Excellent service! I needed a lift for 2019 Tacoma. I prefer to shop local rather than support an online warehouse. They worked with me to match a price and get the lift I needed. Install was quick and easy. I'll be recommending them to anyone needing after market truck parts. I also had them oil spray the truck to rustproof it. Got me in on a day that worked for me and now I'm set for winter. Thanks!

I am so pleased with the service from Joel and Jake at Ohio Light Truck Parts. Jake took the time to explain the tonneau covers I was looking at to replace the old one on my truck. We discussed the pros and cons of features and what would fit my truck . Then, to top it all off, they had my choice in stock and were able to install it same day!They were courteous and friendly. Even though all the other customers were guys, they gave me the same attention. I highly recommend them to anyone needing truck accessories.

Very disappointed! I purchased everything I could find in the store that worked for my truck. Everything was great until I had them install side steps. Immediately after they installed the steps it was clear that they would not work for my situation. I offered to pay for the installation and a new set of steps and the installation for the new steps and they refused. Won't shop there any longer. Poor customer satisfaction!

While in vacation in Ohio from the west coast, I had a failure with my Firestone Ride Rite airbag system. The original install in my home state was done incorrectly, resulting in a failure and collapse of my lower mounting brackets. Being on a tight schedule, I found Ohio Light Truck Parts Company online and gave them a call. Not only did they stock the airbags I needed, but they got me in immediately!When I dropped my truck off, I showed them the picture of my old airbags and they immediately knew what the problem was. They removed the old bags and installed a new kit in short order. After returning home, it was obvious they installed my airbags correctly as no further problems were encountered.Customer service was outstanding and they allowed my vacation to continue without having to change any of my plans. I highly recommend the crew at Ohio Light Truck Parts Company. They installed the new airbags much cheaper than my local shop out west here charged me.Thanks for being there guys and thanks for saving my vacation!!

These guys are fantastic. I have taken my Dodge 1500 and my Dodge 3500 truck here and everytime they have been great! Quick, reasonably priced, easy to work with, great management. They stand behind their work, great quality work. My Dodge 1500 recently had my driver's side headlight quit working. My wife was using the truck to go out of town so we needed it fixed ASAP. These guys made time to fix the headlight and even though they didn't carry headlight bulbs they drove to the auto parts and got the replacement bulbs and found that there was also a wiring harness connection that was bad. Great job! Thanks guys, I will definately be back and will tell everyone about you guys.

Great selection of small truck accessories and upfits however have stopped in there 3 times to review and decide on a brush guard / grill protection for my 2018 GMC and have yet to recieve freindly professional help or assistance / advice. At best i was told to look at the brochure rack and let them know.

Rip off artists. Had our Jeep lifted to find out we were way overcharged. We couldn't hardly keep it on the road. Nice looking new shocks and springs looked old and rusty quickly wore out. Keep shopping.

Bed liner installed while I waited. About 1 1/2 hours. Didn't think that was bad at all !! The liner was in stock and reasonably priced!! Two thumbs up!!!

Got an over the rail bed liner for my Silverado, bed liner was not flush with the top of the bed at all, looked really messed up. Took eight screws( 4 on each side) to get it to be flat against the top of the bed. My advice, if your getting an over the rail bed liner, go somewhere else
