Larrietta, the manager was very helpful and friendly when I went in for their tire special. She is very personable with her clients and understanding of the importance of their vehicle.I have an old vehicle so they naturally found quite a few things that should be done. She did not hassle me to get everything done and helped me find a good tire match for my needs.

I needed 4 new tires, and Larrieta was very helpful. So nice! She really was super helpful. And the next day I went back to have a slight adjustment to the balancing, and Bob was wonderful. Very caring and really knows his stuff. Both wonderful employees. Thank you both for all your help

Traveling from out of state through Ohio, ended up with a flat on the turnpike. NTB was able to get us new tires as soon as we arrived (even at the end of their work day) and back on the road within an hour. GREAT customer service from Larietta at the counter & the technician, both kind, efficient and thorough. Price was reasonable.

Great service! Bob, Larrietta and Dale were all very helpful. Service was done quickly and the staff made sure I had a ride home while my car was in shop. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been coming here for tires and oil changes for about a year now and we keep returning for a reason. I trust the staff which is hard to do in a lot of car shops these days. I know they aren t going to try to sell me stuff I don t need. They are always timely and friendly. Dennis is a great manager and is keeping the store clean and his staff seems happy with him. I loved the Christmas decorations this time of year. I just needed some hot cocoa and I d feel right at home.

it was 8pm. i was 400 miles away from home and got a low pressure alarm. went to see larietta and dale 1/2 hr before closing and they found a nail in the sidewall, turns out i needed a new tire, thank god they were open and discovered the problem before the long trek home. service with a smile. thanks!

Derek the assistant manager, was very friendly. I had made an appointment that wasn't documented but he fit me in right away. Gave me my tires at a few dollars less than I was quoted. I waited a little longer than I was told but that's okay because I got an extended warranty and free repairs for the life of my tires. Tyler the technician did a great job, putting the tires on and I now have a very smooth ride. Thank you Streetsboro NTB for the excellent service.

Best shop I've been too in a long g time. Nobody tries to sell you anything more than what is wrong with your Car. The two mechanics Alex and Donnie showed me exactly what was wrong with my front end. And Larrietta sat with me on the different options for the best tire for the price. Larrietta really knows her tires boy.. I would recommend them to everyone

I recently visited this store to have done routine maintenance done and wanted to address some small issues i was experiencing with my vehicle. When I arrived at the store with my 3 young children, we were greeted by Larrietta. She was very knowledgeable when we went over what issues I was having with my vehicle. She wasn t pushy and didn t pressure me to have any unnecessary work done like most shops these days do. NTB Streetsboro definitely has my business for any future needs.

Dropped off my car at 8 in the morning for an exhaust evaluation and repair, Oil, change, tire rotation, and new wiper blades after four hours. Explicitly mentioned the exhaust was problematic and I needed fixed. No one called to tell me where They were on the repairs. When I called in they said they were working on my car and asked what time I needed to pick it up. I said 430 and between noon and 430 not a single person called. when I showed I was told they tried calling me multiple times even though I did not have a single missed phone call or a voicemail message about my vehicle, and then proceeded to hand me a slew of estimates of things that needed done to my car, without any resolution to The exhaust. They had my car the entire day and apparently charged me 154 for an oil change and wiper blades and a theoretically free tire rotation The oil change I can t verify there s no sticker telling me the next mileage for my oil change nor did they reset any settings on my car to let me know when the oil change is needed.This is quite possibly the poorest experience I ve had at NTB and I have had great experiences at other Ntb locations.

I needed a new tire and will need all 4 replaced this summer, so I couldn t spend a lot. Steve worked with me on the price of the tire I needed today! Larriettia helped me get the info and was very personable and polite. Everyone there was kind and friendly. While I was waiting I saw they were helpful and knowledgeable. I will be back for my tires and I m going to check out their other services too! Thank you Streetsboro NTB!

I was not about to wait 2-3 hours for an oil change and tie rod just to wait another 2 hours once they got it in. Not no mention I had requested Dale not to work on my car and the manager Stan had an "I don't care who u get is who u get" attitude when I've heard not good things about Dale. I will not return unfortunately because there are 2 techs there that do a good job with my car so I'm sorry I want 2 guys I trust working on my car. Just an awful experience and won't be back thanks to the attitude I received. Not to mention I felt forced to drop my car off....... This isn't the shop I used to work for....

The only reason that I am giving a 5-star review is because of Larrietta. Otherwise, I would not be giving a good review. In fact, I would be very disappointed. However, Larrietta went above and beyond to not only make sure that I was taken care of but also make sure that I understood what happened and what she was going to do to rectify the situation.I have to get something else taken care of and am only coming back to NTB of Streetsboro, because of Larrietta. Honestly, I don't know what you are paying her, but it should probably be increased. Because she is probably limiting herself as a receptionist.

Exceptional Service and Honesty Beyond ExpectationsI recently had an urgent need to get a bent rim swapped out on my vehicle, and NTB in Streetsboro not only met but exceeded my expectations. With a very tight window to get the tire swapped and an alignment done, the team at NTB demonstrated outstanding dedication by offering to extend their service past closing hours to accommodate my schedule. This gesture alone speaks volumes about their commitment to customer care.Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by Larrietta, who took the time to understand my needs thoroughly and ensured that everything I was looking for was addressed. This level of personalized attention made me feel valued as a customer.The technicians, Alex and Don, showcased their expertise and careful attention to detail by removing the tire from the bent rim without damaging the bead, saving me the cost and hassle of having to replace the tire. Their skill and professionalism were truly impressive.An important aspect of my visit was NTB's honesty regarding the alignment. I had not mentioned that my vehicle was equipped with lane assist, which, as it turns out, prevents them from performing the alignment. This needs to be done at the dealership. NTB's transparency and professionalism in informing me of this, rather than attempting a service that could have been incompatible with my vehicle's specifications, were highly commendable.My experience with NTB in Streetsboro was remarkable for their willingness to go the extra mile, their skilled and cautious handling of my vehicle, and their honesty and professionalism. Was heading back to Pennsylvania for Christmas when my check engine light came on... Luckily the guys at Advance Auto in Twinsburg recommended this place after getting my code.. Turned out my thermostat was bad.. The guys here were awesome!! I can't remember the assistant managers name, but he really helped me out with the price and Donald the mechanic took time to show me under the hood exactly what was going on with my car... I DEFINITELY recommend this place.. I was stuck there for 4 hrs on Christmas eve, but they got me back on the road and assured me my car was now good.. Only complaint I got is NTB CORPORATE needs to get Donald an engine lift and expand their services to include engine repair.. Be more money for them and their employees...ALSO THEY ALL DESERVE A RAISE!! Well I promised a good review... MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU GUYS AND THANK YOU AGAIN FOR GETTING ME BACK ON THE ROAD AND THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I just want to take a moment and share what an amazing experience I had today with the assistant manager Derek at the streetsboro NTB location. Not only did he get me in last minute he was very professional, polite, and clearly wanted to earn my business. I will be back for all of my future vehicle needs and recommending others do the same!!!
