I made the trip to Team Toyota to check out a car I d found online. I knew what I was looking for and it was the only model I could find anywhere reasonably close. The salesman, Rider Keeler, really helped me along with the process and I was impressed with his competency and ability to answer all of my questions. In addition, the other staff members I encountered were very forthright and personable. Overall, it was a great experience and I d recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.

Had my truck in for service of a tire not holding air.Took it home and still leaking. Called, brought it back in the next day. Waited over an hour and was told both times was a bad valve stem and that it is now fixed. Took truck home and the tire was flatter than it s ever been within an hour of getting home. I took it to a local tire repair shop Because I had to make a trip out of town early the next morning. The result of the problem was found - there was a hole in the tread that they plugged. Everything is fixed now. Front desk -Joe at Toyota Service Dept is very friendly and helpful. I am not happy at all about my experience w the actual work done by Biggio Service Dept Because I talk to you to jump on me

Received my Toyota Cross SUV today that my husband won on The Price Is Right in February. I m in love with it! I can t thank Team Toyota for all their help & especially Mike Wineman for all his help & giving us such wonderful service!Mike Thank You your the best!!Go Team Toyota!!

Today, I called Mike Wayt, he was recommended by my best friend. Mike asked me a series of questions, he found out what I wanted and literally in 2 1/2 hours he had me a vehicle. He was professional, and honest. I told him to, treat me like I was his sister , and he truly did. Thanks Mike!!! You are the BEST!!!

The service team has been great! The problem I have is we requested our 2nd FOB for our car months ago. Every time we call to check status, we find it hasn t been ordered yet. As of my most recent inquiry last week, it still has not been ordered. I d like to know when my FOB will arrive or I will be escalating my concern to corporate. We have been exceedingly patient and I am done!

Yesterday was the first time I have ever done business with this dealership. Greg Whirehurst handled my transaction. He did a very professional and thorough job. And my wife and I ended up with a nice new Toyota Camry. Thanks again Greg!

We bought our beautiful 2004 Prius from Mike Wineman. Mike was patient with us and answered all our questions and spent time helping us set up the tech in the car. We live in PA and traveled to OH three times to make our decision. The team worked with us to strike an awesome deal.

Went in for routine oil change and tire rotation. When I received my car, I checked the tire pressure and it was still below the recommended pressure. I went back in to talk to the staff and they corrected the situation. Very grateful that the guys corrected the situation properly.

Got an oil change tire rotation and Inspection. Was told on the phone it would be $69 when all was completed the total was over $100 but the employee I worked with informed me that they had a new girl answering phones and gave me the price for regular oil change and not synthetic but dropped it down to a regular oil change price just for the confusion and my inconvenience. A great employee and place.

My son texted that his truck was making a strange noise. We narrowed it down to brakes or bearings. He called Team and set up an appointment.The next day he dropped the truck off before work. They were able to diagnose and give us a price to fix within a couple hours and even sooner than the appointment time. They had all the parts in stock and had the truck ready to go quickly.The work was done well and communication was easy. It wasn t our first time dealing with Team Toyota in Steubenville and I m sure it won t be our last.Our son went 1,200 miles away to attend school and now works in the area and it s nice to know Team is reliable when he s so far away.

Went in for an oil change and to have tire pressure sensors installed in my tires. After an hour and a half wait, got the oil changed and got a sorry about not installing the sensors. Instead of going ahead and finishing what I had asked for I was told I could get that done at any tire store. Could have done my own oil change. Will drive to another Toyota service center next time.

Bought my car back in April from Ryder. Process was seemless and quick. I have been going back ever since for oil changes. Each time I've gone, Ryder continues to acknowledge me as a customer. Highly recommend Team Toyota and Ryder. Will definitely come back for my next car!

I called on September 17th to get my car in for repairs. They couldn t get me in until December 19th. I was told it would take 15 days to get my car done. I received my car back on January 25th. My car looks amazing, but just took way too long. Perhaps more employees and a bigger shop. I will give credit though the job looks amazing.

My service advisor Ryan Wilson was awesome he took care of my car Beyond expectations he made sure that I even had a car to drive to go to work he worked hard on getting my car paid by my insurance warranty which most people wouldn't have done he's one of the best employees I have ever met again thank you so much Ryan and Tim Toyota

Another great and painless experience with the staff at TEAM. Between a lease that had become a burden due to mileage, these guys not only were able to get me out of it, but made the process easy and hassle free. Mike Wayt was my sales rep, and although he was working another deal at the time, gave me his full undivided attention as a customer, and couldn't have been more helpful. Doug stone and Justin Gardner helped make the experience as quick and efficient as possible. All around great dealership and this is why I will keep coming back.

Couldn t be happier with my experience! Went in just to look at new Tundra s while my vehicle was getting serviced. I was planning to buy one this spring and wanted to see pricing and options. After talking Michael Wyatt about what I was looking for he was able to get me a new 2024 Tundra well within my budget that day, which I didn t think was possible. No pushy sales tactics, no pressure, just helpful and happy to answer question and discuss options. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Mike Wineman was the sales representative that handled my sale. I have to say I believe that he was perfect for me. I told him all I needed & how much could spare as payment. He guided my answers with his questions. Helped me through the process as this was my first purchase since my husband passed!
