I stopped in to find a ring compressor and assembly lube. Not the easiest thing to find in the store but we got it done. Staff was friendly. Store was clean. Prices were okay.

I was blown away by the knowledge and incredible customer service given at this location. I am not very automobile savvy and any question I had was answered and they seemed happy to do so. I highly recommend Strongsville's AutoZone to anyone looking for information and parts for your vehicle. It was a great and helpful experience.

I was a customer in the store during the transaction with kyle. That customer only purchased shampoo and towels. The worker was not recoding him at allllll.

A very clean store that has everything you need. The staff is really helpful. I had to buy a headlight. The staff helped me but it didn t fit. He exchanged it for one that did fit. However as I went to put it in- my light worked for some reason. He returned my item fine.I recently had to buy a new battery. They were really helpful in choosing a new battery. If you need any car supplies, this place is a great place to go. It s also pretty new too.

I purchased one headlight on September 6, 2023, for the passenger side of my 2O03 Honda Odyssey.Kattie and John installed the first one. They were kind, thorough, and most helpful.At ny request, Katie helped me buy a really excellent set of windshield wipers.John helped shut my hood which has a broken hood release cable. They were both wonderful!Two days later my driver-side headlight died and I went back to buy another headlight.Kattie and James took care of me and James installed the second one. And he got my hood to shut, which is no easy feat!!Next time I will buy two bulbs and get them installed at once. Kattie had intimated that, but I didn't think I needed to do that. I was so wrong!!!Again, they were both kind, caring, expert, and wonderful!!!I have visited this Auto Zone several times before and always feel that I have received 5-Star service!!!Always a job well done and always stellar customer service!!!Sue PohanStrongsville, Ohio

My wife's battery died and luckily, she was close to Autozone. we were helped by Gabe who replaced our battery quickly and tested the alternator to make sure there were no other issues. He saved the day! Thank you very much, Gabe!

This employee was approached by my daughter to purchase an air filter and cabin filter she was told she needed at a recent oil change. (She is going on her first road trip alone.) Not only did he make sure he had correct parts, but he took his time and SHOWED her how to check her oil, how to replace the air filter, and identified parts under the hood she had questions on, as well as where to add oil and fluids. Unfortunately his store did not have the parts she needed, but he located another store that did have them and sent her there. As this momma sat in the car and watched this all unfold, I was very thankful! You Rock Jerome W.!

I went to them in the morning, they have recommended the perfect battery for my 2019 Ram 1500. They were very knowledge.They have installed for me. Highly recommend. Best service ever.

Stopped in with a friend after his car battery went. The folks working were super nice and were able to not only get him his battery but also replace it. Super convenient, and the guys were a huge help. Shout out to James!!
