We were in a bind and these people said they'd "help us out"They put us in a vehicle we didnt like, and didnt want to let us look at anything else. Ruluctantly took the one they FORCED us to. We woulda been walking and not had wheels. Didnt realky want the vehichle but had to take it anyway or we were screwed.Had to take the vehichle back the very next day for servicing! And every month after... Something went wrong with vehichle.DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

10/10 don t recommend this place. Listen to the other reviews like I didn t do. We bought a jeep there i had it for 3 days before it broke down. They make the buying process so easy for you that s all I can say good. I took my 1 year old and 2 year old in there looking for something reliable for us. You gotta be heartless to know you re selling something that s only gonna last a few days to someone with small children especially in the winter. When I purchased it they said it still needed serviced I could make an appointment to bring it back but what they failed to mention is that their idea of getting serviced is literally just checking the fluids. It s my fault for not listening to everyone s reviews.

The owner is condescending & rude, referring to me in pet names such as honey, sweetie & darling. After I asked him to refrain from calling me those names, he began questioning my ability for a down payment, before even listening to me state I had cash to purchase a vehicle outright. He continuously cut me off when I tried to talk & I ended up leaving the phone conversation stating I don t believe his establishment is the right place for me to purchase a vehicle from.I don t recommend this auto lot to anyone, unless you want gaslit & taken advantage of.PS, he discriminates against the disabled & takes advantage of elderly & those with budget restraints by charging insane interest rates & demanding a much larger down payment than other places.Watch out, I ve seen a few vehicles & they are not safe to drive!

Sold me a car that has frane damage that could end in a fatal crash and decided to tell me it would be a repo after i told them what was wrong with it and to come tow it i don't recommend getting cars here they do not take car of them and it was a 2011 hyundai Sonata worth not even 3k but they wanted almost 10k for it. All of the brake calipers the brakes driveshaft and transmission was shot not even 3 months of leasing it

Very nice people! Excellent customer service and they are willing to help the best they can with getting you in a vehicle as soon as possible as long as you are able to afford what your buying and able to prove you can afford it they will work with you.

Bought a 2014 Chevy equinox from them . Found out a week later it was leaking oil ( when I ran out) took it back they said they fixed it , however, it requires 4 quarts a week to keep up . 6 months later the engine gives out. I called them and they can look at it next week . Meanwhile I would have no vehicle . Pay $500 a month for a car I can not use. They will tell you they will take care of you if you make your payments but that is a bold face lie . I haven t been late on not one payment . Please beware they talk a good talk but their walk is anything but doing right by their customers .

My daughter who is 19 purchased a 2007 Pontiac G6 from here. The price was 7000. She has no credit but has a good job so she was looking to build credit. They completely took advantage of a young girl.Within a few weeks the car was shaking so badly it could not be driven. At this point she had only made a single payment. She took it back and asked to be released from the contract. They refused. And rudely spoke to her father. When he verbally defended himself and our daughter they threatened to throw us off the lot and call the police. They offered to have it looked at at her expense and if their mechanic said it could not be fixed then she could trade it on another vehicle. But she would then be responsible for BOTH loans. She took it to a trusted mechanic instead who has told her the car isn t even worth fixing. The cam sensor and timing chain are bad, tie rods are bad, rack and pinion is bad and many other small issues. Thousands of dollars in repairs for a car she drove a few weeks and is on the hook for 7000! Not to mention the Kelly Blue Book value is just under 3500. Total scam artists. Do Not buy from them!If there was an option to leave 0 stars I would have done that.

Absolutely horrible! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE! My daughter got a car from there and they charged her $6k for a car that wasn't even worth 2k. 2 weeks after getting the car it broke down. They said there was nothing they could do and she had to put $700 in it just to get it running again, not even all the way fixed. They said they had the car inspected before we bought it which was a complete lie. If it had been inspected they would have found all of the Obvious issues wring with it.

