Awesome service. My truck was towed here after an accident. I needed to leave town for over a week before I could get my personal belongings out and they didn t even charge me storage fees. I really appreciate them for that since my insurance company totaled my truck.

I received my vehicle back about 3 weeks ago and I had 3 cosmetic issues and 2 customer representative issues. The cosmetic issues were brought up during inspection before I drove it off the property. The Gerber representative said they would order the parts and fix them. 3 weeks later and still waiting on them to fix the issues. No updates... The 2 representative issues were do to the representative not checking with my insurance on issues I had and the lying and back pedaling he was doing to try and cover it up. I will not recommend and will tell everyone that asks about the problems I've had... I also recommended my insurance company to drop them as a reputable body shop...

They said it would be a week, it ended up being a month and half until I got my car. They ordered the wrong part 4 different times and were rude the entire way. They said it could be months until they could find a part and I did some looking around and was able to find the part no problem. I asked them if they could use said part and they conveniently said that they found a part after just saying it could take 3 months. Overall very shady and will not be returning.

Excellent service. Frankie and Dylan s made the process very easy and convenient ( they gave rental cars available!) my car looks perfect. I m very pleased with the result!

Had a convertible top replaced on our 2014 mustang. They did an Awsome job. Mark was the best to work with. Highly recommend them for your automobile work. Al & Sue from Solon

Body work was good - actually pretty happy with it. Only complaint was that they used cheap 'generic' plastic clips that didn't lock in like the OEM Toyota ones did.The mechanical, on the other hand, was pretty bad. I was having an accident repair done - one of the things replaced was the AC compressor. They replaced my OEM Toyota with a cheap Chinese aftermarket unit. The new one made so much noise that people would turn and stare at me at traffic lights if my AC was running. I took it back and the claimed they didn't hear any noise and it was working fine, totally blew me off. Took it to another shop who diagnosed the noise as the AC compressor (which I had already figured out.)Before I could go back and fight Frankie and Dylan's, the new compressor died (quit cooling completely) and had to be replaced. They did replace it the second time with an actual Toyota part and there were no problems since.

All I know is I paid $800 for a rear brake job, with new everything, and then they started squeaking 6 months later. I took it to another shop to find that the calipers were never changed (still had the OEM part #'s barely readable on them). I took it back to them, had to raise hell, and they finally took care of it. Maybe they had a fraudulent mechanic or something, but that was total BS. They haven't seen my business since.Oh, and as a follow up, I took the car in for some work (obviously another shop) and the rear brakes they put on are down to 30% (it's been 6 months)- so they put used parts and no new rotors (that I originally paid for) in which the owner personally 'took care of'. Now I'm considering calling the BBB. Ridiculous. Screwed me TWICE!

Called up there for window tinting and first they made a mistake and didn't take my car to get it done. Then something happened with the place that actually does the window tint said they were all filled up or something. Then we set it up again for the following week and wasn't even contacted. They never offered to do anything for me cause they made the mistake. Customer service is terrible....

This place is a bunch of thieves i brought my truck there just befor they bought out frankie and dillions and had a bunch of work set up then gerber bought them out would honor the deal wouldnt do all the work raised the price and then when i went to get my truck they had it all screwed up i had to push it back onto the lot from the test drive i will be contacting my attorney on the matter but want to warn everyone this place is a den of thieves they even said that as a paying customer i came second to the insurance companies

I have nothing bad to say about this place at all. Everyone that works here is incredibly nice, the work they do is fantastic, and I've never felt like I've been ripped off.

I was actually looking to purchase a couple of scrap sections of exhaust pipe. The manager was very accomodatng. Took me for a walk around the shop, said if they had what i needed in the scrap bin it would be no charge. Very friendly.
