5+ Stars. I purchased a used '21 Wolf Pack from MN. Everyone was very helpful and top notch customer service from the Receptionist to John in Sales to Charles in Finance and especially Jeff in Inspection / Walk-through. They even fixed a few small items found during the walk through. Jeff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Give that guy a raise! Made it home safe. Thanks again, Mike from MN.

From the beginning email inquiring about a camper that lived 6 hours away, to the incredibly professional process of answering our questions, and the upfront, no hidden fees (cough, camping world, cough), we could not feel better about purchasing from All Seasons RV in Streetsboro, OH.Thank you Alex and Jeff. Some other kind folks we did not get names for also were delightful. We would drive 6 hours again to do it all over have a great summer everyone!

At first, I thought this was going to be a great place to work with. Everyone seemed friendly, but in the end I would not recommend this business to anyone. I caught my salesman in countless lies and instead of making right on his word, he blamed me or just stated there was nothing he could do about it. He told me that the sale price for my trailer wasn t negotiable but that service and labor would be able to negotiate deals with me. The deals I received was nothing extra for purchasing it through them. It was because I was a Route 66 customer, and I was a nurse so they had to give me the discount. The salesman also told me that my trailer came with a generator. It did not and when confronted about it he simply said there was nothing he could do about it. The wrong fifth wheel hitch for my truck was ordered, and I was blamed because they said I misinformed them. I told them I was not sure exactly on my truck bed size but the truck was out in the parking lot and they could look at it. They chose not to and blamed me for the delay. The manager was no help in trying to resolve the problem. I tried to explain the situation to him, he cut me off and stated we re not going to play he said she said. My salesman also told me that Ohio would mail be my plate. Another lie. Their shop sent me the paperwork for registration but now I have to go to the BMV and register the trailer. I tried to contact them about this and no one would get back to me or once again take responsibility for their error. Don t get excited about the certificate that comes with a purchase of a new trailer either. The $25 certificate was a slap in the face after just spending $65,000+ on a trailer. The RV show at the IX center was going on, and it seemed everyone s attention was focused on possible sales instead of the sale they had. The person who did our walk through was very knowledgeable about campers but did not know much about ours because he did not prep it. The person who prepped it was at the IX center prepping for the show. Overall poor communication and lack of customer service skills.

I m in Florida where Hurricane Ian made it impossible for us to find a screen for my RV window punched out by my pup. After extensive internet searching, I found All Seasons RV. Stephanie helped me measure and determine exactly which screen I would need, ordered and had it shipped. When their screen arrived and was broken, Stephanie immediately got us another screen which fits our windows perfectly. Without her help we would still be trying to figure out how to replace that screen in our 2021 Forest River Forester 2851S LE.

We really appreciated the no nonsense upfront realistic pricing! They gave fair trade value too! They answered countless questions via email and text but were no pressure! Once we had the mutually beneficial number we traveled 7 hours one way. Mike was there to greet us as planned and turned us over to Ed for a thorough walk thru of the unit we picked out on line. Ed did an amazing job!!! Then we went to Charles the sales manager who was organized and detail oriented. He offered extended warranty options and then we closed on the number we had agreed on with Mike and finished the paperwork. We were thrilled the deal was actually the deal!!! No surprises!!! In no time we were on our way home with our new rig! We look forward to receiving the title in the coming weeks. We highly recommend doing business with All Seasons!

I bought a "as is" used pop up camper back in July. Took it camping once and the lights didn't work. I took it back to the dealership for them to take a look at. This was 37 days after I bought it. I got a call from the service department and they told me they couldn't duplicate the problem, and thus made no repairs. Essentially they opened the camper, plugged it in and the lights turned on. So, I went to pick up the camper and was charged $181 for them to look at it. I'd asked, since I bought it from this dealership just 37 days ago, and they didn't have to repair anything, if they cold cut me a break on the service invoice. I was told no, because it was past the "30 day warranty". By 7 days! And they didn't have to fix anything. A little customer service goes a long way in retaining customers. The folks at All Seasons Rv dropped the ball on this one, so needless to say I'll never go back for service and certainly not to purchase another camper. Shameful.9/19/23 Follow up.They didn't give me my keys when I picked it up that day. So I called and they said they'd mail them. I haven't received them and it's been about a week, so I called to make sure they mailed the keys. I was told they did. I asked them, "what happens if I don't get them?" I was told, "we don't cut new keys". So if you ever use All Seasons RV for anything, hopefully nothing ever goes wrong, because they don't stand behind anything they do, even when it's their fault.

Friendly service and many RVs to choose from. All of the staff is extremely knowledgeable about their own department, from service to sales, to finance, to the team that walks you through the top to bottom of your camper after purchase. The entire purchase process for us was flawless. Mike was our salesperson and he was kind and even worked with us while he was away on vacation, going above and beyond! We are thinking about upgrading and have 100% confidence that we will be treated fairly through our next purchase when the time comes!

