absolutely not recommend going to this place for anything! made an advance order for a part, sent my wife to have it swapped out.and because she didn't know much about cars the person assisting was extremely rude! never have I ever heard someone speak to another customer in that manner EVER!

The guy in there was so helpful! And he was so nice and friendly but he was really hustling ro keep up with the customers. Even so, he never let it get to him. He was really rocking the quick and friendly day service. They better never let him go!

My break fluid low light came on and it was right before work. I was so worried and stressed. I stopped here and it was even open a couple min early. The nice gentleman helped me find exactly what I needed and put it in for me too. Was even nice to suggest that it may need flushed as a next step. Super helpful and knowledgeable!

Easy shopping, excellent customer service. I love the 30 min order online and pick up. Pretty much have everything I need. Wiper blades, light bulbs, gloves, coolant, oil and filter, and a 2 ton jack. All at a good price and coupons :)

I was there 2 months ago buying wind shield wipers some Hispanic guy and white guy was there i ask for something that is not going to cost to much since everything is so expensive and my husband and I are in a budget and the Hispanic dude said let me guess your husband voted for Biden not sure why would that come out of his mouth when I wasn't talking about politics at all or even mentioned it all I said was I am looking for wipers that is not going to cost to much ...it was weird then I told him what is that gotta do with me buying wipers for my car it makes no sense I hear the white guy laughing on what his coworker said to me it was unprofessional will not go there again and definitely will tell my entire colleagues and coworkers and family and friends beware of that store they are sketchy and unprofessional. I did called corporate as well they are aware of the situation.

Excellent service. I ordered parts online and went inside to pick them up. The process was simple, quick, and the cashier was friendly. A few minutes later I realized that I actually needed a new car battery as well. Again, the staff who assisted me (I believe it ended up being the manager) was pleasant, helpful, patient, and answered all of my questions while changing my battery on a very rainy day.I will absolutely return if customer service remains this good!

Chris, who I believe is a manager, was very rude to me and talked down to me. I had traveled all across town to find some windshield wiper fluid. They were out of stock on the winter version, so I bought the bug removal one, amongst other things. In front of other customers, he lectured me on how I couldn't use that particular brand in the winter time and talked to me like I was stupid. I told him I was buying it for later in the spring time, and he just looked at me like "whatever" and walked away. I haven't been talked to like that in a long time as a customer. For that reason, I will not be back.

We were traveling from out of state and our vehicle started misfiring. We stopped into this store, and they were amazing! They helped find the parts and provide some tools for us to fix it in the parking lot. The team there is killer. Thank you for everything!

Skip this one! My husband called for a battery replacement for our car, they quoted 79 dollars and would put it in for me. When i got there less than 45 min later, the lowest price battery they had was 149.99, after he tried to sell me the 199.99 choice. I asked what about the $79 battery? He said he didn't know what i was talking about. Then proceeded to tell me how much they don't actually want to put the battery in for me, because it was dark outside? If he did it he wouldn't be responsible for damage to the car. It's just a battery mind you! Trying to take advantage of people in a bit of desperation (my husband was out of town) and in need is just disgusting! Will NEVER return!

Stopped after work this morning to have a check engine code identified. There was one person at the counter and the other one was no where in sight. I explained what I needed and then the phone rang. Meanwhile another person entered the store and proceeded to pick up some things to buy. After waiting 15 minutes for the person to take care of phone calls he asked the other person in the back to come up front and then proceeded to wait on the person that came in after me. I don't know if he thinks that a woman's time isn't as valuable as a man's or what. I will not go there again. I found that very rude. I have purchased items in the past but will no longer waste my time with this store or any other Advance Auto Parts store. Believe it or not there are women that are capable of buying parts for their cars with the ability to put them. I guess future sales aren't a priority.

Very typical auto parts store. Helpful and welcoming staff. Pretty above average social distancing and COVID-19 protocols. It's always easy visiting this location for anything big or small project.

First I called Advance Auto Parts looking for a dome light bulb for my son's Honda Accord the gentleman on the other side was his very professional and respectful at that point I asked him his name and he said Blake and I told him I was on my way she pulled it from inventory and had it waiting at the counter I thought how convenient is that thank you Blake

never going back the lady (manager) sold me the wrong light for my car. I went out to the parking lot to put it in and realized it was wrong when i took out the old one. Went back in the store to return it and she told me she can t return electronic items once the leave the store. i told her she sold me the wrong one less than seconds ago. She told me she had some beach front property in strongsville to sell me at a very low price and started to laugh at me.

A SALE THAT COULD HAVE COST ME AN ENGINEMy girlfriend came here to get some oil to replace some she's burnt since her past oil change. She was given a bottle of Lucas oil stabilizer, and instructed to pour the entire thing in her oil fill. Normally this wouldn't be a huge problem but the little detail is her car has Variable Valve Timing, and someone sold her the bottle that is thicker than molasses. I'll gaurenter all the channels are going to be clogged up and will be a serious hit to the bank, all because whoever it was that works there has no idea what they're doing, and shouldn't even be aloud to look at cars, let alone be making recommendations. I'm pretty speechless at this point but we'll see where this goes. If you shop here do your research before showing up, because it might cost you an engine if not.

In January the team at Advance Auto replaced the battery in our Honda Pilot on a brutally cold day and it was done so cheerfully. A month later the Pilot was still starting hard so we had it tested at a trusted dealer. Bad cell in the battery was the diagnosis, poor cold cranking. Back to Advance where we were told that the battery had good voltage (not the issue) but admittedly low amps (the power we need for cold cranking). At the counter we were told that Advance doesn t do replacements on our car (due to plastic shrouds that had to be removed)! I said you did a month ago and she said they shouldn t have. Not my problem was just oozing out of her. Eventually we were given a reluctant credit with no admission of fault and little regard for my time and irritation. Not a good experience, we will find another source for our parts in the future. I wonder what happened to the team that was there in January?

Was not greeted by none the employees. It seemed like all they wanted to do is play grab ass. Had to walk through the store to find what I was looking for. I was not at all happy with my experience at your local location.

My friend had a check engine light come on, I told him auto parts stores will be able to look at the codes. Since he lives near this one he stopped in. They told him that, not only do they not check codes, he'd have to go to Echeck or an oil change place! Boo hiss.

Bought spark plugs here a few days ago never installed them and the young kid that worked there told me they don t return electrical items after they leave the store. Really dude spark plugs are engine parts. Worst experience ever at and auto parts store. Note to self if your trying to repair your vehicle go to AUTOZONE or OhOhOh O reilys.
