Got an oil change here a few days ago and they either didn't put the dipstick in all the way or something made it pop out but it wasn't in right. So then I have oil ALL OVER MY CAR OVER EVERYTHING. my car is smoking and smells horrible. On Christmas Day as soon as I get to my family's house. I've just put $2,000 into this car and it's running perfectly and they do this. Now I'm worried about our belts with oil getting all over everything. I'm extremely upset and didn't realize something as simple as an oil change could go so wrong. We usually go to our mechanic but they were booked out. Never coming here again unless they can figure out how to make this right. They specialize in oil changes and I really thought I could trust them with that?? Apparently not. Now, I have window wiper issues in addition (I'm guessing something is covered In oil related to that and is making it crazy) I just can't believe this. Driving home on Christmas night writing this with my whole engine bay covered in oil and my windshield wipers only work on full blast.Edited to add the next day: both sides of my family let us know there's a big oil spot where we parked and and saw a spot in our driveway which is literally 2 months old, brand new entire driveway. Thanks. What a nightmareAlso added more pictures where you can the dipstick was put in backwards and not fully pressed in.

The employees were all very polite and we were able to get our oil changed quickly without all the fuss of making an appointment, which is a big deal with our crazy schedule that is constantly changing. It felt a lot like being in a race car pit, everything was very efficient. My teen daughter is now interested in the automotive field after watching how things were being done. Keep up the great guys!!

This has been my come to place for oil changes. They are professional and fast. And I'm always getting coupons for service in my email. A tad more costly than going to repair shop or dealership, but worth it in time spent

So crazily convenient! And from what I was able to tell, Amanda (believe that's her name) is absolutely CRUSHING running the joint! She's able to take care of customers, get them what they need, answer coworkers questions, and help them out...all while being the most pleasant person! It's definitely a quick-paced job atmosphere, but there's a sense of efficiency, and from my experience that vibe is set by management/superiors. Smooth operations (as visible to customers), and I was able to purchase a fresh battery for my vehicle after the free testing. All around great service!

I've changed my own oil in every engine I own for the decades since I was in high school. Even though I keep meticulous notes about when and what service I do to each engine, I was surprised to find that while I was on vacation, my service soon light came on and despite thinking in my mind that I had recently changed the oil I could not find any evidence which suggested otherwise so I choose this place, Valvoline Instant Oil Change.I have to say that it was a great experience compared to what I remember from oil changes in my teenage years from other places. I think the whole exchange took 10 minutes from pulling in to leaving. There were several people working at the same time and they top off all the fluids in your engine and check everything they should check for you. They were honest about the items they checked and did not try to "upsell" me at any point for things I did not need. For example, my battery is actually beyond its service age but they tested it and it tested good and they did not push anything on me.In short, it was more money than doing it myself, but for roughly 50 dollars more that doing it myself, it was a pleasant experience that I would seek out again if needed and would recommend to my friends and family who are not as knowledgeable about cars as I am because I trust they would be provided with good advice.

Bought a new car on a Saturday night. Sunday morning got an alert that the oil level was too high. These guys took care of the issue in less than ten minutes. They were friendly, helpful, and I could not recommend them highly enough.

I have taken my car here many times over the years and never had an issue. However, 2 weeks ago I brought my car in for an oil change and as soon as I turned my car back on, my check engine light started flashing. They couldn t figure out what was wrong after 20 minutes of them googling it so I left, with my car engine misfiring the entire way home. Unfortunately, they did something that can only be fixed by the dealer (they messed something up and my knock sensor is off which is why my light is flashing) and all of the dealerships in this area are backed up at least 2 months on service. So now I don t have a vehicle to drive for at least 2 months, and I don t have a way to prove valvoline caused it because it hasn t been fixed yet, but the mechanic at the dealership told me that they messed something up when they did my oil change. I am incredibly unhappy and without a vehicle for more than 2 months because of this location. Use at your own discretion.

i will forever come to this valvoline because i adore this crew! i am always treated with kindness and respect and it s always nice to be remembered from your last visit. landon was extremely kind, even coming out in the pouring rain to ask what service i needed. he politely explained each step he did, as well as recommending future services i will neeed. my oil change took 15 minutes and i will never complain about that. thank you to everyone there!Service: Oil change

Fantastic service! My headlight was out and I needed it fixed fast as I drive in the evening everyday. I pulled in during lunchtime, Gabriel and Reggie helped me get through and fixed my headlight in less than 10 minutes! They were super polite and so respectful! I would recommend them to anyone, in fact i'll be heading back there for my car needs in the future :)Service: Electrical

I swear, it doesn t matter what I come in for; these guys are in it. The energy here is so calm and relaxed. They are super helpful, so kind, and go above and beyond. Josh & Marc are running a great crew here at this location! My favorite is when it s slow and it s all hands on deck; these guys really love their job.