Do not buy from this place, it is a total rip off. I bought a Jeep and the horn didn't work. Went back the next day to have it fixed only to be told that someone will contact me but never did. On June 30th I went into make a payment even though my horn had not been fixed. They told me that they would fix it that coming Wednesday. Unfortunately, two days later the car broke down. There are also 3 recalls on the vehicle that they sold me!!! I have asked to speak to the owner several times but was told that I can not speak to the owner, that is what the manager is for. I repeat do not buy a car from this place, it is a total rip off and scam!! Please help me spread the word!!!

I would have to agree with Roger, definitely have a mechanic look over the vehicle you are interested in because they are a buy here pay here lot and so they are gonna do anything to the vehicles they are all as is. The thing that really upset me was that I had to pay for my own gas just to test drive the vehicle and they didn't have nearly as many cars on the lot as they do now. However, should you decide to buy from them, they are dedicated to helping you with financing (I was 19 years old when I bought my car)

It's buy here pay here so you get what you get. They try to fix the issues with the cars if you buy them. Again it's buy here pay here. One of the only of its kind in this area so stop crying and fix your credit and get a new car. They do have some decent cars for cheap and a large selection. If your dumb enough to buy a car without taking it to get a look over, which they allow and I did it, then it's your fault you bought junk. Salesmen are a little rude and will try to spin you, but it's your responsibility as a consumer to know exactly what your getting into.

Where do I begin? We pulled in and had Chuck come see us within minutes! He put us in the right direction taking my son's handicap into consideration! He was excellent to work with, very personable, respectful, cared about our needs, along with wants. We had one minor issue with the back window and they got it serviced right away! I plan on going back for our next vehicle, and in the future for my son's first car/SUV. I highly recommend Village Auto!

STAY AWAY! I bought a jeep off of them...paid off the balance and was hit with mysterious 'late' fees over $600! Not only are they getting 25% interest, which I expected seeing how they are a 'Buy here, Pay here' dealership. All their cars are bought at auction for cheap and sold high. Said I would pay $5000 for my jeep, paid over $9000 now plus these mysterious fees!I was late a few times, I had a accident at work and almost died...was in the hospital for 2 weeks and didn't work for 3 months. Told them I wanted to 'defer' some payments to the end of the loan, was told 'no...better to just get caught up when I was able.'. Then a year later, I lost my job due to the gas and oil industry lay-offs now happening in the area. Been struggling to make payments, now car is paid off and still have these late fees...and they have their repo man looking for my jeep! Now that the principal is paid for, sure they want it back! The balance I owe is all LATE FEES that I didn't know existed til now!STAY AWAY! Just my opinion and my experience... Good luck!

Jim and Kenny have to be the most respected salesman I have ever dealt with. Had a problem within two months on a vehicle. They went above and beyond to take it back at very reasonable credit. Thank you and would recommend village auto sales to anyone.

Thought they were on the up and up but this place is horrible DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! These people are only interested in your money they don't care about your vehicle or you. I bought a 2007 g6 Pontiac. First if you are late they charge you 20 dollars. My car was 7,999 dollars in one year paying them 600 a month I got my principle ballance down to 2,011 dollars. I don't know much about cars they said that my car overheated and that it would be to much to fix. I asked for a temporary car 5 times they said they he couldn't do that. I needed a car so, they put me in a 2006 truck. I will admit I was excited about the truck, but I thought that they would take off the price of my car I only drove it 17000 miles and still had the 1000 dollar warrenty with it. They told me that the car couldn't be fixed. Then they told me that it might be able to be fixed but the cost would be great. So they went and told me well we will give u 3000 for the car which will pay off your balance and take off of the truck which they said was 11,500 so with taxes it was 10253 dollars. The dam muffler isn't even attached it rusted off and it has 75000 miles on it. I realized my mistake when I got home that day I called them the next day asking if I could just give them back the truck and get a temporary car. They said they already had a deal on my g6 I thought to myself You Fuxking lied to me. I just put new wheels new breaks new rotars new calipers everything on it u told me that it couldn't be fixed they said they fixed it. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS IF YOUR READING THIS PLEASE I BEG YOU DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE ONLY INTRESTED IN GETTING UR MONEY

worst place when they seen I had $5000 to put down their eyes popped out. This car was bought for my daughter still paying on it, $400 a month we went together and they pounce on to females that know nothing about cars,it might have been my fault for not taking it to a mechanic, but the check engine was on took it back and they told us this happens to every car with high miles, well come to find out it is the converter it will cost $800 to fix it's a 2013 Kia Rio stay away go to canton or Columbus they have those places everywhere DON'T EVEN PULL IN THE LOT!!!!!!!!!

