Jack and Nate are THE BEST!!!! Can t stand Great Lakes Honda and decided impulsively to come to Classic Honda for the first time (I m a loyal Honda customer though!) and Classic Honda did not disappoint!! I never want to go to any other dealership! Nothing but welcoming. I d rather work in a dealership who takes pride in customer service rather than a high volume dealership. THANK YOU Jack for being such a great salesman!!! And Nate, thank you for all your help as well! You guys ROCK!!!

Our salesman was Trevor, he made the process so seamlessly easy as this was my first time buying a car. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell how he genuinely cares about what I want and helps me find the best fit for me no matter the length of time. He also cares about not just selling the car but building a relationship and getting to know each other throughout the whole process. He truly made this first car experience wonderful and everyone at the dealership was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership and Trevor as your salesman!

Donna G. is a fantastic person to work with! She is incredibly friendly, professional, courteous, honest and so down-to-earth. She helped us evaluate vehicles objectively, understood our budget and listened carefully to us throughout the process. The car buying experience with her was delightful from start to finish. No hard selling, just plain, straightforward, and positive. Love the car and feel like it was a fair deal. The other staff members we interacted with were equally friendly, and helpful. We would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend both Donna and Classic Honda in the strongest possible terms!

Charlie Gerbracht. If you re looking to buy, trade-in, or need information on a car you MUST ask for him. 10/10 experience. He s extremely knowledgeable and knows so much about the vehicles on the lot that made our search quick and easy. I ll be back again when it comes to the next upgrade in the family. Our salesman (Jose Robinson) was professional and not pushy. The dealership gave us a good value on our trade and we bought a new Pilot. Their finance manager (Zach Alicea) got us in and out quickly and answered all my follow up questions about an extended warranty in a timely matter. This is definitely a great dealer we would go back to in the future.

Asked about pricing over a few months on a few used units and there was no good faith effort to negotiate it. Although they were good in answering my technical questions regarding recon repairs & maintenance, their main effort was to just get me in the door and waste my time. And they told me they don't take outside financing (red flag), not that there isn't a way to work around that. Standard issue dealer tactics that do not differentiate them from any of the the other 98% that say and do the same stuff (word tracks). That's not how to EARN my business.

I bought a car from Anthony and his customer service couldn t have better. We flew in from out of state and he picked us up from the airport himself. After the test drive while doing the paperwork he explained everything very thoroughly, answered all of my questions and walked me through all of it and since it was my first car it was very helpful to understand all of this. Would recommend him to everyone wanting to buy a car.

Working with Charlie was a Great experience! I purchased a 2013 Toyota Camry for my 19 year son. Charlie was very professional explained all options in Great detail. At no time did I feel pressured to make any decision I wasn't comfortable with. The facility was nice and clean and staff was very helpful. The porter did a good job of cleaning the car looking show room ready as my son pulled away. To Classic Honda and Charlie thanks for an Amazing and stress free purchase. Will be seeing you soon!

I only have experience with the parts department, but the service is fantastic. The online ordering is super easy, then I just swing by and pick up my parts on my way home from work and I GREATLY appreciate the late open hours until 7pm so I don't have to leave work early. The parts counter employees always double check my parts with me before I leave and never rush me out the door. Great job, team!

Had an excellent experience working with Classic Honda buying my new 2024 CRV Hybrid Sport-L. I started working with Chris Gonzales in online sales who was able to explain the whole process to me and get me a quote. Once I came in I worked with Charlie Gerbracht who helped me to place a deposit for the model and color I wanted and get my current vehicle appraised for trade in. Charlie called every week to give me updates on the car and after three weeks it was ready to pickup! It was faster than expected!!! There were no surprises when I came in to finish the paperwork and while I was offered some add ons which I expected they were not forced onto the deal like some dealers have been doing. Really it was a great experience and the team made it easy! I recommend taking your business to Classic Honda. Don t spent time with dealers who don t listen to what you want! Liz is amazing! She made the whole process so easy. I drove onto the lot with my trade in and drove off the lot, with suv I had looked at online, for the price I wanted. All in about 2 hours. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I would recommend Classic Honda to anyone looking to be treated right!

Had to get my mirror fixed a few days ago at this dealership, because I ran into my garage. Anyway, this place is amazing and has the most friendly staff. I was fighting a terrible sinus infection and barely had a voice, but they still treated me with kindness and respect. They didn t mind that I had my dog in the car, and were very nice to him, too! Have always loved Honda and always will! They got my mirror done very quick! Thank you!

