I received excellent service (needed a oil change and wheel alignment) from the Stow-Goodyear, I work a Kent State and needed a ride to work and also to be picked up, the driver (Noah-Driver - was very friendly and a gentleman offering to even carry my bags). (The Service Manager-Derek-Greets his customers and makes sure your service is done per request). When, I get service usually it can get done the same day or the next. I am very grateful for the ride to and from work, always offering coupons on prices. Thanks so much!!!

I will never go here again. Very expensive !!! And now my abs , engine and traction control lights are on and they said I need to take it to a dealership.. I've heard only bad things from people after I already had work done, You would think a Big Named company would have better mechanics .. I don't even wanna take it back to them ti have it fixed,. SO I'll take it to a real shop. Thanks for nothing guys lol

My tires blew out 30 minutes before they closed. Jeff made sure to help me and stay 45 minutes past closing. Thank you so much.

There is a saying. "When paying for any service you have to pick two. The work can only be done cheap ,fast or good. If you want it good and cheap, it won't be done fast. If you want fast and good, it won't be cheap. Well Goodyear moto is "you can only pick one."I came to Goodyear because I had a 15% off on my next oil change. The oil change took an hour and a half. Tires choice, right across the street does their oil change in a half an hour. So I think to myself, the oil change might take THREE times longer but at least I'm saving 15%... Right?"Oh the final price is already 20 dollars off with a coupon! " Everybody does a $70 dollar oil change. You can't use more than one coupon btw.In short, I waited 3x longer as I would have for the same service and price of literally any mechanic. I assume they get their business off of brand recognition. If you only ever been to Goodyear, I invite you to explore your options because this is not the standard.

Dan is the man! Helped me out in a pinch. Only place around that had what I needed. Got it done quick and gave me a good price. Also it was a Sunday.

Derek the Service Manager and his Team were awesome. He walked me through what my truck needed and didn t try to oversell me on things that weren t necessary. They were patient and helped us stay within our budget. Definitely plan on this being the place I bring both our vehicles from now on.

Derek and his team were wonderful! They replaced a flat tire, did a tire rotation and removed a bent mental shield from underneath the car for me. Derek was able to communicate to me easily while I was at work and keep me updated. One of the lest stressful experiences I have had while getting emergency car repairs. Great communication and team work! Will be back for new tires!

Got my tire repaired and an estimate for repairs so that my car could pass the E-Check. I expected a bill but everything was free. They also rotated my tires. Friendly and helpful and courteous. Thank you and I'll be back. Paul

There was a mixup that was my fault from ordering the wrong tires online. Derek and the crew at this location went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend them. Thanks again.

Very fast & knowledgeable staff! Highly recommended! We punctured a tire in the road nearby & pulled into the Stow Goodyear not expecting to have our vehicle serviced without an appointment. Jacob was very helpful & got us in immediately. James quickly put our vehicle on the rack & repaired our tire like a pit crew at NASCAR! We were back on the road in no time. Thanks Stow Goodyear! We will be back anytime we need vehicle services in the future.

I called on short notice due to my front passenger tire leaking air. I spoke with Jake and asked if they had my tire in stock. They did, and he then proceeded to create an appointment that accommodated my schedule. When I arrived, checking was smooth and he was polite and courteous. He informed me that there might be a slight delay, and I let him know it was no issue. He came out 20 minutes later and told me that all I needed was a new valve, not a new tire. When the work was complete, he handed me my key and told me I was all set. I asked how much the repair cost. He told me Goodyear tires are free to repair for our Goodyear customers. Thanks for saving me $250! I really appreciate the honesty and good news like that is always welcome!

The person on the phone was very helpful and professional when I made the appt last week. The guys behind the desk upon arrival and check out today were very friendly and they even told me about a rebate I d be eligible for. They were quick with putting on new tires and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend them and was happy to find good customer service post Covid! A rarity these days. Lol.

Just stopped in to make an appointment for oil change but to mu surprise they were able to do service today. Very friendly staff especially Rob Cox! Great job thanks for fitting me in!

Bill was great! I had an issue with my tire and he took care of me quickly!The store is always so clean and inviting. I love the keurig station and makes for a welcoming visit.A+ Service

So disappointed in this store. Went in to have a tire swapped to new wheel, and told that they may not have time. This was at 10:30 in the morning and they are open till 5 pm. Told we could wait and they might be able to fit us in. Nothing compared to the store that did everything the could to get us home last weekend. Goodyear in Kent do better.

Discovered a small finishing screw in my tire causing a slow leak. Saturday afternoon. Certain I would never find someone that could repair it before next week. BUT NO! The kind folks at the Goodyear store were able to take care of it and send me on my way with and repaired tire and safe vehicle. Thanks Jacob and James for your courteous service!

