So I originally came in to have a piece of trim fixed. It was a recall so figured it would be no big deal. Unfortunately during the replacement another part that held the trim was broken. (Cheap plastic so stuff happens) The staff was extremely apologetic. Even with a few additional hiccups (Wong parts sent, taking longer then anticipated) the staff, ESPECIALLY RACHEL were all wonderful. Did everything in their power to make up for all the headaches. Can t thank them enough for all the hard work. Will definitely be back!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Body & Trim, Oil change

Service dept is pretty terrible; only take your car here if the work is going to be free (covered under warranty or a recall) and honestly maybe not even then Consider how much your time is worth.Two examples:1) went for an oil change (required to do at a dealer to keep your warranty valid); they stripped the oil pan bolt and knocked a fuel line loose so we had to bring it BACK to fix what they messed up after we found oil and gas leaking all over the driveway what kind of service dept can t do a basic oil change??2) called ahead for known recall work, they said it would take a day, so we scheduled a day and time expecting to pick it up later that day; instead it took THREE DAYS with no loaner and no updates from customer service along the way (we had to keep calling). On the third day they said it d be ready by 5pm, so my husband (and our 2 year old) went to pick it up and they seemingly hadn t even started the work! Said it would just be 20 min, 90 min later they finally pulled the car up. Oh and at the same time their sales team had the nerve to offer us a trade-in value that was less than 20% of the KBB estimate. L.O.L. Byeeee100% avoid if you can! There s a VW/Audi shop called DAP right down 43; go there instead!

My wife , kid and I drove there from Columbus for a car we saw online.We sat down and talked to Brittany who was very helpful, patient and welcoming.. never had the pressure feeling to buy. When finalizing the sale, Michael was very helpful and understanding too. I ran into minor issue afterwards but Michael and Brittany were quick to make things fair.Their vision is customer service support and never ends when customer drive off the lot.Thank you Brittany and Michael.

While my car is the issue, the team has been nothing but great with keeping us updated and trying to get the problem fixed. They even recapped everything again when picking up the loaner vehicle. Very happy with trusting my baby to them.

Took my car in for a transmission flush and when I went to leave I had a noise in the vehicle. The tech who serviced the transmission was not certified and dealership tried to sell me a timing chain replacement for$3000 dollars. Took to another vw certified service center and the trans was 1 quart low causing the odd noise. Would not return my texts.

We bought a 2019 Infiniti QX60 and they are the best dealership I have ever been in. Very simple and quick. Travis was great and Aaron was great. Thank you very much I will most definitely return.

Wow what an embarrassment of an establishment. DO NOT GO HERE! I had an apt to get my cars oiled changed. They had my wife and 3 month old child waiting for 3 HOURS!!! I had an apt there is no reason to not have the part. Do not go here.

Went in to buy a new VW since I have been driving a Passat Wagon off and on for the past 10 years and love VW brand. The cars themselves are great. I cannot say the same for the sales staff at VW of Streetsboro. While the floor staff seem attentive and overworked, the senior sales staff treated me and my wife like we were a burden to them.Body language and tone of voice goes a long way. We were not made to feel like a valued customer so we will be buying our new car elsewhere.Avoid this dealership when buying a new car. They do not value you as a customer and seem to feel entitled to your business. If I am spending $25;000, I will spend it where the senior sales staff act professional.
