Another great experience from the service staff. All the warning lights came on, and it was the Nissan main sensor shown in pick. It picked up probably salt or dirt on itIt actually reset itself. Just clean it off.Service: Auto maintenance

Staff is extremely helpful and personable. I went in with a weird issue and they were able to fix it because the technician took the time to research what I'd told them. I had my car at another Nissan dealership who basically wrote me off and didn't bother to find out what was going on with my vehicle! I will always go to Nissan Streetsboro from now on, knowing that they actually care about me and my car.

I've been here a few times recently for basic maintenance on my Nissan. The staff makes it easy to get in and out. The quality of service has been great too. I drove there from Pataskala Ohio to purchase the 1998 corvette after talking to 2 people about it. After my 2 1/2 hour drive I arrived and the car was not ready to see or sell. It was very dirty, and parts and pieces were not in good condition. Things hanging off on the driver's side of the seat and dry rotted tires. I was interested in trading my 2006 BMW z4 for this until I saw it. I turned away the offer and drove 2 1/2 hours back home. Very disappointing experience. They didn't even clean up the car for the test drive. And after 3 blocks the engine light came on. Everyone needs retraining.

Told 1 thing over the phone, and complete opposite upon arrival. Heard back from the sales man once TEVIN MARTIN when he asked for money down or co signer. Gave him co signer info, he must have ran the application 50 times through 50 different financial institutions, as her score dropped 30+ points that day. Texted, and emailed and still waiting for a response. If you want a car go to north coast apparently they own them just eliminate the problem(Nissan of Streetsboro) and go to the source.

I was greeted by very nice associates they focused on what my needs were this was the best experience since I brought my car in for service four years ago. 2018 until now service was not good.

This dealership has tripled their price on oil changes. I was shocked at checkout when my 2018 Titan was $130 for oil and filter. That s the last time I go there unfortunately.
