Everyone here at Streetsboro was amazing. Mariah was amazing, extremely nice and helped me step by step through it all. For this being my first overall experience buying a car and being to a dealership it was a 10/10 would recommend to others. Everyone else was so nice and welcoming. The detailed did an amazing and quick job last minute to get the car ready for me to take it off the lot. Would definitely come back if I ever purchased another car!!!!

My wife, Abby, bought a new 2023 Kia Sorento today and shoutout to Jason Washington, Ryan, and the GM Steve for such a wonderful experience for this purchase. They all worked very hard to get the car we wanted and at an affordable price for us. They treated us like family and were very patient through the decision process. They listened to what we wanted and made sure we drove away with everything we wanted for an affordable price. The bow and confetti made the experience even better and more personal! We can't thank them enough for a great experience!

Jason at Kia helped me get into a new car when I was trying to decide between a couple different options. He was friendly, funny, and kind and made the entire experience amazing! It was seriously one of the best experiences I ve ever had at a car dealership. I appreciated him listening to me and not pushing anything on me. I highly recommend seeing him if you re looking for a new car!! And I also LOVE my new Sorrento!

First time buying a car. Cleo Nettles Jr is the man!! Would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Made us feel comfortable right when we walked in and gave us privacy when we needed it. Your whole team there at Kia of Streetsboro were absolutely amazing from your finance director, salesmen to the detail gentleman, they made me feel so welcomed! Cleo Nettles worked his hardest to get me into the vehicle I absolutely loved, even emailed me back after hours to answer my questions and actually spent as much time as needed to answer all my questions as well as to show me all the fun new features on my new car!!! He was very knowledgeable, friendly abs inspiring. What an asset to your Kia family there ! So impressed with the service, thanks to everyone there for taking good care of me, great job team! Just purchased a Kia Seltos From Vince at Kia Streetsboro. Vince made this entire process very easy and fun for my daughter. Dealership is beautiful, new and clean. Everyone in the show room was extremely friendly. 2000 October, The salesman I had look like you just got out of high school. My credit wasn't great, but I had a down payment. Put me in this car that said. This is all we can give you so I took it cause I needed a car. They didn't tell me and high in mileage. The engine's blow so of course they fixed it. Service team, it's top-notch. They're awesome with the salespeople at Kia Streetsboro. Are horrible? I never had such a horrible shopping experience in my life. I went back after my car was total this time. I had it codes are who had the very highest credit score. They wanted nothing to do with me. Basically said we have nothing for you. Except some piece of c*** car, they had a 140000 miles on it. No way I don't recommend them to anybody horrible

After an accident, I had been looking for a new car and Tabi was here to save the day!!! She made the whole car buying experience very quick and easy. She made sure that I got the exact car that I wanted, including the interior red leather seats and the grey wolf color. On top of that, she helped me get my car earlier than expected. Overall, what a wonderful dealership and amazing people.

Cleo was awesome! He did everything that we needed to get our car purchase to go through smoothly! He really went above and beyond our expectations. There was a maintenance issue with the car, and he notified us immediately when it was taken care of so we could come back to purchase the vehicle we had selected. First, love my new Forte, and Sarah Dickey and the finance team at Streetsboro Kia made it happen in such a patient, determined way. I was ready to switch brands but I went to Streetsboro Kia online and chose a Kia I really liked to see if they could make a good lease trade in deal. Called and got Sarah who was always quick to respond to calls and texts until we had my car lined up with the pmt I can afford (Thank you!) My car came in, we went to Streetsboro, signed the papers (Shout out to Ryan!) and I now have an awesome car! I have 2-3 other family members considering a Kia. Due to her awesome dealing abilities and great personality Sarah might have herself a couple more customers! Bottom line: I highly recommend Sarah and Streetsboro Kia!

I came to this location earlier this month and received excellent service! The salesman Marquis was awesome. As a woman buying a car alone, it can be extremely frustrating. However, Marquis was super friendly and informative, and was able to address a lot of my concerns I had been facing through this entire car buying process. I've been to a lot of other dealerships this month, but this location by far had the best service I've received in a very long time!!!! Excellent Job!

While it s exciting to drive away in a new vehicle that makes your eyes light right up and your heart smile, it s very important to do your homework before stepping into the dealership to start the purchasing process for that shiny new ride your friends, family, colleagues and bypasses to admire. Know your credit score, purchasing power and get your pre-approval offers from lenders who you know will finance you before the dealership persuade you into thinking they can beat your lender s rate and they run your credit a 1000 times to company s you did not authorize to pull your credit. After you ve done your homework, contact the dealership directly and ask to speak with the Vince Lombardo, yeah that s right, who the NFL Super-Bowl Trophy is named after (lol) to help you walk away with the Kia Vince Lambardo Trophy (Ride) lol.Vince is the guy you want to work with, even after he offers you coffee after spilled coffee is already on his desk lol. He is very personable, has a charming personality and isn t looking to persuade you into doing anything other than what you came to do, which is to leave with the vehicle you came there for. A great brother to work with. If it wasn t for him and his warm demeanor, I would have left when I first decided to leave the dealership.When you arrive, arrive with your joy and confidence because you are already pre-approved. However, don t celebrate until the deal works in your favor because any sale for Kia is a win for Kia and it may not be a win for you. Kia of Streetsboro is firm on their sales price (no discounts) no matter how much you are putting down, that s what their sales manager Brian/Bryan told me and showed me. He suck at negotiating. Maybe it was a color thing, I would never know. But I was prepared even before I entered the facility; which is why I wore sweaty gym clothes to the dealership to be in disguise.Furthermore, Have your TransUnion and Equifax Credit Report Freeze and Unfreeze button ready (allow for notifications to come directly to your phone) in case you decide to allow the dealership to run your credit after you inform them not to run it more than once and they promised to beat the rate your lender already gave you and they couldn t. After the second or third alert that comes to your phone, quickly lock your TransUnion and Equifax Credit Report with your freeze buttons. Soon, a member of their finance team who speaks just as fast as the voice ad at the end of a television ad, will be sent to you with forms to sign.When you meet & greet this person, tell them to slow down, explain everything fully and READ before you sign. Be very mindful of the added charges and fees that benefit Kia and not you. Read over everything, Talk about the things you don t understand, ask them to take certain things off. Work the deal until you are satisfied because as I mentioned before, any sale for Kia is a win for Kia, but it may not be a win for you. Their goal is to quickly get you in and to quickly get you out and if you aren t patient, paying attention and if you are easily persuaded, it will cost your more than it will cost Kia.Dot your i s, cross your t s and you will come out in a winning position. My son bought his first vehicle all on his own at KIA of Streetsboro and worked with Cleo Nettles Jr as our sales person. He made the experience very smooth, understandable, and enjoyable. He made him feel comfortable and also made sure we knew he was not being taken advantage of. Highly recommend this group of people that we worked with. Brian Smith was extremely helpful prior to us even stepping in the door and Steve DiFranco was as well and both were sure to come out and introduce themselves to us which I found to be very professional and courteous. My wife and I worked with Cleo Jr at Kia of Streetsboro and had a good experience. He answered all of our questions and tried to expedite the purchase process as much as possible to accommodate for us shopping with our toddler. The GM was really nice and helped us take care of a few paint corrections on a used vehicle. Overall great experience