I leased a Honda CR-V and felt very comfortable working with my salesman Anthony. He was very helpful and made sure that he answered every question that I had so that I was able to make decisions and didn t feel pressured at all. As I was driving away from the dealership I was very satisfied with the transaction and would highly recommend my salesman Anthony and the dealership.

I have been trying to get a quote for service on my Honda a basic Oil change and tire rotation. Had reached out to two other dealerships who promised quotes from last Friday and this week and never heard back. Contacted this dealership and had a quote in 5 minutes. Team was great and excited to get my car in for service even though it is further away from the closer dealerships. Olivia in service was great

We live 1 1/2 hours from Classic Honda but found the Lexus that we wanted for our daughter at this location. Over the last month, we ve received outstanding service from Gina Balas multiple times in the service department.I ve been a Honda customer for over 25 years. Recently, my 2011 Pilot has started to show wear and tear after nearly 200,000 miles. I love this car and the idea of having to part ways with it is stressing me out. On a recent service trip, Gina walked me through each of the repair recommendations from the technician. The news was not great the car needed extensive work. I decided to authorize one of the repairs (to spread the cost out) which required a parts special order. The part arrived within a few days and I received a follow up call to schedule the repair.In between waiting for the parts to arrive and the follow up call, I had come to grips with the fact that the repairs were not worth the investment, and it was time to start looking for a new car. I called Gina and explained to her that I was no longer convinced the repair was the best option. I felt terrible because the part was a special order. Gina sprang into action. She spoke with the parts manager and was able to orchestrate a return of the parts and more importantly, a full refund (I had to pre-pay since it was a special order). She never once made me feel guilty and demonstrated flexibility with the dealership policy, taking into account my loyalty and track record with service. She was kind, empathetic, and extremely thorough. She even mailed me a copy of the refund receipt to close the loop on the process.While this might not seem like a big deal to some, I am grateful for Gina s help. With the cost of services in today s world, we don t often get the luxury of a do over when it comes to purchases. It s experiences like this one that keep me coming back. Well done, Gina!

Had a great experience buying a 2021 Jeep Cherokee from Rob at Classic Honda. I had a hard time deciding upon the Cherokee and a nice Passport they had on site. Both were excellent vehicles, but the Jeep fit my bill a little better. Everyone I worked with was friendly and accommodating, from the sales team to financing. I felt like I Rob was patient and willing to work out a good deal for me and found a great price on a warranty as well. I will definitely buy from the team at Classic Honda!

I live hours away from this place but found the vehicle that I wanted online. I called & spoke with Tony F. & he was more than helpful working on the phone with me to try and get me a loan for this vehicle. He was not pushy at all & was very comfortable to talk to. He even test drove the vehicle to make sure it was good, he was up front about any issues. We drove up on Saturday & in less than 2 hours, I was on my way back home. It was a very smooth process because most of the work was done before I got there. I would definitely go back.

The service was terrible, and I will never buy another car from this dealer. After purchasing a brand new Honda CRV, the tires were completely worn out after just 2 years, despite having only 35,000 miles on them. I directly contacted the tire manufacturer, and they confirmed that the tires were still under warranty. However, the service department at the dealership rejected my claim. The quality of the tires and service was very poor.

Fast, friendly, reliable, easy approach to sales and service over the course of 3 years. I just got my second Honda from Classic Streetsboro (a 2020 Civic EX lease to a 2023 Civic Si lease). I highly recommend sales agent CHARLIE GERBRACHT: he's detail oriented, knowledgeable, and his no-nonsense approach to sales is refreshing. He's always been open to my questions and never rushed me. He consistently presented information in a remarkably neutral and objective a manner - like more of an advisor than a sales agent - and makes things very clear throughout the process. He's also very responsive: my Si was delivered around noon, I got a call within minutes, and within 6 hours I test drove and started signing. The service dept has made everything smooth and easy; even the waiting area is conducive to working while you wait. I honestly could not ask for anything more.

I purchased a 2007 CR-V with 200K miles on it. It drives like new! Will definitely recommend it for others. Donna and TJ were of great help! Thanks guys!One thing to note: they undervalued my trade-in a bit too much. But they were honest with why they would take it that cheap. Decided to sell it on my own.Great experience overall!

Went into the store a couple of days ago looking to get into a newer Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. The team was phenomenal with the whole experience! Steve was the sales person sold me my new CR-V, he made the experience fun. I loved chatting with him, he made it seem as we had known each other for years. Highly recommend checking out this spot if your in the market for a vehicle. I will be back again to purchase my next vehicle!
