I was in desperate need for tires asap. I called and the manager spoke to me about the different options for my car. He was able to order them and get tires put on right away. He even had one of his employees give me a ride home. I highly recommend Mr Tire. I will definitely continue to use their services for my car. I also appreciate that no one tried to tell me I needed repairs for my car that wasn't necessary.

John and crew took great care of me and my car. I had a warranty tire issue with a michelin tire (oem tire) and John and crew were able to complete the warranty process with Michelin so I was only charged for a tire installation...which is amazing! Super pleased. I have a Tesla so they were going to clean and lubricate the brakes but John said they're in good shape and do not need this. He did say the rear brake likely needs to be taken care of by Tesla but he said none need to be done currently. Since they had the tires off to check the brakes they were kind enough to put my summer tires on. These are guys are amazing....Thank you!

People were great! And service was great, just been going to a different Mr Tire for 3 yrs & the Strongsville location charged me $30 higher than my original Mr Tire. So I will travel 15min longer to save $30.

I had my car worked on here, they held it for a week and couldn t figure out what was wrong. They quoted me for multiple things and when none of them worked, took out the new parts (temp gauge)and told me I would be refunded and only have to pay for the brake job, since they already did the work. I called them for several months and requested the status of my refund and was always told I would have my call returned after they spoke with corporate, but it never was. It s a shame because the guys in the shop were nice but, I lost several hundred dollars (over $300) and had to get a new car.

Very good service, very knowledgeable and and the work was good. I didn't get everything done. Some stuff wore a little too high price. But but I think that when I was wanted to get done. So have a nice day and I will be back though if I need to be back. I had to go to a different place because somebody who worked on my battery. Didn't tighten the negative cable correctly and I lost all my colds. Thanks, let me rephrase that I'm never coming back to you guys ever d***That's how you teach your customers. I don't care so overlooked and Coronel. Wires, and you guys didn't do nothing about it. No thanks i'm not going to you guys no more have a nice day

I've only been here a couple times, but the guys here at Mr. Tire of Strongsville have always been honest and transparent with their work and policies. They've been super prompt and get the job done fast and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

First let me begin by saying that the manager was extremely helpful and courteous in my tire purchase process. The service itself gets the low review; upon completion I notice that my spare deck pull strap was broken, the spare was not secured back into it's original location, and my rim was marred from removal. It's as if the technician was in a hurry to get to the next job, when mine was important as well.

I was charged double of what other shops charged. My car died pulling into the lot so i didn't have a choice and they knew it. I called my usual repair shop who quoted me half the price

Through help from my local Mr. Tire shop in Strongsville, OH, the team there saved me over $500 vs. what my dealer would have charged me to replace a passenger side rear view mirror. Thanks for the assistance!

By far one of the best mechanics around, I can honestly say the guys here and the owner are trustworthy. I have been sending my kids and relatives to him for a while now it s great putting your money to get a job done by someone who is respectable and trustworthy. You come here and know damn well that the job is going to get done quick and get done right.

John was great! I brought my car in last minute due to my engine temp overheating because the coolant cap was loose and leaked out. He fixed it right up very fast and I was in/out within a half hour! Great customer service! Thank you John!

Fantastic service at Mr. Tire. My sister was visiting and got a screw in her tire the day before she had to return home to Wisconsin. I had never been to Mr. Tire, but decided to call because they were close. Although they were extremely busy, they fit us in and did a great (and quick) job at an exceptional price. Chris demonstrated great customer service. We have four vehicles and will definitely be back.

Excellent service. Chris and John were able to fit me in and get me back on the road to help me meet my busy schedule. I was greeted when I entered. The staff, especially Chris, was friendly and kept me informed. Would recommend!

Made an appt for 10. Asked if I could drop it off early because I work 3rd shift. Couldn t make it when they opened because of kids. When I arrived for my appt at 9:45 am told me they could not do it and wanted yo schedule for another date. Their logic was well you said you would drop off in the morning and because you didn t other people came in and we took them instead.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff, prompt service, excellent prices. I have a modified vehicle and some places won t work on it, the techs at Mr. Tire had no problem working around the modifications. Highly recommended!

Honest and efficient. Went for an alignment after buying new tires at Costco and was not charged at all! The gentleman who served me said the tires only needed s little tweaking and did so at no charge. Will definitely go back for all our vehicles.

I like this Mr. Tire. Great service and prices. I had a flat and they were able to fix it good as new! Did not tery to sell me a new tire like a lot of other places would. Highly recommend

They were extremely friendly! My ride was a little late so I waited outside for a minute or 2 but within that time they offered me a chair, water, & checked in on me. They were super clean & made sure I understood everything that was done to my car & knew everything that I may need done to my car in the future. Also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for exceptional service, friendly knowledgeable staff, and excellent repair work, then this is the place for you. Spoke with the assistant manager Dave on the phone multiple times before coming and was always met with above and beyond friendliness and helpfulness. Never once was made to feel bothersome. Had brake lines done very quickly and efficiently the next day. The verbal estimate was spot on to how much I owed and let me say I am very pleased with it. Great price for great service. When I went to get my truck I met with the Manager Scott and he also couldn't have been more courteous or knowledgeable. 5 stars any day. Thank you to all these guys, they are a lifesaver when you are a busy parent and I could not recommend more!

Huge shout out to John G. at Mr Tire auto service. On a whim he graciously let me bring my car in last minute. Found the small leak in my tire, fixed it within an hour. Extremely thankful there are still kind people out there Thank you!

I had a great experience with Frank at Mr Tire. I ordered a set of tires off Tirerack and had them shipped to Mr Tire. Frank called me right away when they came and set up an appointment for the next day to have them installed. He called to let me know a couple things that were recommended based off my mileage but also told me that the recommendations weren t actually needed because they saw nothing wrong. My vehicle was too long to get the alignment checked so Frank pointed me to a service provider that would inspect it at no charge. He did replace one of my lug nuts at no charge. Frank is a very nice gentleman and his team is great. I will continue taking my vehicles to Frank for all my service needs. Great job!

My daughter was in for the holidays from Columbus. She went to add air to her tire and the air chuck for the compressor was acting up. In the process she depleted what air she had in her tire so low that she could not drive on it. She called me and told me the problem. I went up to help her and we put the spare tire on. I called Mr. Tire and Chris told me to bring the tire in. We drove up there and they helped her right away and got her back on the road. Thank you Chris and the team at Mr. Tire for all your help! I will be back the next time that I need service or tires!

I love Mr. Tire! No matter which location I've used everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional. I just had some service work done at the Strongsville location and it was actually FUN. Getting work done on your car is NEVER fun. They're a great group of guys, and I will be back!

Had a fantastic experience at this Mr. Tire location. The manager Frank has customer satisfaction as his top priority and made sure I left feeling good about giving them my business. The work was done promptly and at a fair, reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and will be returning for future service.

I was serviced the same day I called and allowed to wait. They were very freindly and professional.They had the parts for my unusual situation of replacing a front wheel bearing. So far my vehicle is performing well and time will tell.
