Bob's Car Care is the best in Streetsboro. No high prices and great service. No need to go anywhere else!!

Outstanding customer service! I have taken my outback to Bob s many times now and have always been happy with the work, honesty and prices. I recently got a timing belt change and I didn t have a car during the time and the owner was so generous and let me borrow one of his spare cars for the weekend! Very much appreciate Bob and his staff and highly recommend this local business.

My car had a low tire pressure indicator on yesterday and when I tried to add air at Sheetz the tire pump nozzle lowered the tire pressure instead of adding air. What a pickle to be in while trying to get home a hundred miles away! With one tire only half inflated I drove down the road until I saw Bob's Car Care. I asked for help and help was promptly received with a smile and good humor. The people I met at Bob's seemed genuinely friendly and happy to lend a helping hand to somebody in trouble. Since I live a hundred miles away, I probably can't return the favor with repeat business, but if you live nearby you might want to consider giving this crew a try when you have some trouble with your vehicle.

Bob is awesome! I went to school with his son and his dad used to fix my dads vehicles when the shop was across town. Always a fair price, and the best part of this place is they are honest. They won t try to sell you unnecessarily work and pad a bill. I drive from Fremont Ohio which is about 1.5 hours away to get my car worked on. I trust this place, and I suggest taking your vehicle there.

Bob is about as honest as they come. He s worked on my car a few times and I just left there needing nothing more than an alignment. I told him on the phone I thought the struts were bad and probably a stabilizer bar issue. He could have at least had me replace that stuff and I wouldn t have questioned it. Would ve been easily $1000 most likely. Bob was honest with me and said the only thing to pick on was the cockeyed steering wheel and it just needed an alignment. Everything else was solid. In an industry full on con men you won t find a more fair and honest guy than bob.

They called me with a wealth of information about my vehicle. I knew most of what was wrong but he easily explained the few I did not. I felt respected, the price was very reasonable and service was done when estimated. I had already been to another place and they overcharged me and did not fix the entire problem. I am very pleased with the results! Also, I was given a detailed receipt with each part, price and details of work done! Thank you so much!! Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable and extremely fair pricing. Bob is such a nice guy to talk to and got all the issues resolved for my car with ease! Have been taking our cars here when needed for the past 15 years

Very unprofessional. Went in with my son who had some work done and it was not done correctly, the guy behind the counter used swear words and then the mechanic who had been in the other room came out and chimed in with cursing.

Great service. I was in a bind with a nail stuck in my tire. All the big guys were to busy to fit me in. Bob's got me in immediately (even though they were booked). I am very appreciative for their efforts.

Bob s Car Care is the best shop around! Friendly, honest and fair. Doesn t try to sell you something you don t need. Calls if they find something else needing attention, which saves another trip in. Have been a satisfied customer for eight years!

My family has always dealt with Bobs car care and they ve never left us feeling they we were taken advantage of. They take the time to diagnose the issue without jumping it conclusions and costing you a fortune when it can be a simple fix.

Bob and his crew are professional's in every way.I had a noise coming from my engine compartment, I pulled into Bob`s late in the afternoon and told Bob about my problem and he came outside to look and said that he could not get it in today because it was late and he was all booked up for that day after he look at my vehicle he told the tech to bring it inside and fix the problem which they did .I was very happyThanks

The people are friendly, and they get your car in and out, and do a fantastic job. Also, the car parts and labor are very reasonable, and I recommend Bob's Car Care to anyone wanting a great job done, with good people, at great prices.

My car was over heating I live in Cleveland .They stop what they were doing and fix my car it was a hose Great Guys don't no what we would of have done .Did not over charge at all . Once again Thank U Guys
