Sent (2) transmissions to them for repair. They did not send back all the parts for the first transmission. We had to send them at a later date. On the second transmission we installed it and it leaked from the front seal. Pulled the engine and installed a new seal. Reinstalled engine to find an additional leak on the case. Pulled transmission and sent back. Reinstalled transmission and all is good. When we submitted for payment of our labor it was denied. The gave us a credit of $750 for our troubles. Their warranty is terrible. Please find someone else to repair your industrial drive train needs!

Cory Wagner Was able to source parts for an older machine I greatly appreciate the extra effort needed. they did charge me $27.00 to ship a clip that would fit in a envelope

This company has the most amazing customer service anywhere...... Anyone can hire button pushers behind a computer. These people know their products including a mastery of understanding mechanical design . The prices are phenomenal as well.....I will be back......