Lots of different units to look at quite a few different price ranges staffing was very friendly and helpful. Looked into financing opportunities for us. Took the time to explain the different types of seasonable units that they had. easy to spot from road fast and quick access to turnpike and state routes. Plenty of parking handicap parking and handicap accessibility good.

Needed to rebuild my 20 year old Dometic RV toilet. They had the parts I needed at a reasonable price. The folks at the parts counter were helpful, courteous and quite friendly.

Sold an trailer that was poorly constructed to my parents. Then for months gave the the run around about even making the repairs. On top of it while they had the camper saying they had approval for repairs but also didn't know what repairs were approved and she needed to immediately list it to them. He yelled at her! They don't have a working camper for the season or for a planned trip. They are not fixing it the manufacturer is and this company was useless.Edit 10-10-2023Your company is responsible for not quality checking the campers you sell. You let the camper leave your lot in a deplorable condition and that is on you. How dare you sell junk like that and say you are in compliance.

I have been in and out of here a few times now for warranty work. The staff is friendly until you call them out on repairs that were not done correctly or sloppy. They have alway taken care of me but make sure you look over whatever you had them repair before you leave otherwise you ll becoming back to see them again.

We purchased our unit from Mike in sales. He was easy to work with and answered all the questions we had along the way. Dylan, Dave and Andy have been excellent with us in the service department. We ve run into a few factory warranty fixes and they ve gone above and beyond to help us out. This is our third camper (the first from ASRV) and they have been, by far, the best people we have worked with. We highly recommend.

We were on the road from out of town and they were gracious enough to fit us in for our electrical problem. They were persistent with finding the issue and when our guy found it (loose/hot wire) we were extra grateful as we avoided a fire with their help. Thank you!!! (Lovely showroom too!)

We had to order a window for our camper. Stephanie was really easy to work with and knowledgeable. But what I was most impressed with was her customer service! After ordering the window she continued to update me on the status and shipping info, I didn t have to call one time! It s so hard to find that anymore, I was really impressed. Thank you!

Ended up buying a $60k fifth wheel from this dealership. The service department seemed great (hence the 2 stars), but the sales team wasn't the easiest to work with. I called a week in advance to view this trailer as I would be traveling in from Milwaukee to see it; within 30 minutes of me getting there the salesman started giving me the "well are you going to buy it? I had to turn down 2 others customers to help you..." Once again, I had called and set this appointment up a week in advance. The trailer ended up needing to go in for some warranty work a year later that they should have fixed at the dealership. This place is probably great for small campers and popups, but I would go elsewhere if you're looking at a larger RV

While traveling in my travel trailer across the country in June 2023, my AC and Fridge needed warranty work. I made an appointment at All Seasons RV. Upon my arrival, I was welcomed and a Service Advisor (SA) got the work underway. The tech diagnosed and fixed the problems within a couple of hours. The SA indicated that I needed to pay the Dometic warranty charges in advance to All Season RV, and I would be refunded on my VISA card when Dometic had paid the service facility for the warranty charge submission. All seemed fine and on the up-and-up. I waited a month and received no word from All Seasons RV and no refund on my VISA. I contacted the service facility and spoke with a different SA. He checked out my invoice and claim. I was informed that the previous SA had been terminated for incompetence. I was also informed that no warranty claims had been submitted to Dometic on my behalf. On further searching, the SA indicated that no photos of serial numbers for the two appliances had ever been taken by the tech carrying out the work. I was asked to open up the AC unit and the Fridge and photograph the serial numbers and forward those to the SA at All Seasons RV.After the extra effort, I received a call from the SA indicating they could not submit the Dometic claims for me. and I would need to submit them personally. The SA forwarded a Dometic form. According to the SA, I would now need to package up all the information and submit it to Dometic on my own time. It could take at least another month to receive a re-reimbursement from Dometic, assuming the claim would be approved.Does this sound like a well-documented process within the All Season RV business? Does this sound like the kind of service and run around you will want to receive from an RV Service firm? At 72 years old, I just do not have the time to hit my head against the wall multiple times, expecting different results. All Season RV should have stood behind their service agreement and just refunded the amount ($187) to me directly. This is no way to do business!

My wife and I could not be happier with All Seasons RV! Our experience is mostly with the service department but we are impressed with the entire facility. On 1/28/23 We purchased a brand new SunSeeker 2850 by Forest River. We purchased it from a dealership which is 5 hrs away and were over the moon happy with it and the dealership that we purchased it from. On 2/23/23 we made our first payment and later that day we made a gut wrenching and heartbreaking discovery that we had a leak. I contacted our dealer and put in a warranty request. We were told that we could have it taken care of at any Forest River dealer. After calling the two dealerships nearest to us and given rediculously long leadtimes for an appointment (like September) we called All Seasons. Dave and the entire service staff treated us great! They got us in quickly and found our problem quickly as well. I just want to thank Dave, Stephanie, Christine and especially Andy who found and fixed our problem. You guys did a great job!

