We had a great experience at this dealership. Jordan was friendly & knowledgeable and made sure he gave us his absolute time though it was very busy when we first arrived.The financing process was okay . Took some time but I don t blame them cause there were just 2 guys working behind the scenes.I would recommend them. Be patient if needed and they will go above and beyond to get the job done.

My wife and I recently came here in search of a quality, low mileage pre-owned SUV. Mackenzie met with us and took time to assess what we were looking for in our next vehicle. She listened carefully and patiently suggested vehicles available on her lot and others in the complex. She reviewed the features to ensure the vehicle was a good fit. She never tried to pre-qualify us or sell us. We were able to trade in our van at a fair price and make the deal happen. I would recommend Mackenzie for her kind and patient sales style. She restored hope that the used car buying experience doesn t have to be negative. My wife loves her new VW Atlas, thank you Nissan/Volkswagen of Streetsboro!

Makenzie was extremely helpful and understanding. She went the extra mile in making sure our new truck was ready and in the best shape possible when we picked it up. She even picked me up from the airport as we were from out of state and brought me to the dealer. She is a credit to the dealership and I am sure helps promote the image they want.

Alberto is the BEST! I came in with 2 set vehicles in mind to test drive.. I liked them and was excited. I didn't get either. Alberto put me in a vehicle that I didn't even think I wanted and I FELL IN LOVE instantly. I am through the roof happy and so glad he initiated me looking at this specific Nissan! He just KNEW what would make me happy after 5 minutes of knowing me. He wasn't pushy and his personality is top notch. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone. What an easy process! I live about 2 hours away from this dealership. I found a vehicle online and when I called them I had a laundry list of items I wanted to see before making the drive. Caleb Coffman (sales) did an excellent job of answering all my questions. He went above and beyond taking additional pictures, measuring tired tread, and sending all reports in a timely manner so I was able to see everything. He was kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The entire staff was friendly and the purchase went smoothly. I highly recommend asking for him when you choose this dealership.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from the fine folks at Nissan of Steesboro. From the second I walked in I was meet with nothing but professionalism and courtesy.The salesman I worked with, Joseph was great. He found me exactly what I was looking for and never tried to push me into a vehicle I didn t want. Joseph made the trade in and purchasing process as smooth as I have ever experienced.The folks at this dealership run a top notch shop and value their customers time. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Joseph to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.

It was very easy. The only I would suggest is when a person scheduled the appointment they should be ask if it was the first time. Cause I pulled in an waited Bout 5 to 7 min in car cause I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do. But once I was greeted the whole experience was fast N seamless. I appreciate the technician very much. Very nice I think his name was Jacob very professional. Answered all of my questions. Thank you.

I am going spare you the OMG, my car is so awesome! stuff and get to what really matters here. If you are in the market for a new vehicle either New or Pre-owned, go to Nissan of Streetsboro and speak to Mackenzie!She was very nice, personable and was not afraid to say she didn t know the answer to a question I may have had. When she didn t know, she knew where to get the answers. She didn t try to B.S. me through the process and made sure, the car, and the deal was right for me! No pressure, no haggle strait-shooter! Mackenzie was awesome and if I need a car I will stop here to see her first

I was greeted by a sales man as I was pulling in to the parking lot not in an aggressive way more like someone greeting you as you pull up to their home. Then casual introduction and conversation transitioned into being shown vehicles that fit my needs that were seemingly added to the initial conversation.Before I knew it I had a vehicle that I was happy with and better financing than the previous vehicle I had.

The moment I walked in the dealership, I had a fantastic experience with Ish! He helped me find multiple vehicles to choose from, new and used, within my budget. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the vehicle for my needs. He and his team patiently answered all of my questions, explained the features, addressed any questions or concerns, and even took the time to demonstrate how everything worked. My sales-rep Tevin Martin honestly went above and beyond to help me get to what I needed! My schedule in and out of work makes it very difficult to communicate and coordinate things for certain days and times, and Tevin definitely understood that... He was timely in his responses, answered any question I had, and was knowledgeable in what he was talking about. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a car, with the features I was looking for, ALL for a fair monthly lease price!Now, I wanted to make a last-minute change involving the car color (the original color I selected didn t look like the same color advertised on their website), and I was originally told there was no other color on the lot for the car with the specific specs I wanted, that ALSO fit my price range. It might sound petty, but this was going to be a dealbreaker for me yet somehow, Tevin came to his shift earlier than usual, and helps find me the same car, with the same specs, in a more preferable color, FOR THE SAME PRICE!Lastly, the day prior to signing my lease, Tevin preemptively sent me a picture of the new car, and pointed out the car s hood had some sort of rippled look on it (looking at the picture, you would ve thought the car s hood was merely showing a reflection of another object; it was not noticeable in the picture); Tevin came in for 2 hours ON his day off, to make sure this car s hood was buffed out well by their mechanic, (and note this was literally done the day before I came in to sign: so about 14ish hours) I come in the next day; the car and nearly all the paperwork I requested be ready to sign as soon as I came in (since I had to leave for work right after), was prepared If you re currently in the market for a new car lease, I would highly recommend checking out Nissan of Streetsboro And Tevin my guy, 5/5 stars!

Ish did a wonderful job getting me into the car I wanted. Miguel was thorough and Dominic was eager to jump in and help any way he could. This dealership is the epitome of team work. Not one person was pushy, worried about commission or trying to make a sale. They listened to my wants and needs. Every single employee was friendly, kind and attentive. I purchased a used truck here last week and had a great experience with the salesman Tim. Everything was going really good and I found the truck I wanted to purchase. We came to an agreement on price for my trade and the purchase price. I chose to finance through the dealership. This is where things started to go down hill. I received my approval and was advised of the terms. I was told that the bank that I would be financing through required 6 months of payments before I could pay off the loan or refinance. I told my salesman that I did not want to have any kind of pre payment penalty. He went back to the sales manager and they came back with another offer. I was told that this back only had a 4 month prepayment penalty. I was not happy with that but went forward with the deal. When the finance manager came out to have me sign the paper work, he started that there was no prepayment penalty at all. I asked why I was told that there was a prepayment penalty and he stated that he did not know and confirmed that there wasn t. I asked my salesman and he stated that he was told by the sales manager to tell me that there was a penalty so that I didn t get it refinance and so that the dealership didn t get a charge back from the back. I confronted the the sales manager about having his salesman lie to me and he again lied to me personally and eventually stated that he had his salesman tell me that so I didn t get it refinanced and force the dealership to be charged the charge back fee. I spoke with his manager and he stated that it would be addressed and they would fix how they word things about the prepayment penalties in the future. Lying is not ok and causes distrust in the car sales business. I don t know if I will recommend others to purchase a car from here.

So in the past we had a few bad experiences, whether the car we were coming to look at was sold prior to our scheduled appointment without prior notice or was given to someone else as a loaner vehicle. The distance to driver there is very far and to hear those things you become very discouraged. This time however we had Mitchell as a sales rep and it was right before closing and he went above and beyond to give a great last impression. He was able to find me a brand new Rogue in my favorite color. I want to thank him for sacrificing leaving home early to make sure we were taken care of.
