I recently had my F-350 at Team for a factory warranty issue. Team went above and beyond to make the process seamless even when parts were back ordered. Team Fords service department is second to none in this area from the Managers to the technicians. I am so thankful to have such a great dealership in our area.

Rider Keeler sold me 2024 Toyota RAV4 ADVENTURE. He represents your company well by being personable without heavy sales pressure. Very nice young man who deserves recognition for his positive efforts. He was very knowledgeable and informative about Toyota cars which influenced my decision to purchase the car within 30 minutes of working with him.

Amazing service was provided! They were super fast and efficient! Madison was very helpful when I first walked in. She explained well to me what was needed for my car and the service manager was excellent was well. Micheal Harper is very good at what he does and makes sure his customers are taken care of. They gave a very thorough check of my car, put air in my tires and winshield washer fluid in, and didn't charge me for it. Maybe thats normal, but as a college student I really appreciated it. The one thing that wasn't great was that it was supposed to take 20 minutes and it took more like 50.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

overall service was good however small leak of coolant at the bolt for the oil lube tube. Coolant bottle is at min. level currently will contact to get repaired

I called to make an appointment and mentioned that we have a service contract and was told she'd note it.I arrived and mentioned we have a service contract. Service is done and I'm handed a $63.00 bill.You'd think they'd mention your contact has expired.If we're on the same Team you'd think we'd have better communication.Service: Oil change

We travel the country full-time and, therefore, don't have a "home dealership". The service personnel at Team Ford really made me feel at-home and well cared-for. He was very good about letting me know the progress of the work. Had car 6 months to replace wiring and hoses. On way home from shop engine wires were smoking and burning . Radiator fluid spewing forth from holes in hoses that were supposed to have been replaced. Engine was also covered in oil from leaks that were not present beforehand. Also left me with 12 pounds of pressure in my back tires. Never once in 6 months did they reach out until it was time to pick up. I had to call repeatedly and only got updates 3-4 times. I have pics videos and receipts to back all this up.Service: Electrical repair

I took my 2017 Ford Explorer to team to have the cam shaft phaser replaced, the service was terrible. It cost me $3700 and two weeks of not having my car. I went to pick up my car and the battery was completely dead and they said it was because it hadn t been started in two day. My key was held together with green masking tape when it wasn t broke before giving it to them and the next day the skid plate fell off. I took it back and they put it back on but for as much money as I paid it should have been put back together properly. I would stay very far away from team auto if looking to get a repair done. If Allietta Ford was still in business I would have gone there.Service: Engine repair

Needed to figure on cause of rattle and hum while driving. Team Ford mechanics found the cause and it was not as complicated or expensive a problem as I thought it might be. Appreciated their honesty and thoroughness as always.

We use Team Ford to service our work trucks. I ve been to all the Ford dealers in the area and this is the only dealer I will take my truck to. Chris in the service department is very honest and professional. I can always count on him to take care of anything I ask for.
