Set up appointment for oil change. Half hour after waiting asked what was going on. Manager told me people called off and it would take 1-2 hours for an oil change?!?! Thank god I asked or probably would have sat there forever. Poor management and customer skills. First and last time I will ever use and will not recommend to anyone

After Lincoln said it was impossible to get my Michelin tire, Brian found it the same day and set up an appointment too! It was also less expensive! David Sparks was so nice providing me transport home 2X. They also fill my tires. An amazing company!

I had a great experience at Conrad's. Their employees were exceedingly pleasant and helpful. Brian primarily worked with me, and even though I understand fairly little about cars, he explained everything that was going on quite effectively and kept me solidly in the loop. Notably, they went out of their way to accommodate my work schedule. I would definitely recommend their service.

Some good prices on most tires and quick tire replacement service if you have an appointment. One of the few places that still has 24 hr. free air with tire pressure meter

We had the unfortunate experience of our vehicle not starting after stopping at a rest stop in the middle of a 10+ hour trip. Despite it being late in the day on a Saturday when all other garages we called would not look at the vehicle until Monday, Conrad's agreed to let us bring it in and, when we told them the breakdown left us essentially stranded, they fit us into their schedule right away. They were friendly, helpful, and patient, and they got the car started with minimal delay so that we could get back home. I would have been elated to pay just about any price to get back on the road, but they were incredibly honest and charged us an extremely reasonable price for their time and service, which was particularly gracious given what I'm sure was my clear lack of knowledge about the problem with the vehicle. One of the gentlemen who worked on the car even took the time to show us how to get it started again should it be necessary before we got home. They saved us a great deal of time, money, and headache. My only regret about our experience at Conrad's is not living close enough to be able to take the vehicle here regularly.

Service here is top notch and they always do a good job on my vehicle. I can easily go else where for my oil changes but I go here because everyone is super friendly and I m comfortable going here. I also love the vehicle inspection videos they send me when they re finished with my vehicle. They genuinely care and have very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend them.

I was driving from Virginia to Indiana and got a couple flat tires. These guys patched my tire, they did a phenomenal job communicating and working with me and it was done at a very affordable price. They were also sensitive to the fact that I was passing through so they did their best to get my car in and out quickly.I went to another tire shop who was not willing to help in the manner that I needed help. The tow truck driver said let's go to Conrad's, they are great, family owned and one of the best. Conrad's lived up to the reputation.Many thanks for getting me back on the road.

Terrific service by Chris and the Strongsville crew, always doing the best they can for the customer, from efficiency to price. The technician diagnosed my wheel bearing noise on a busy Saturday morning, replaced the bearing and had me back on the road in no time at all. Very pleased with my visit, as always. Thank you Conrad's for being honest, efficient and trustworthy.

You will never find a more honest, hard working and straight forward crew. I have experience in the field however they didn't know this. As I played ignorant and tested them they passed easily. They are extremely knowledgeable, great at their jobs and enjoy what they do. They were extremely friendly and courteous. I was in a bind and needed service asap. They went out of their way to squeeze me in and didn't take advantage of my situation. I couldn't recommend anyone more or be more grateful.

I brought my car in 45 mins before closing to have the battery checked because the car needed to be jumped earlier. Sean and Brian took great care of us. They had the battery tested and replaced and also replaced the air filter and we were out of there by closing. I had my two small kiddos with me and it was such a relief to have this taken care of and to be able to drive home knowing the car wasn t going to stop on me. Thank you so much!

Great customer service for Conrad s in Strongsville, OH. I like that they sent me a video of my car and what I needed to have done. It makes it easier to understand my car issues because I could watch the video more than once. They are very informative and answered all my questions. 5 stars for them. Thank you!

I had recently bought my tires here and had a severe leak in one of them that I knew about. I asked them to check that tire only, but they went ahead and found another leak in another tire! They took care of both tires in good time and I am sure saved me some headache down the road. Both times I have been here the service has been great and I plan on being a repeat customer. Also, since I had bought my tires there, both leaks were fixed for free! I also appreciate the videos that they take and send to you to show what they found during their inspection. Very interesting and informative.