Been a long time customer with two vehicles of this location. Previously, the service has been decent enough to keep me coming back. Now they are completely shorthanded and it is obviously affecting their servicing.I had an 8:00 AM appointment for oil change, new battery, and new tires. Went for a short walk to the bank (half a block away) and then to Panera for breakfast (two blocks away)... and was back by 8:35 to find that the car still had not been taken in. Waited in the lobby area until 9:45 and it still was not in. At 9:55 I asked for my key back and cancelled the service request. Never, ever, have had this poor level of servicing at this location before.While waiting, I noted several times the store's primary phone rang without it being answered at all. I found this noteworthy since last week I tried calling several times to make an appointment but got no answer. Finally resorted to making the appointment online.Old store manager Bill has apparently gone on to a new store. He'll be missed.Went elsewhere and had the oil and battery both done within an hour. Now, need to decide if I'm sticking with Goodyear for tires or switching there too.

Very friendly people, nice environment nice and clean waiting room. My only complaint is I had just installed a brand new rack and Pinion Tie rod ends etc. and all I needed was an alignment and it took over two hours and there was not many people waiting I m a mechanic myself so It should have only took in 30 minutes and my quote was 40 minutes if all the parts are new and not rusty And every single part was under a day old and brand new. So after two hours and 20 minutes of waiting in the waiting room I was returned the keys and overall good people good experience just took way too long

I needed new tires and rear brakes for my 2015 Honda Civic. Leslie helped me and she was terrific. I explained what I wanted and she quickly searched for options. She found great tires that were recently discontinued so they saved me a lot of money. My brake quote was accurate and the staff told me what I DIDN T need. That s always a relief. Being a little ignorant about automotive repair, I m always worried that I m being ripped off. My experience was the opposite of what I expected. I d recommend this store to anyone.

Staff was very nice.. and that s about where the good ends. Took my car in because it was pulling to the right so I expected it to be an alignment issue. After waiting forever they told me my front tires were shot which they quite obviously were not let alone the fact they were a couple months old with ~5,000 miles on them. They wanted to charge me $800+ for two front tires and install! They said because they aren t a common size that s why they costed so much. I can find those size tires online for $180-$250 each for good ones. Ended up taking my car to another shop and they said I needed an alignment and my tires were fine and had plenty of tread. Can t help but feel almost scammed from Goodyear. Taken many vehicles here before for various tire services and never had an issue. Won t be back

Can t say enough good things about the service here. Had one of my tires repaired and was talking to one of the managers about my daughter s car. She had just been gifted an older car from her grandparents and the tires were losing air. Went to another local place who just wanted to sell me new tires rather than repairing them. Brought them in and they cleaned and sealed these up and said they had a ton of life left and there was no reason not to repair. I really appreciate honest car places and will absolutely come here for all future tires.

The new manager Bill is a great guy to work with! My fiance had a flat tire this morning on the way to work, Bill (and the Service Manager Jessica) were kind enough to fit her in and replace all our tires the same day while she was at work so she could get home safely!Great Service!!!!

Horrible service, took 2 appointments still couldn't get my tires installed. Called and said my car was done. Go pay and realize my new tires are still in my backseat. Would not recommend at all!

Brought in my mini van that had a slow leak in one of the original tires. They were able to fix it quickly with no charge! I used to purchase tires from other shops in Stow, trying to get the cheapest deal. Goodyear has always provided me with a good price and great service. No reason to go anywhere else.

Mike Week was very helpful. I had an appointment for oil change but asked for more things to be inspected according to my car's manual. They accommodated my requests and Mike explained everything in very simple terms that I could understand. Great Service!

The customer service here is unparalleled. I got a flat tire and had it towed here because it was the closest service shop, and I am so glad it was!!! I only needed to replace a single tire, and these guys were able to order it and get it there later that day. But that's not all! I had to get to class long before the repair would be done. Hearing my plight, these fantastic people offered to drive me to class 20 minutes away and pick me up when I was done! For free! How incredible! I also conversed with the manager Don for quite a while and he is so nice and fun to talk to! This is one of the best customer service experiences I have had ever. You should go here with whatever needs you have!!!!! Unless you need to buy fresh fruit. But, heck, they'd probably take you to do that, too!

Every time I've gone in, Jess has been incredibly helpful and helped me get the parts I needed to fix up the issues with my car. I've gone in to get my battery tested before, and the man who tested it gave me advice on what could have gone wrong when the test came back good.As an autozoner, I direct customers who are in need of a bodyshop instead of a parts store to this location. They always do things in a timely manner, and the prices are reasonable. If you need your car checked out, I highly recommend them.

I ve been going here for years for the basics; oil change and tire rotation. They were a bit slow this last time due to staff shortage. They comped the whole service to make up for it! Always been good customer service.
