This place sucks the people suck and the experiance sucks dont go here. These people can't do anything with out the computer. I needed a 12v ignition coil. So I asked them for a 12v internally resisted ignition coil. They said I need the make and model. I told them it won't be in your computer they freaked our and said I can't help you if u don't tell me a make and model . I told him fine a 1957 case 411 gas he looked it up what do you know it wasn't in their system. I said I just need an ignition coil he said we don't sell tractir parts git angry I said where are your universal ignition coils he showed me spark plugs I got mad said screw you left went next door to oreillys got the coil no hassle we looked thru all of the ones they had super nice about it and I bought it from them. This auto zone sucks same thing happened when I was looking for a coolant temp gauge.

I brought my car in with two headlights burned out. The associate offered to install the new ones for me which I agreed to. He stood outside for a while, and fumbled with the lights, before sending me on my way. As soon as I got in my car the next day when it was dark, I could tell something was wrong. There was only minimal light coming from the headlights, making it so I could only see a few yards in front of my car. The next day I went back, and asked another associate to look at my car. After grumbling about how cold it was, he came outside and looked at my headlights and declared them completely fine. I argued with him for a while, trying to point out that they should be much brighter than they were, but he would not admit to it. I literally held my hand in front of the light and tried to point out that the light should be much brighter. He then said he was cold and if I wanted to continue this, we had to go inside. He never even popped my hood and looked at the lights. I followed him inside, and asked him if he d at least admit something was wrong with them before I left? He said that there might be something wrong, but I d have to go see a mechanic because there was probably an electrical problem. I left and had my dad and brother look at it, and they discovered the first associate hasn t even pushed the bulb in all the way, so it was just bouncing around in there, and not pushed up against the magnifiers. I understand that AutoZone employees are not renowned for their autoskills, but if they offer to do a job, and then refuse to fix their mistakes or own up to them, and are very rude in the process, I don t think that is good business. That being said, they did sell me the correct bulb, and I m grateful for that.

I have used this store for years and always had a positive experience. The staff are super friendly and talkative and are willing to help! They can even get car parts for you the next morning. More places should be this efficient and customer-oriented!

Other autozones I ve gone to have been polite, and helpful. These guys act like they re annoyed you ve had the audacity to walk in.A month or two ago I went in there for push in fasteners. I couldn t find the right one and ask for assistance. They didn t leave the computer and said they didn t know. I got a couple different ones and said well I ll just return the ones that don t fit. They guy rung me out and didn t say anything. I came back 15 minutes later to return them and he said the computer was down and they couldn t take returns. Apparently it had been down all day but they decided not to say anything when I clearly said I would bring back the part that didnt fit.Today my partner went down there to test her battery and was told they couldn t check it unless it was full. When she asked for suggestions, she was told to find someone with a battery charger. I gave up and just googled the car s issues and told her to go to Wal Mart for a new battery instead. No reason to give these guys any business. They clearly do not care to have it. In their minds customers seem to just be a nuisance to walk in the door.

My local AutoZone didn't have what I needed so I drove about 25 minutes to the streestboro store because it said they have the part on the website. When I got there I gave the associate the part number and he told me they didn't have it. After insisting several times it said it was in stock online the supervisor looked it up and said they had it. The supervisor was unfriendly, seemed like he hated his job and doesn't t properly train associates.

I am a girl and every time I go into this store the employees give me the hardest time. I hate coming here. They always insist I am getting the wrong products for my car even though they don t know what I drive. Just because I am a female doesn t mean I don t know what I m doing. They almost always say I m getting the wrong things or that they want to look up my car to make sure I m getting the correct products. I know what I m doing thanks. I would ask for help if I didn t know what products to get.

Went in holding my one year old daughter. Two workers smoking out front, the one guy working inside was rude. I told him my check engine light was on, and he didn't even look up from his computer, and handed me the machine to take to the guys out smoking... super rude and unprofessional. Will not be going back.

This particular location in Streetsboro, Ohio; the staff was very helpful, friendly and quick with their service. They explained what I needed, the prices, and estimated the labor costs, as well as offered suggestions on where to get my truck fixed. I definitely had a good experience and will return for all of my auto needs.

I had the best experience today with the Streetsboro Auto Zone. The gentleman who works there went above and beyond helping me today. Thanks to his guidance my car is once again on the road. Thanks Jeff!