Scheduled for a drop off no one explained it was an 8hour job until i was dropping my car off ( because when i go to NTB I m never waiting more then 2 hours or so ) . Was supposed to get an oil change , tires and an alignment . No call about my car it s 20 mins to close to i have someone drive me there to end up waiting 30 more minutes for my car to get done , go to pay ( cheaper price then quoted in email) come to find out in the 8 hours they had my car they didn t do the alignment and i ask if their going to do it the guy says we re closed now ! Like what do you mean in the 8 hours you had my car you just refused to do what i scheduled my car for . Had to go elsewhere to get an alignment cause my car veers to the left . Wouldn t recommend but if you do go here don t schedule a drop off . Cause clearly walk ins are a priority vs people who take time to schedule and secure appointments

Customer service is phenomenal. I was even sent a quick video of my vehicle being inspected. Already loving my new tires, and the prices were great. Absolutely recommend Conrad's, and especially the Strongsville location.

Made an appointment to have tires replaced. I show up 5 minutes before my agreed upon time. Then I was told they wouldn t be able to start for several hours because the techs haven t had their breaks yet. So now I drove 30mins out of my way for an appointment Conrad s would not honor or stand behind. Now I have to find somewhere else to get tires, unbelievably frustrating.

I've always had a great experience at the Strongsville Conrads. I've bought two sets of tires and had them repaired from nails and a rim leak, not to mention regular rotations, all without paying anything more than the original cost of the tires. They price-matched Costco's price and gave me a better deal on top of the price match. The two most recent guys I've worked with are Brian and Ray, both super nice and knowledgeable. They did a full brake and suspension inspection when they were putting on my new tires, and sent me a text message link to a video showing and explaining the results. They also gave me a comprehensive list of recommended maintenance for the mileage on my car, even if I considered doing that maintenance elsewhere. Can't say enough about this location, and will continue to go back.

When it comes to being treated friendly and fair, Conrad s is the place! When my 24 year old daughter was treated poorly by two other tire stores in Strongsville she turned to Conrad s! She was treated with respect and as a valued client even at her young age! So when I needed tires and an alignment I gave them a try... now they have 2 new customers for life!I loved being able to set my appt online and when I was running late unexpectedly as I was in post op with a friend who had complications, they were understanding and had everything ready and waiting so when I arrived, albeit late, they got it all done for me. As an older single gal, it s wonderful to find a place to trust with our vehicles! Give them a try, you ll be pleased!!

Conrad's Strongsville made sure that I had all the information necessary to do my own research on the tires I purchased to compare prices and do the price match. I made an appointment, they gave me a time (since I waited) and were efficient and done within the time quoted. They had free coffee and sodas while I waited. Plus they are within walking distance to shopping areas if you want to go somewhere. Although doing repairs on your car isn't fun, they make it tolerable!!! All in all I mb was a good experience.

This location does not live up to the Conrad's quality of service that you'd come to expect. Knowing the history and wonderful service that Conrad's is known for throughout North East Ohio you want to see what the fuss is about. Purchased oem spec tires for a Dodge avenger within I'd say the last 2 years and with "Conrad's tire service" you get rotation and balance life time. Long story short took the vehicle in recently only to be dismissed as if some Joe random was just another number to them. Say good bye to the quality of customer service at this place let alone any quality craftsmanship of work done to your vehicle. Just a simple safety inspection was asked and that was over their heads...sorry I guess it was to much to actually expect you to do your job for once. You completely failed to live up to the Conrad's quality brand.... Thank you for the easy decision not to come back with any vehicle service needed in the future.

This location is way overpriced. I took my vehicle in with a definite visible problem. Something that can be seen with the naked eye. I was charged $114 dollars for a tech to look at this problem and say what I already knew. Not to mention the repairs would cost over $1000 dollars. Conrad's is not a mechanical certified shop. They are a new and used tires shop only. Equipped and certified to plug and change tires. Nothing more.

I had my father s car towed to the parking lot and deposited the keys in the Dropbox Sunday evening for a flat tire repair and left within 24 hours with 4 new tires, but wasn t upset. I received a text and subsequent videotape next morning with a technician explaining his evaluation and suggestion for moving forward. No hard sell!. I m not a new customer, but it s nice to be reassured why I m a repeat customer, as well as members of my family.

Service work performed was done on time! Chris & Shawn are great to work with. Creating the estimate with the video, reviewing the work to be done is a nice touch. Let's see if the components replaced, will match that of the Factory. Good job Guys!!

