Very courteous and integral. My husband and I own an auto repair shop and he couldn't get my car in to repair the rear defogger because he was very busy. He had me take it to Serpentini where we purchased the car. They could have told me I had to replace the whole rear window, but they did a much smaller and more inexpensive repair. I am impressed, and forever grateful that Steve was so gracious and kind. Thank you so much!
