I wish I came here sooner. All of the staff was extremely helpful professional and compassionate. Especially Neil. I had over 38 codes on and no other dealer ship was willing to do what they did. Within a day they fixed all of my issues , and kept the price as affordable as possible. They were timely and went ABOVE AND BEYOND they even kept in touch with every step of the process definitely would recommend to everyone. Thank you guys!!!!

Had a situation on the highway, was recommended to this Midas. The staff was professional and super helpful. They took care of our repairs in a very timely fashion. They respected our stuff and made a good impression. Prices were very fair and they offered payment options as well. Any car troubles, this is a good spot.

I came to this location after going to another Midas for brakes and roters. I took my car several times in for them to look at them but each time was I was told they were fine. I called the consumer number and they referred me to this location. They took the time and evaluated my vehicle and they discovered what the issue was. They were polite and understanding and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be back. The team was awesome!

Highly recommend. Stopped here on a cross country road trip off the OH Turnpike. Nice clean waiting area. Professional, efficient & affordable. People could not have been nicer.

I want to give five stars because I was in an emergency and they offered to work on my vehicle last second when all the other shops in the neighborhood said they couldn't. I appreciate that. But they ended up telling me they needed 4.5 hours of Labor at $130 an hour and needed my vehicle over night for 800$. I live 40 minutes away. Shop down the street walking distance did the same job in 1.5 hours had me back on the road for 300$..

The initial meet with Anthony (Manager) was pleasant as he honored the price that was quoted me for a balance and rotate. Their calls are recorded so he was able to listen to the call. I did stand to watch them do the work. As I was told they don't always rotate correctly. While watching I noticed the gentlemen working on my truck vaping. Which maybe that's allowed Anthony wasn't far from him. They did show me an issue with one of my tires. It seemed as though they did the job properly. When home I checked the gauges and my tire pressure was low! I called and spoke with Anthony and he said there was no light that indicated the tires were low. But all of them were low. How do you balance and rotate tires but not check the air pressure? This is a simple check for safety reason at that! It's winter.So make sure you request air to be added to your tires when you have anything done with them! Or for them to do a complete check when working on your vehicle. Shame. I was planning on coming back. But if I have to tell you and do part of your job then it's not worth it.

Our truck was making noises. Took to Streetsboro Midas, as a walk in. Their guys got to it within a half hour of us being there. Found nothing wrong. Did not charge anything ! Honest &courteous Thanks Midas!!

Streetsboro Midas is the Best! I had a problem with my 2013 Chevy Sonic and a limited window of time to get it fixed. I came in and they assessed the problem right away and had it fixed in a few hours and at a respectable cost. Thanks guys!!

I was having a problem with my car that would've been super expensive and would've taken twice as long if I went to the Kia Streetsboro dealership. Neal Hemphill at the Streetsboro Midas helped me more than he realizes. He made sure my car was brought in right away. Didn't try to upsell me on anything not necessary. When Kia tried to gouge me for repairs and the machine needed to fix my car at the Streetsboro Midas was down, Neal sent me to the Stow location and told me to ask for Jason and explain what's going on. Both locations took care to expedite the work. They showed concern for the problem my car was giving me. And they spoke to me respectfully. Not talking down to me. I'm comfortable taking my car to them no matter the problem. Thanks again guys! I appreciate all your work!

I stopped in without calling or scheduling an appointment to see if I could have a tire that had deflated as a result of a collision (not my fault!). I expected I d have to leave the tire there and maybe be able to pick it up sometime the next week. The person working took the tire in right away, accurately identified that only the valve stem needed replaced and did so on the spot. It was cool to see how it was done and they were incredibly friendly throughout the whole process. I ll go out of my way to go there for any work I can in the future and suggest you do the same!Service: Tires

Went in for a pre purchase inspection and I am so glad I did! The team was extremely helpful in identifying issues that the dealership did not mention to me. Everyone was friendly and they did a great job of showing me all of the issues. I will definitely be back
