The communication from this shop was spot on. The text updates were great. I always knew the status of the work. The work itself was great quality. It's clear this shop has a high standard and it's obvious they execute a good plan to hold themselves to that high standard. Well done.

These guys are the BEST! Took care of my son's car after he hit a deer. His car was made perfect, like new! I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who appreciates honesty, good business and professionalism.

The car looks like new and drives great. Professional and friendly staff.Also, my bank--arbitrarily and unbeknownst to me--had a ceiling on my daily Debit Card expenditure and because the cost of repair exceeded it, it would not run. This team drove me to the Bank, waited for me to get a cashier's check and drove me back.

As someone who has had multple vehicles and repairs, even right up the road from Cash Collisons; the communication of the staff and timeliness is nothing like I've seen before. Brandon was awesome, completely transparent about the good and bad outcomes of the repair and saved me a huge sum of money. They did such an amazing job after I got rear ended. The total damage was almost totaled out and they fixed all of it! I will always take my cars here to be repaired.

I would have given them 5 stars, they only fixed the outside. My alignment is still off since accident, my left headlight is still pointing down and the car is running rough now. The car was running good before and after the accident, before I took it to crash champions. I don t know what they did. They didn t fix it to how it was pre-accident, maybe outside but definitely not inside. They don t even do a walkthrough with u to show u what they fixed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

This review is for the Streetsboro location. They took very good care of me and my car from start to finish. I was always kept up-to-date with the repair timeline. The vehicle was clean and smelled clean when I picked the car up as scheduled.

I had body work done on my jeep grand cherokee and Crash Champions did a fantastic job! Looks brand new. I was in a hit and run accident in mid November 2022, minor front end damage and my insurance referred me to this shop. I got my car back mid December and ended up bringing it back 2 days later. My car s hood and fender were miss aligned and fender was not wet sanded correctly. The manager was easy to work with and I got my car back ultimately at the end of December, but the work was just okay I don t think my car really looks as good as it could. The work appeared to be low quality even though they had it for over a month. I also found a cigarette butt in my car. Would not recommend or return as a customer.

The rear bumper and taillights of my 2023 Acura Integra were damaged in a collision. I took it to Crash Champions Streetsboro as suggested by my insurance company. I cant say enough good about this repair shop. The repair estimate was thorough, quick and accurate. They scheduled the repair about a 6 weeks out but actually got it in over a week early and the repair was completed a couple days early. The communication before, during and after the repair was excellent. The repair itself is outstanding, my vehicle looks like new. I will use this repair shop again for any future repairs (hopefully I wont need any).Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I highly recommend this place. I have took two vehicles here and both times they did a really good job. It looked bran new just like when I purchased it. It was done in a timely manner. Crash Champions are amazing! Jenny & Phil helped me navigate the muddy waters of insurance claims after I was in an accident. Their customer service was the best I've ever experienced during a stressful time. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and my car looks brand new! I would highly recommend this awesome bunch of people. Their work is impeccable and their honesty was greatly appreciated.

I had minor front end damage to my 2017 Nissan Frontier as a result of a school bus backing in to me. My 1st attempt to get a claim started and schedule a repair seemed to have fallen through the cracks including the pictures taken on the 1st visit as well as paper work. Ditto for the 2nd visit. When I went back the 3rd time I met with the new manager who started the process again and this time pictures and paperwork were done, parts were ordered and I scheduled an appt for a time when I would be out of town.I was well informed during the repair process of the progress of the repair and estimated date of completion. They missed the completion date by 24hrs but I didn't want them to rush to get it finished, 24hrs is acceptable. My wife and I have used this shop several times under previous ownership but I believe many of the same personnel are/were working there. The shop is close and convenient. Given the final results and managements efforts to keep a satisfied customer, I would recommend Crash Champions to others looking for body work and repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
