Abhorrently slow. More than 3 hours after being told 1 hour. I sat there and watched them move from my car to work on a new car that just arrived while mine sat on a rack for more than 45minutes without being touched.There's only 2 guys working and one of them is doing double duty with the desk/phones while also working on vehicles.This one used to be gold and relatively quick, but that has gotten worse over time to the point where today it is understaffed beyond belief.Update: Took over 4 hours for an oil change after I was told it'd probably be an hour.

Schedule 9 am appointment for 2 tires to be told it'll take 2 hours! Wow that's messed up. Why bother making an appointment to avoid waiting that long if you still make me wait two hours. I hate this walmart. I knew I should've went to wierton. I know better now.

I waited 40 minutes after being told that my maintenance would take half an hour. At this 40 minute mark, I asked if my car was ready. They told me that they had not even begun because they had somehow forgotten what I told them I wanted done to my vehicle. They estimated another 30 to 45 minutes. I waited an hour and a half in the attached waiting room before attempting to ask for an update. After waiting at the register for 10 minutes, the person who had forgotten what service I needed came over and helped me check out. He reached for a bag containing my keys and summary that had been sitting there for over half an hour. I didn't get a call or a text saying that my car was done. I waited over 2 hours for a 30 minute service.Absolutely horrible customer service on top of a total lack of follow-through. I paid for an oil change that came with vacuuming and other smaller services. I received none of them. Looking at the status page shows that all of my tires were somehow all at 30psi when they were checked, which was extremely wrong when I went to the local Sheetz to check for myself. These people cut corners and don't care how long you wait. They are not worth going to. Do not waste your time or your money.Services: Electrical repair, Oil change

Worst customer service ever. So short handed and the quality of employees. It's terrible. Continued calling for 38 minutes to get the Auto dept. Finally the phone was picked up, I said Hello, and phone was hung up. Go anywhere else and save yourself a lot of frustration.

The Workers at the Auto Care Center at the Stuebenville, Ohio Walmart were very friendly, knowledgeable and worked very quickly and efficiently to service my vehicle. The cashier thoroughly explained all charges and informed me of additional offers/add-ons that were available for the particular services I received.My only complaint is that when I did encounter an issue with one of the new tires, I was unable to reach anyone via telephone even after numerous attempts over a several day period.Having issues with a vehicle or any of its many parts can be stressful. Being able to reach someone at a business that specifically deals with fixing these issues should not be.

The service in the Steubenville Ohio Auto Care Center has gone to hell, completely horrible customer service. Went to get an oil change today (Thursday 10-01-2020). Was told all service was appointment only now. Ok fine, when is you next available appointment. Guy says Monday. I left & watched their garage for 45 minutes they had zero cars in the garage & 4 guys working. This WalMart Auto Care has went to hell since the new guy in charge started. My last oil change there was one car ahead of me, at least 4 people working, yet it took over 90 minutes before they pulled my car in. Then almost another hour before they touched it. 4 people in the shop standing around doing NOTHING and it took over 2 hours to get an oil change. Somebody higher up the chain needs to evaluate this Auto Care. Their work ethic is non-existent. I'll never go back again.

One tire popped after hitting a pothole in town. Come to find out another tire had a bad belt so I needed two tires. Even though my car was the only car in the tire lane it still took longer than it should have with 3 guys working. The manager of the department (I believe he was the manager because he was in the office) seemed rude and unpleasant when he came out to help the worker. The only silver lining was a worker needed Glena, she seemed knowledge able the tires and the products and she informed me of the bad belt. She had great customer service. I dread coming to Wal-Mart due to the length of service but it's the closest to my house on a Saturday.

Called in advance to make sure they had the tires I wanted after searching online. Was told yes they had 11 of them. Verified price and ended call. Next morning my wife takes the vehicle in for tires and is told they don't have any in stock. Told they don't even carry that tire. Offered another that is 2x as much. Either a bait and switch effort or just flat out dishonest/incompetent. Went somewhere else.

SLOW! Needed two tires, arrived just after opening, was pulled into the bay immediately. Four employees were working that day. Found out the wrong tires were ordered, they had my name and phone number wrong, and gave me the wrong price. After 2+ hours my car was still just sitting in the bay with the hood up. Seems someone wanted an oil change, so they stopped doing anything with my car.

Horrible! Salem, Oh. Left my car for 2 hours to get the tires switched front to back. Came back and the cashier lady said they couldn't do the job because they didn't know what the wheel nuts tightening torque is. I said are you kidding me? No one uses a torque wrench on wheel nuts and if they do, the torque specs. would be the same as any other car... NEVER again!

Always bad experience there. I got a tire, I said I need a warranty, I don't care what I pay extra, even if I hit a nail I need a warranty. They said no problem. Two days later got a flat and they said they don't cover that. Now I do get situations but they were so very very rude about it. It's sad

Used to be a good place to go for quick affordable service. The center in Steubenville has went down hill in the past few months.

Nobody every answers the phone. When I got there nobody ever is manning the desk. I ordered a tire for my car and they said they would call me or text me. They never did either of those things. Extremely unprofessionalService: TiresService: Tires

Now that you need an appointment to get an oil change it's funny nobody answers the phone. Not worth the little bit you save by going there. Just pay 15 more and go somewhere else.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a van that needed tires They put them on and when I needed tires rotated they thought my rocker panels were low. What ever that means. I think they were just really short handed that day and were making ridiculous excuses. Next day another Wal-Mart did the agreed at purchase work.

Not employee issues company issue with labor never front end assistance. Don't be in a rush or give a hard time. The weirton Walmart is way ahead of this steubenville store.

Will NEVER go back....they say they dont jump other cars inline but they most certainly do!!! My vehicle never left the spot I left it in and the vehicle I was behind was in a bay with 2 others ahead of me. Very poor customer service

Horrid service. Slow service. Everytime I've had service done here, I spend over 3 hours waiting for my car to be taken care of. The staff is rude and unresponsive when asking about your vehicle, after waiting for over 3 hours to leave.