Update: Todd the District Manager reached out to me first thing Monday morning after this incident. He apologized and was very committed to making this right! He was phenomenal!! I cannot speak highly enough about him. He responded quickly and effectively and more importantly he took action and fixed my problem!I will definitely give Conrads another chance in the future!!So I realized I needed an oil change and after hearing how great Conrad's in Strongsville is I decided to give them a try. I made an appointment in advance and dropped my car off on time at 9am this morning. When I still hadn't heard from them at 1:30 (4.5 hours later), I decided to call them to check on my car. They told me they had 2 technicians call off and since my car was dropped off and was JUST an oil change it was "low priority". He said they are open until 5 and it would be done by then.Fast forward a few more hours and it is now almost 5pm. I decided to head up there since they said they close at 5 and I needed my car. Plus, what kind of reputable business would actually keep a car longer than 8 HOURS for a friggin oil change. When we pulled in the parking lot and I saw my car parked in the exact same spot as when I pulled in at 9am that morning I knew something was wrong.I go in and hear the manager telling one person they were going to be staying late but assured them their car was next on the list and to come back in an hour. I hear another person thanking the other man at the counter for squeezing him in for his new tires.They finally get to me. That's when I learn that even though I had an appointment and they had 8 hours they hadn't even started my oil change! In fact, I wasn't even next on the list! I asked how that was possible and was told "We had 30 LOYAL customers that also had appointments today and several walk-ins. I instantly demanded my keys back and said they had lost what could have been a loyal customer for life. I will never do business with them again. If they had just told me at 1:30 they would not get my car done then I could have gone somewhere else. But no... They are too money hungry to care about customer service.WORST SERVICE EVER! Stay away from Conrad's on Strongsville unless you want to lose an entire day for nothing!

They are way over priced and extremely rude. Had my alternator fixed it had to take it back within a week. They charged double what my family mechanic would have charged if I could have made it there. If you want to get ripped off and treated horribly, go here they won t disappoint you. If I could give a 0 star rating I would because it doesn t even deserve this one star. Completely did nothing to ease the stress of having car troubles and made it worse. I said why did I pay 600 dollars for an alternator and battery he said just use a calculator and add it up. Go somewhere else please. Save yourself a big headache.

Glow: I was able to walk in without an appointment shortly before 2pm. I was given a quote and a video of what was wrong with my car. I was told my car would be ready well before 5.Improvements: I wasn t given a specific time. I didn t know how many technicians were working on my car. I sat in the waiting area for over 3 hours and finally had to ask (2 times) when my car would be ready. No one ever came to give me updates, I had to ask. While in the waiting area, the guys who worked there stood in a corner, laughing, talking, and joking around while I was waiting. Who knows if the person in this group was working on my car. At 4:35 I had to ask again when my car would be ready. I was told 20 minutes. It wasn t 20 minutes. I finally left at 5:15. When I told Ray (who cashed me out) that it was ridiculous that I was there for over 3 hours AND if it was going to take that long they should ve had a 2nd person helping with my car, Ray s response was Well, those are oil change guys so they don t really do that stuff that your car needed. But supposedly their sign says that all of their technicians are trained and kept up to date on auto repairs. Conrads- you really need to give your customers a timeframe as to when to expect their car. If you cannot adhere to the timeframe, then there should be some type of discount. Making a customer wait for over 3 hours for their car is beyond ridiculous.

Called store about having tires changed for my camper. I was told they where already booked for the day but I could drop them off and they would get them changed as soon as possible but before the end of the days or sure . I dropped them off and they called me in less then 2 hrs and said I could pick them up. I ve used the Conrad s by my house for new tires on my truck but this one is closer to where I store my camper. Same great service that I received at the other location.

I absolutely want to give thanks and praise to this store and the towing company they used to pick my car up. You truly saved my car!! BECAUSE of a mess up from the fairview store of not putting my oil cap back on and oil ended going everywhere and my car started smoking, we thought my oil cap was gone and no one could get hands on a new one for days! But they had me towed thankfully towed to your shop! The tow truck driver Charles, was amazing and also tried to phone a few places trying to find a cap for my car which was so nice. When I got to the strongsville location they looked at my car trying to find cap.. no luck but didn't give up everyone took turns looking and looking! Finally it was found! Thank you! One bump and it could of been gone! You guys degreased all under my hood ( I thought before how the heck am I going to clean this! ) so thank you! You fixed a mess that wasn't yours and you fixed what was a bad experience and taste in my mouth of conrads into a much better one thanks!
