more than $1500 already in repairs with receipts to prove my pain and suffering with purchasing a vehicle through this dealership. Not satisfied at all! I ve put more money in repairs than the actual car payment it s self. I m not paying off a car that keeps giving me problems every 3months.

Had to be the worst experience ever with car shopping. Lost my vehicle in a accident on Feb 20 so that brings me to car shopping and I have visited a lot of dealerships prior to this one. I spoke with Mario earlier in the day and made a appointment to come see a vehicle he confirmed was available, I arrive and Mario is not available so they pair me up with a young lady I believe name was Deanna and she proceeds to tell me car is not available and keeps showing me cars I'm not interested in or in my budget, as we are going back and forth my best friends husbands is outside walking the lot and came across both cars she stated wasn't available. Now I get you wanna commission and the dealer makes more money bye financing but that not what I wanted to do so instead of showing me the cars I came to see you lies and was trying to pressure me to finance. Shame on you

I went here to look at a truck I really liked with a lot of apprehension because I had a rather aggravating experience here around 10yrs ago and swore I would never go back to a Serpentini dealer again!Well, I'm happy I did! It was a night and day difference from the last tone! I didn't feel pressured at all and my salesman Chris was fantastic!!Thank you very much for the great service!!

Spoke to a lady by the name of Tina. Told her I was interested in purchasing a used vehicle. Explain to her my budget. She said to come in we could work something out. Took a Uber 27 minutes to get there. Only for the car to have not been inspected. Vehicle had a cracked windshield, needed brakes and the check engine light came on as I test drove it around the parking lot. It also wasn t the color that I seen on line. Very deceiving. Could not test drive it on the road due to needing an inspection. Time and money wasted. Will not be back.

What a great experience. Was working with Dave & Jason. Came in a few weeks ago and tried to get a deal done. We tried but couldn't get to the numbers I needed. I left knowing they did all they could for me. Then I came back yesterday for an oil change and decided to give it one more shot. See if something had changed or there were other rebates available. Sure enough both Dave and Jason remembered me. Greeted me like a friend and got to work on getting me in a new Silverado. It happened and I couldn't be happier. Both Dave and Jason went above and beyond trying to get me into my new vehicle. This is the second time leasing through this dealership. Cant say enough about this place. Thank you again Dave and Jason for all your help.
