Every time that I come here I have a wonderful experience. I called sometime in the AM to ask about when I could bring my car in to remove a nail from my tire and patch said tire and the Store Manager said "Bring it in whenever you can." I came in after I got off work (I got there around 5:20PM) and there was no comment about the time that they were supposed to be closing at all. They jumped right onto the inspection of the tire, brought the car into the bay, got everything squared away for me, and were super accommodating with everything. I love this place!

Had the greatest experience here last week. The service was quick and Jordan made sure that I was comfortable while waiting for my car. I'm very grateful they had the parts needed to fix my car right away. I will definitely be coming back for future repairs!

The store is very awesome. If I could give them more then five star, I would. Took my car in for an alignment. They noticed that the Control arm bushing was bad. instead of doing the alignment, they told me it was bad and gave me a chance to fix it instead of just doing the alignment. My car was at two other alignment shops, and neither of them caught the problem. These guys did and were truthful about it. thank you very much

Just had my alignment done. Great price awesome customer service hands down. definitely better than other places.. pat was awesome loved talking with him.. mechanic let me know my rim is bent they got a price for me and said let them know when I want it done and they will have it the day I want it done. He even took my car for a test drive to make sure it was good.

Went there with a hole in my tire. They were unable to patch the tire since it was in my sidewall. I asked them to put on my spare, when they were all done they told me to have a good day be safe and no charge. It's a good feeling when a company that size helps a little guy like me. They helped get me back to work, so that means they helped put food on my families table. Thank you for helping me today.

I stopped in late Sunday afternoon and received immediate assistance. Jules was great. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The job was completed on time and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I ve been frantic about my front end so paranoid that I refuse to drive on the expressway. A friend referred me to this location. Bob looked at my car and told me I had no issues. My joints are good. I know I have a nail in my right back tire. It s on the to do list to get fixed. Denis (the manager), I found to be down to earth and honest. Integrity goes a long way. If money is not an issue, I highly recommend this location too.

Pat was AWESOME!! They changed 4 of my tires and did a tire rotation. I couldn't ask for better service. Additionally, at the LAST MOMENT, they put my truck on a lift to check for something. Everytime I need NTB, they are there. That is why I keep coming back. GOOD PEOPLE. GOOD BUSINESS. THEY TRULY DESERVE A 5 STAR REVIEW.

I had such a wonderful experience at this location. I had to have my Jeep brakes serviced and get new tires. Pat was so helpful and knowledgeable, not to mention funny. The process was smooth and all of my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. I will definitely be back!

Pat and his team were great! My wife was in distress with a potential oil leaking from our truckSo at around 10 to 15 mins before closing time they had the truck on the lift to see what was wrong. Fortunately there was no oil leak it leaving her with peace of mind.

Thank you to Pat and the super mechanic at Stow Ohio, National Tire and service center ! We had and appointment at Chapel Hill 930 am today Sunday 2 / 11 for new tires for the Ford pick up truck ! Which opens at 9:00 the mechanic showed on time but the manager never showed up to open the doors ,so the mechanic went to Stow to start his day ! My husband called Stow and Pat and his crew helped us out by getting us in today ! We appreciate the kindness to help us out ! Five stars to Pat and crew ! Thank you !

I had a plate under my that came loose while driving to work. It made heck of a noise dragging on the road. Pulled into NTB, they took a look at it right away and had me back on the road. Great group of people! Thank you, for keeping your customers rolling.

I've visited this location a couple of times now and I've never left unhappy. They are always very kind there and I know that I won't be overcharged. I can always rely on them for small fixes too. Special thanks to Pat as well who helped me with my heat shield.!

Brought my car with reduced power and it was here for a day and Pat the manager called me said he did his research and I could most likely get this fixed for free meaning a recall. So I called Ron Marhoffer and he was right it was a recall my car fixed cost me nothing I appreciate so much his honesty with me. I will forever get my oil changed at NTB Stow! Pat we need more people like you !!!!

Josh the service manager took care of me when I came in I needed a plug for my tire he was very honest and upfront about everything and very cool to talk too he got me in quickly and out quickly there was only two machanics so they were short handed but did an awesome job thanks again Josh and the other mechanics!

Great experience at the Stow NTB - I had a tired swapped onto a new rim, mounted, balanced, tpms switched over and they said they'd get it taken care of in 45 minutes. They had me on my way in less than a half hour. Great work

I live in Suffield township and I make the drive to the stow location because pat and ctrina are top notch and the techs are very capable the maintenance and repair to my vehicles. Its very important to trust the shop you take your vehicles to and because of this I highly recommend this location.

Pat and his team went above and beyond. Drove my son and I home while my car was being worked on, drove to Cleveland to get a part to get the job done same day and stayed 3 hours past close so I wouldn t have to be without a car. You just don t see service like that anywhere anymore. So grateful for this amazing customer service.