My AC wasn t working and I was panicked because I am heading out of town the next day and its forecasted to be 95 degrees outside. I came here because I remember seeing on the sign they fix ACs and I was thrilled to be able to get in right away. They took care of things so quickly, I was there only around 30-40 minutes. They checked my battery for me. They even hooked it up with a new filter. Joshua was very friendly and answered all my questions. I am so relieved to have the AC working again. I will definitely come back here and recommend to friends.Service: Air conditioning

Fast, professional service. I won't take my vehicles anyplace else. They price match any other place service center, so why would you go make an appointment and wait? My battery checked out as time to replace, 6 years old. The battery price plus install is the same as me to purchase at an auto parts store and do it myself. No pressure, when I am ready, I can go back and that's the price. No doubt I recommend this store!

Great experience! In & out in no time! Guys were friendly, professional & thorough. . .checked tire air, fluid levels, did oil change, opened interior air filter compartment, etc. All done in 10-15 min while I stayed in the car. Will def go back for my next one!

This is why I do all my own oil changes on my 2015 Mazda CX5, but I was 60 miles from home and needed one. Yesterday I went to change the oil and saw what they did. The first photo shows how someone used a jack or jack stand under the plastic thinking it was the metal frame causing it to buckle. The second photo is showing the white oil filter and the missing oil pan/filter cover along with the bolt and clips that hold it in place. (Another cover is $20, the bolt's $5, and the clips are $2, not expensive but annoying to replace)So you do hundreds in damage my car, take it's part that cost me $27 to replace, and charge me $80? I don't know the man's name that worked on the car, but his eyes were easy to identify.Even though they have you stay in your vehicle for the oil change I recommend getting out at the end of it and inspecting the undercarriage.Service: Oil change

I love going here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They will recommend all that your car needs but will not push unless your car truly needs it done that day. The team work is fantastic. All members know their specific role. I will continue taking all our vehicles to this location. Fantastic service!

Excellent, had what I thought was an issue with leaking but ended up being residual that was dripping off of a lower flaring. Guys went ahead and cleaned everything up and did another oil change to verify on the safe side. would without a doubt refer anybody to this location!

My experience at Valvoline made my day. I have never had a more pleasant car maintenance experience. Never. The whole crew was so kind and respectful. They are all so pleasant that I left there smiling. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast. I will be returning for all my future oil changes.

Always helpful. Even helped me find a coupon .Seems like honesty is their policy. They of course try to offer extra services, but there s no exaggeration of how awful your air filter is etc. will keep coming back

The guys that work here are always super friendly, positive, and they actually seem like they are having fun and enjoying their jobs! I know it's a little more expensive than getting an oil change at a traditional repair shop but to me, my time is worth the extra cost. They get me in and out quickly and are not high pressure about selling additional services. Plus once you are in the system Valvoline emails great discount coupons.

Extremely satisfied, I was having some issues due to a previous oil change at another location. When I arrived, I spoke with the stores manager Lambert. He was hands down the most respectful, patient and professional employee of any business that I've ever encountered. He resolved my issues and explained each process in detail. I highly recommend this Valvoline to anyone looking for an oil change from people who truly care.

I was worried to go somewhere other than the car dealership for service, but since this Valvoline is close to my work I tried them out. I knew that they're good for talking you into things you didn't need, which they did, and now my car isn't the same. Not only did they sell me a battery over $100 (in addition to an oil change and filter that was actually needed), but they double charged me, and took almost $500 out of my account. I have waited a week in hopes it would go back in, now that I called and waited 30 minutes on the phone, I have to wait another 3-5 business days to get the double charged amount back. They get 2 stars for being nice workers, but I waited way too long, and was taken advantage of, AND way overcharged. NOT HAPPY.
