I would like to thank Jared for handing this car to me. It s a dream to own an Alfa Romeo, Customer service was awesome and hassle free. I got a certified preowned 2021 Giulia and it s an amazingly beautiful car, I had no issues with it so far. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Dealership was recommended in a YouTube video about the Stelvio. That a was a great recommendation! I search their site and found my 2022 Stelvio. Jared was easy to work with and sent meVideos of the car. NoPressure. Just very helpful! Very pleased with the service and my new Alfa!

Great experience. Worked with Doug and he is very diligent. I bought the car sight unseen (with a PPI) but they were very accommodating since I was in FL. Joe handled the paperwork and he was great too. They recommended the shipping too, overall flawless transaction.

My wife bought a used Mercedes from here over a year ago "as is" with the only disclosed issue being a brake booster recall, it came with several additional undisclosed problems with the ignition, battery drain, needed a new wiring harness, a crappy key, and they gave us problems with getting the bill of sale. Plus when we called to merely inform them of the battery issues, they instantly went on the defense and jumped right into the warranty defense. Something tells me they knowingly sold us a faulty car, or at least are guilty by negligence. Thanks for enabling the stereotype about dealerships.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. I was unable to find a Stelvio in North Carolina with the exact features and mileage I wanted, so I decided to contact this dealership to ship one down to me. I was a little nervous as this was my first time buying a car out of state, but was connected with Jared Janson who was extremely helpful before, during, and after the car was sold. Jared sent a detail video walkthrough of the car, sent me the paperwork very quickly, got the car shipped quickly, and went out of his way to answer questions for me (even after the deal was completed). The car arrived in excellent condition, and everyone I interacted with along the way (financing, title services, etc) was helpful and responded promptly. Would recommend doing business with this place!

My salesman was Jared Janson and I have the upmost praise of him as a sales representative based upon my recent experience of purchasing a beautiful Porsche Panamera Turbo through him!! I found Jared to be very professional and knowledgeable, however his best quality is his commitment to customer service through communication - he was very timely and responsive in helping me better understand the car -I loved the car at first sight and he helped significantly in providing me information that "Sealed the Deal"!

Come for the car, stay for the service. I couldn't recommend working with Doug Friedman to help you with your next Alfa Romeo purchase more. This is my second Stelvio, and second time working with Doug at Alfa Romeo Strongsville. Doug was able to find the exact Stelvio I was looking for with ease, prior to even coming into the dealership. When I arrived, my car was beautifully detailed and ready to drive off the lot. I also appreciate Joe's efficiency in the finance department. It seemed clear that Alfa Romeo Strongsville fosters a team environment, and everyone is happy to assist and support one another. Doug showed me every feature of my new car, but has also has followed up since leaving the dealership to make sure I'm happy with my new purchase. The customer service is truly unmatched.

Top notch sales team from top down. Mike & Doug were fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable car guys. They made my car buying process (from out of state) very transparent & easy from day 1. Every alfa forum member who dealt with them say same. 5 star -no nonsense, no pressure, straight forward deals that no dealer In nation could beat. I was on the lookout for a Giulia Quadrifoglio and after having the worst service from another Alfa dealer I asked on a forum who they recommended. Multiple people suggested Strongsville, so I reached out and got in contact with Jared who was absolutely amazing from start to finish and then after. He kept in contact throughout the process of having the Quadrifoglio shipped to me from Ohio and was transparent and trustworthy the whole time.This is what a car buying experience should be like when buying a luxury car, it was spot on.Jared and the team over at Strongsville have earned a customer for life now and I look forward to buying my next Alfa from them!

The best service in my 25 years of leasing. Straight forward lowest prices, includes all discounts, explained every single number on contract. Jimmy the salesman responds immediately to email and phone, explained every single feature and helped me move all the stuff from my old car, Mike the manager went the distance for me, my True Car certificate was showing the purchase only not lease and he had to spent quite some time with True Car and had them sent me a new correct certificate. Offered to ship the car to NY but I opted to go to Cleveland and pick up myself. Good luck finding service like this in NY/ NJ.

I highly recommend ALFA Romeo of Strongsville for anyone in the market for an ALFA Romeo vehicle. I had an enjoyable experience filled with a straight forward satisfying deal that I am sure everyone will also receive at ALFA Romeo of Strongsville.Mr. Doug Friedman was our salesman. Mr. Friedman was gracious enough to work with us even on his day off. He took all the information he needed from us and promised to have a price for us the next day.Sure enough, the following day I received an email from Mr. Friedman with a price that included all the advertised discounts. I must mention here that Mr. Friedman was generous enough to agree to include with the deal two, not just one, ALFA Romeo baseball caps, and all weather floor matts. That s in addition to the carpeting matts that come standard with the vehicle.Completing and signing the lease contract was all done online. Mr. Joe Killiany, Business Manager, sent me a link where I signed the contract online. One form how ever had to be printed, signed and notarized. On Tuesday I had the form signed, notarized, and overnighted using the pre-paid pre-addressed UPS shipping label Mr. Killiany emailed me. With all finance forms done, the car was ours and it arrived a week later.All in all we are very satisfied with the deal we received from ARofS. There were no hidden charges and everything that was promised was delivered. To me, this was a great leasing experience. Mr. Friedman was more a friend than a salesman offering financial advices that I doubt other salesman would have offered. My wife and I are completely satisfied with our lease deal. As a matter of fact we have plans, for when the current lease on her car ends, to contact Mr. Friedman and ARofS to lease a Stelvio for her as well

I was looking for my first Alfa Romeo and Michael Gray was the one who helped me with. He contacted me and made an offer for my previous car, an offer that never was changed or negotiated. He made everything in a short time and my first experience with Alfa Romeo was top-notch! I recommend this place. If you want an Alfa, this is the place to go with.

Initially I thought this was a great company to purchase a vehicle. I was referred here like so many other of my family members. However, the vehicle sold was not up to standard. The check engine light constantly stays on. Sputters when driving and will only start after 5 tries. Sure used vehicle sold as is. However a 2000 mile warranty was on the vehicle.Mr. Adam's did not know as he stated how to repair said issue and referred me to Hyundai. None the less this company will not pay for any parts or repair the vehicle.I have had nothing but issue after issue. Sadly I am stuck with repairs when Alfa Romeo sold a lemon from the beginning.