I got a vehicle from here. Traded it in about a year later. So they added what I owed on that one to my new vehicle and sold the one I traded in also. So they get paid twice for ur trade. U pay the remaining balance plus they re sell it and profit even more.

I wouldn't even give it one star, but it wouldn't let me write without doing so. My fiancee and i bought a vehicle off these weasels. We were told the purchase price was $14,000 (its a yukon xl.) So we figured high price bc of the svu and buy here pay here, but what we didnt expect was the mysterious $1600.00 in fees. we thought the payments were done, last week we sent in the final payment. My fiancee called to find out about the title bc we recently moved and they informed him that he still owes $1600 and if they felt necessary they WOULD send their repo guy to get our SUV. They have even gone as far as threatening physical harm if we didn't give it back. My fiancee was wasnt hearing it. So we added up our payments we have paid over $25000 for this P.O.S. they sold it with brake system problems, they candy coated the transmission problem, we have put thousands literally into replacing the tranny, braking system, and redoing what their back yard mechanic has just rigged together to get it off the lot. When we told them about the problems the only thing they could say is let us have so and so look at it.Only making it worse. I know several friends and family members who have had similar problems with mysterious fees and being threatend. In my opinion the mysterious fees are paying for that new building they are in bc they had to find a way of getting someone else to pay the building off. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY LIE AND CHEAT AND WILL LITERALLY STEAL YOUR VEHICLE. IF YOU "HAVE" TO BUY FROM THEM GET A LAWYER YOUR GONNA NEED ONE. LEMON LAWS ARE ENFORCEABLE. THEY NEED SHUT DOWN!

Just left village auto. I was taken care of immediately. This is my 3rd car from them. I am pleased with the vehicle I picked out. And was treated with kindness and respectfully. I recommend others who need a car with a lil down payment and low monthly payments

Granted, I needed a car and they helped me out, but the salesman right off the bat was a bit shady. He didn't inform me that I would be making bi-weekly payments until AFTER all the paper work was signed. So needless to say, I was making bi-weekly payments equivalent to the amount I pay in rent a month. Then, to top it off, they won't report to the credit bureaus. I was told that I would have to contact the bureaus myself and none of them will take this paid off loan from me personally. All of the bureaus told me that this information would have to come from the business.

Don't ever tell a car dealer what you're looking to spend!EVER!it's a sales tactic. Also, way overpriced. Example-there asking $3000. Told them cash, they offered it for $2000. KBB value was $950.I understand they need to make a buck but COME ON!!!!!

Don't buy from this place, they sell junked cars that'll run long enough to get it off the lot. They're Scam artists looking to much some quick cash. this place doesn't even deserve to be called a business. Dealers are immature, threatened to "throw hands" with my boyfriend. Total joke.

Never buy anything from a man that was once faced with 20 counts of wire fraud, 17 counts of money laundering and one count of bank fraud.HUNTINGTON -- A former Huntington car dealer will spend the next two years and two months in prison and pay nearly $4.3 million in restitution for defrauding a bank through his credit line.Frederick G. Davis, owner of Davis Chrysler, received the sentence in U.S. District Court in Huntington Thursday. He pleaded guilty in March to one count of bank fraud and one count of engaging in an unlawful money transaction, stemming from his dealings with Branch Banking and Trust Company (BB&T) between 2001 and 2002.During that time, Davis used cars his dealership had already sold as collateral to get advances on his credit line from BB&T. When an audit found the cars weren't on the lot, Davis lied to his creditors, telling them that the cars were out to be sold at auction, according to his plea agreement.