Super Super excited! They have an awesome employees over there in Streetsboro. Not only did they have the part I needed a reservoir for my radiator but Cassie also instructed me about my car and the right antifreeze and why . She showed me how to install it my self with lil help from her a a stranger .She taught me how to be my own Senior Hero!

I was in town for Thanksgiving at my sister s house. When I went to leave on Friday, my car wouldn t start. We suspected a dead battery, so my nephew gave me a jump start and I headed to Autozone. There, I explained my situation and asked if they would test the battery. The gentleman declared that he would test the battery, but that he wouldn t install a new one because it would take too long . We went to my car and he made a half-hearted effort to test it and then said he couldn t because there was some corrosion on the negative cable. He then told me to go to a garage . Instead, I went two doors down to O Reilly Auto Parts where they tested my battery, advised me on the proper replacement, and installed the new one for me, all with a smile on their faces. So if you want quality service and a company that stands by their promises, go to O Reilly Auto Parts, not this Autozone.

Went in yesterday and the guy behind the counter was more worried about how many people were waiting in line than helping me. Was very condescending, need to work on their customer service skills. "You take care of one person then move on to the next, don't worry how many people are in line!"

Helpful staff as soon as you walk in the door! I got the fuel injector I needed, they was able to order it for my 24 year old car and it came in the very next day. My car is back to purring like a kitty and runs great! And the best part is, it passed its last and final E-Check with flying colors for less than $50! Thanks AutoZone!!!!

13 hour trip with 2 kids and a dog and our truck broke down. We went to auto zone for help. Not only was the staff knowledgeable about our trucks issue and helpful they also went out of their way to find ways to entertain our kids with a remote control car, markers, paper & gave our pup water. They helped set up cones for my husband to change our starter in their parking lot and let him borrow tools. Had it not been for their generosity we would have missed our family's reunion and could have had our truck in a garage for the unforeseeable future. We made it home safely and we are very grateful for them for making that possible.

The staff wasn't very friendly and basically told how to do everything when I went there to find out why my engine light was on. So I decided that basically if I had my own equipment that I wouldn't need autozone. So why have employees if they don't really want to help you.

I had to do a return today and I was greeted very pleasantly and the transaction went off without a hitch. I was thanked and then I left. All in all that was pretty good for actually returning something and not purchasing something.

Employee was very nice put my new wiper blades on my car for me and even gave me a better deal if I purchased window washer fluid. They are always very helpful here. Thank you.

11-3-19...I went in to get some fuses for my car... wasn t greeted by staff. Female staff worker sold me the most expensive pack there is. Male worker never spoke and made me wait 10 minutes to check my check engine light. Couldn t find handheld machine to check my check engine light. I need a light bar for licenoplate area female worker sent me to eisle 5. Couldn t answer my questions just basically said I should take my car to the shop and get the license plate lights fix. Poor customer service all around. Not friendly. Sad

Staff here are amazing it was a couple days ago but I believe his name was Glen or Eugene He was very helpful in finding my powersteering cap and directing the funnel I appreciate his help immensely I was struggling. Very great experience at this auto zone

Grr. Got the runaround after buying a bad part. Didn't want to honor the lifetime warranty after 1 day! Ravenna and Streetsboro store...called & they said sure bring it in. Once got there they say no we can't do it. Finally Lance in Streetsboro took 1 look at the receipt & said let's make this right. 5 minutes later problem solved. Thanx Lance...you were great...AutoZone doesn't deserve you!

Went in with a list of items from the Autozone website that I wanted to purchase. The man who helped me didn't take it to look up items. Going through the process of using my car model leaving me to guess if the items he was looking at matched my list.I asked about the Autozoner discount since I have a family member working for Autozone. Which he responded "Can't do that, I'd get fired", and didn't explain why he couldn't do it. Which I learned afterward that Autozoner is only usable by employees, which would have been a more appreciated response instead of being left in confusion.Lost a lot of confidence talking to this employee. Made me feel like I was wasting his time, that I didn't know what I wanted, and that I didn't know what I was doing there. Hopefully another Autozone in the area has better customer service to get my items.

Prices are abit high..great fast customer service. If your check engine light is on they can help with that also.. Them prices what gets me i know i already said it but there prices are HIGH..
