I will never go anywhere else for an oil change ever again.Before this experience, my expectation bar for any oil change service was literally underground. I ve been under serviced and WAY overcharged and frankly getting an oil change was something I absolutely dreaded. But HERE??? I was actually so blown away. Everyone was so nice and so helpful. They even checked all the lights and changed my blinker light for me and offered to replace my wiper blades. They filled my washer fluid. Filled my tires.All for a lower total price than I ve paid for just a basic oil change at other places.I felt comfortable and that means a lot to me.

The service was fairly quick and professional. The personnel were polite and efficient. This is a good spot to get the job done. They are about on par with everyone else as well as I can tell on price without researching it. Thanks for the response it led me to proofread my post. Sorry for the misunderstanding it led to. The service was good. The on par statement was related to the cost, and they are about in line price wise with their competitors.

I just love that they are fast and convenient! They also will let you know of any issues. Tires get checked and filled if your pressure is low as well!

They used an extractor rather than properly drain my oil from beneath the car, a shortcut that doesn t remove the sludge at the bottom. I expect the service to be performed correctly with the best interests of the customer in mind. That s what I paid for. Was happy with the oil change they change my battery and I had a little bit of issues but they did take care of it. So all in all pretty happy

Oil change, air filter. At this location. They never put you under any kind of pressure to purchase additional services beyond oil change. Daren is the manager of this location and and he runs an extremely tight operation. Oil, filter, rotation, fluid checks, and they look like they're having fun through the whole process. White-glove treatment through and through.

I was in here about a month got my oil changed. I decided to Check the oil while I was replacing some windshield wiper fluid and found that my car was 2 qt low of oil. I've only driven 2000 miles. My car only has 50000 miles on it and it does not leak oil and it does not burn oil I won't use this place ever againService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had an awesome experience here. All of the staff was super nice and professional. Dalton was the main guy taking care of the service for my car and he did a top notch job. Daton was very knowledgeable and courteous. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place and will be back!

Went in for an oil change. They told me it was time for a radiator flush. Since they flushed the radiator my car has been running hot and the heat is intermittent. I ve always had good service from valvoline until now. Very disappointing. I won t return.

I've been going to this valvoline for yrs but this particular day I guess this guy had 2 lanes open and it was 1 car ahead of my truck and 1 ahead of the car in the other lane so this guy tells me if the car in front me leaves first the car otherwise side of me gets to cut in front of me,oh nooo,that's why they're in that lane and I'm in the other lane, I had to be some where and I didn't have time for those gms. I ,ll go elsewhere!!!!!!

This was the second time I have been to the Streetsboro location and as always the experience was great. Always pleasant staff, knowledgeable, and courteous. Didn't tighten the oil gasket correctly causing me to lose all oil out of my car. I went back not knowing what happened. They tried to tell me it was leaking, that's why I lost all my oil. Did another oil change. Then i Took my car to a mechanic. No leak lol they just didn't do it properly the first time causing me to lose all my oil and almost damage my engine. Be careful people.

Went there for an oil change and was very pleased. In and out within 10-15 minutes. Dalton checked us in and delegated the different services to the other members of the team to ensure a speedy visit. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable and talked us through the entire process. It seemed like he checked every little detail on the car including but not limited to tire pressure, lights, battery, wipers etc. I would 10 out of 10 go back to this specific location because of the top notch service we received here. Great service! Fast and easy. The guys are nice. They let you know what s recommended for your car, but don t push you to buy.The only downside was the price. I know you pay for convenience but man! Cost me almost $100 for a full synthetic oil change. As a reference I got my last one at Firestone for $60. Kinda steep

Quick, percise, and friendly.Not much to say, I came at 7:30 on the dot, and they were already in gear. I always feel abd coning bright and early when people are just opening but these guys were on it.Didnt push me to spend extra on things I dont need like my filters [mine were clean]. Ive had that happen before at other locations not affiliated with Valvoline.5/5 definitely recommend coming here.

I really appreciate the quality of staff at Valvoline facilities. At least in this area, all the locations I've visited have had fun, interactive employees. They tend to be pretty happy to be doing their job, and also respond well to customers who bring a positive attitude to the business.The value is fine and the products are acceptable, but nothing special beyond other facilities. As a rapid car upkeep place, it's a fine option.

Very friendly and professional environment didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need. I use to feel pressured to buy a bunch of extra stuff when I would come to places like this. This place is seriously fantastic, why anyone would go to a dealer or sit around for 2 hours at a garage is beyond me. No matter how long the line is, these people are the definition of efficient. You pay for that but it's worth every cent... Assuming your time is valuable. They're so confident in their efficiency that they have a monitor that has a camera on anyone working at your car in real time. The interesting part is there's a clock that they run so you can see exactly how long your service is taking. I had wiper blades replaced, a synthetic oil change with seven quarts of oil, topped off fluids, and replaced license plate bulbs... I was out in 16 minutes. Go to their website and find one of their coupons, they'll scan it on your phone when you get there. One is $25 off a regular oil change the other is 50% off a synthetic with certain conditions. The most impressive part about dealing with Valvoline instant oil is that I've been to two different locations locally. One in Macedonia and the other in streetsboro. They are both lightning fast and very professional. Give them a shot, you'll be glad you did.

I generally have good service at Valvoline's, but I was very impressed with my service today. All of the guys were super friendly and made 30 minutes go by quickly. It's nice to go to a place where you can tell the employees enjoy their job. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else in this area.

Your Manager has a bad attitude and was laughing when I told her I was not happy about a 40 minute wait...I said why do you have a smirk on your face and she replied because I know where this is going.So yes, it's not her fault the Audi in the bay had a sensor issue, but you lost a customer. Laughing because I waited 40 minutes...someone needs to educate her on customer service and her people management skills. So immature and smug!