So, after doing a lot of research, and a lot of, "Should we?" We bought a holiday home on wheels. The whole process was pleasant. No pressure. No second guessing. Now, it's time for us to make it ours. Paint, textiles, chachskis, and us; two legs and four. If your in the market for an RV, ASRVS is a great choice.

Great showroom. Great service. We ended up buying the camper we came to see. Clean, dry, warm service bay on a cold winter day. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Worked with us on the price. I would definitely recommend this place.

Yesterday, We picked up our brand new Sylvan Sport Go. I cannot tell you how happy Ginny and I were with the service, the purchase and the people. We live in Iowa and All Seasons was the closest dealer we could find. It started with Mike the salesman. He responded quickly, answered all of my unending questions, discussed options and just made everything so easy. All with NO PRESSURE. Once, I sent him a text at about 6 AM thinking he would get it later. He answered in about 10 minutes! When we finally decided to buy, I had to look for financing. Sadly, I cannot remember the name of the young lady who helped me but it was a quick, pleasant and painless experience. She was outstanding!!!I ended up using my own bank but not because I was unhappy with anything about All Seasons. We picked out unit up yesterday, the receptionist (again, didn't get her name but she was friendly and very helpful) got us going. First, I met Mike (he sounded taller on the phone). Then we were introduced to the man of the hour, Jeff.Jeff took us through the walk through of OUR unit. He showed us how to set it up, take it down, a few tricks to make it easier and even drove me next door to get a bar for my hitch (which he installed). Jeff was professional and very pleasant. Once, that was done, Charles came and got us and closed out the deal with all the paperwork, explaining everything along the way. Again, an extremely pleasant experience and we were done and on our way in about half an hour.I'm 71 years old so I've bought several cars, boats, etc over the years. It can be an extremely tedious process. Not the case. Ginny and I thoroughly enjoyed out experience. My only regret is they are not closer to me but I have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS. A wonderful dealer with outstanding products and extrordinary staff. Thanks to all of you!!!!!If you are considering buying an RV, I don't care where you live (I drove 600 miles), make the effort to see these folks. You won't be disappointed...

We had search many dealers. I can tell you All Seasons is & was by far the best experience from day 1 visit. From Alex in sales, to Charles in accounting, Joe in service and Jeff with prep & education of our camper 5-STAR people & facility. The TEAM at All Seasons deserves an applause. I encourage you make the visit to them you will not be disappointed. If you plan to make a purchase this is the dealer to go with. To all of you there we thank you for all that you have done in the entire process to the last final moments pulling off the lot. All Season RV thumbs up. Keep up the great work.

I came in last week to look at a travel trailer after work. I saw two salesmen outside the service garage, and one asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for, and he told me it was in the showroom. So I went into the showroom and never received any more help after that, so I just left. Maybe if I had driven my new truck in instead of my work car, I would have gotten help. I think they just blew me off because of how I came in

After the sale, you're on your own. Had a few warranty items that needed attention. They kept my 5th wheel for 3 weeks and found that they never looked at it after making a call to them. Strangely enough, an appointment for a particular day and time to drop it off for the work was made in advance. After 5 weeks they called to tell me everything was approved and ordered to make the repairs. When picking it up it was noticed that the trailer was side swiped by what looked to be another camper. All seasons blamed me for doing the damage. When the parts arrived, one item was not replaced. The main entry door that was damaged (bent frame) did not get replaced and was told Forest River refused replacement. The management would not help me get it taken care of. Worse then that, after leaving several unanswered messages with the general manager, she passed the buck on to the service department who called me almost a month later and never did communicate with me. We replace our camper every two years and thought All seasons would be great to do business with since we live local to them however, they have lost all future business with me due to their lack of service and care after the sale.

First time buying a camper and I feel 100% taken advantage of. I bought a brand new 2022 camper. From day one I explained exactly my situation, timeline, and expectations. Non of which were met like we were told in the beginning. This has been the most disappointing experience. After receiving my camper. We found we were told the truth but not in it s entirety. We were always told one thing and then another would happen. The camper was not cleaned by the time it was picked up. It still had dead bugs, dust, and dirt. Within having possession of it for 2 weeks the slide out broke. I am in Florida and this place knew it would be down in Florida for a long period of time. Now it s impossible to get service and we re getting sent on a wild goose chase to get a BRAND NEW camper fixed. Now after needing warranty work, we found how the warranty works is not what we were told in the store. I do not know anything about campers and if there was something different that could have been done it should have been explained for the beginning. Instead of being lead through this mess and being out of state. They re just looking to make a sale, and on to the next customer. You re just a number. And best of luck you re on your own. Very misinformed and again highly disappointed.
